It is got into the group of black sea grape varieties (convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr.). The production period is 146-155 days. The growth of shoots is higher. The average mass of cluster is 300 g. It has higher resistance to frost, drought and fungal diseases compare with Muscat Vitis vinifera L. varieties. The leave is middle, black-green, five lobes, deep dissected, the bubbles on the upper side of leaves surface is low. The upper and bottom cuttings are closed with gleams. The form of cut of leave with low elliptic gleam, the length of petiole is middle. The flower is hemofradit. The ovary is low conical. The pollen is fertile. STEADY IN A COMPLEX, SEEDLESS, BLACK BERRY ATHENA GRAPE VARIETY
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionSteady in a complex seedless Athena sort is born in Greece by Panteley Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2001 by crossing of Sidiritis and Cabernet-Sauvignon sorts. Under morphological and physiological characteristics it is close to the group of Convar. pontica subconvar balcanica Negr. varieties of pool of Black sea. Duration of productional period is 156-165 days. Growth of arms is strong. Degree of ripening of a rod is high. Productivity is high. Percent of fructiferous arms is 90. The average weight of clusters is 400. It differs with high winter hardiness, drought resistance and raised stability to mushroom illnesses in comparison with seedless Euroasian grapes. A blossom bud has green color with yellowy-brown tones. A top of young arm of green color with a weak wine-red border and very strong web-like fluff. Young arm is red from the back, green with a belly with an average web-like fluff. Adult leaf is symmetric. Leaf plate is average or big, green color, five bladed, it is divided weakly. Both parts of a local teeth form straight lines. The form of petiolar dredging is open. Length of footstalk is average. One arm usually has two inflorescences, on 4th and 6th knots. Inflorescences are formed both on the arms which have grown from replacing buds, and from the arms which have been developed from sleeping buds on a long-term wood. The flower is hermaphroditic. Custer is large, branchy, winged, average density. Berry of the average size, roundish, blue and black color. Skin is thin, strong. Pulp is juicy, with solanaceous taste. Sugar content is high. Rudiments of seeds are small. The sort is intended for consumption in a natural way and for manufacturing dry red wines of various categories

INTEGRATED SUSTAINABILITY IS NECESSARY INTEGRAL FEATURE OF THE MODERN GENOTYPES OF GRAPES
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionIn the presented article we deal with the recently enhanced group of researchers under the name of COST ACTION FA 1003 – cooperation in science and technology http://www.diprove.unimi.it/GRAPENET/index.php), previously developed and published by three organizations - OIV (International Organization of Grape and Wine - МОВВ), UPOV (international Union for the Protection of Achievements of crop production) and IBPGR (International Commission of Plant Genetic Resources), which was renamed later into the IPGRI (International Plant Genetic Resources Institute) and named recently IPGRI - typically built guidelines for the descriptions of the objects of research - the so-called classifiers of plants. It contains the Russian-language version of the reflected descriptors #401-462 on the evaluation of stability of plants of grapes to the soil, and biotic and abiotic stressors, when they are used to speed up the modern selection process. It is especially valuable for ampelographers, breeders and scientists of the field of plant protection

Description
The article discusses the application of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), its mathematical model is a system of information theory and implements, its software tools – intellectual system called "Eidos" for solving one of the important tasks of ampelography: to quantify the similarities and differences of different clones of grapes using contours of the leaves. To solve this task we perform the following steps: 1) digitization of scanned images of the leaves and creation their mathematical models; 2) formation mathematical models of specific leaves with the application of information theory; 3) modeling the generalized images of leaves of different clones on the basis of specific leaves (multiparameter typing); 4) verification of the model by identifying specific leaf images with generic clones, i.e., classes (system identification); 5) quantification of the similarities and differences of the clones, i.e. cluster-constructive analysis of generalized images of leaves of various clones. The specific shape of the contour of the leaf is regarded as noise information on the clone to which it relates, including information about the true shape of a leaf of this clone (clean signal) and noise, which distort the real shape, due to the random influence of the environment. Software tools of ASA-analysis which is intellectual "Eidos" system provides the noise suppression and the detection of a signal about the true shape of a leaf of each clone on the basis of a number of noisy concrete examples of the leaves of this clone. This creates a single image of the shape of the leaf of each clone, independent of their specific implementations, i.e. "Eidos" of these images (in the sense of Plato) - the prototype or archetype (in the Jungian sense) of the images

CLONAL IMPROVEMENT OF FOUR TECHNICAL GRAPE VARIETIES IN TAMAN SUBZONE OF KUBAN
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionStep by step results of many year researches of clonal selection of grape varieties: Clairette white, Saperavi, Sauvignon white and Chardonnay, growing in the Ltd company “ Pobeda” of Temryk district of Krasnodar region are cited in the article. Highly productive proto clones were selected. Clairette white is the best one as a variety from them and it was given to the state experiment under the name Clairette temryk.

CLONE SELECTION – THE MODERN BASE FOR RAISING GRAPE PRODUCTION
DescriptionThe clone selection has very outstanding position behind the actual problems of modern viticulture in the world and in our country. This problem usually has the primary importance behind the scientist who works with grape in all the countries such as USA, German, French, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Ukraine and etc. In our country last years some positions becomes solving in the plane of scientific research work. Consequently, in the article the history and the situation of clone selection of grape on the Eurasian continent is widely covered.

DescriptionThe article reviews the results of studying the influence of mineral fertilizers on the qualitative indices of the Merlot grape variety in the Anapo-Taman zone of the Krasnodar region. The technology of cultivation of grapes on the experimental plot was in accordance with the accepted for the given zone and culture. Agrobiological work was carried out at the optimal time and had a high quality of execution. Grape bushes are laid in a 3.0 x 2.0 m pattern. Formation - a twoshoulder horizontal cordon. On the bushes we formed the same load of shoots and bunches. Scheme of the experiment: option 1 – no fertilizers (control); option 2-superphosphate with a mixture of potassium salt (P90K90) from the autumn; option 3 –nitroammofoska (N120P120K120) from autumn; option 4 – ammonium nitrate (N60) in early spring. Analysis of the results of studies on the study of biological features of growth, fruiting, yield and quality of Merlot grape varieties on the background of the use of mineral fertilizers shows their high efficiency in the conditions of the AnapoTamanskaya zone of the Krasnodar region and can be recommended for use in production conditions. Mineral fertilizers ensures the receipt of dry bulk wine of superior quality control sample (without fertilizers) the concentration of tartaric acid 17.3 25.1 percent, phenolic compounds 17.1 – 40.0 %, and alcohol content of 7.2 and 9.3 %, titratable acids 11.8 and 13.7 %, given extract by 17.4 %, with a decrease of the mass concentration of total sulfur dioxide and pH. The most effective is the introduction of NPK (N120P120K120)
