IMPROVING REPRODUCTIVE QUALITIES OF SOWS IN INDUSTRIAL PIG-BREEDING FARM

DescriptionThe article presents results of the experiment to study the influence of vitamins and minerals preparation with folic acid Vitoligo M at the reproductive functions of sows. It is established that prilificacy of sows was more at 12,5-39,3%. The piglets of the experimental groups had the best quality of growth and livability. Blood chemistry parameters were better in sows experimental groups. The experiment with lots of animals confirmed the results of scientific experience. The sows of the experimental groups had better breeding efficiency

CONSEQUENCES OF DECISIONS FOR SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
DescriptionThe real facts presented in this article, demonstrate the great importance in today's world of strategic management, methods of analyses of innovations and investments and the role of the theory of decision-making in these economic disciplines. We have given the retrospective analysis of the development of nuclear physics research. For the development of fundamental and applied science in the second half of the twentieth century, we had a very great importance of the two events: the decision of US President Roosevelt to deploy nuclear program (adopted in response to a letter from Einstein) and the coincidence in time between the completion of the construction of nuclear bomb and the end of World War II. The nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki has determined the developments in science and technology for the entire second half of the twentieth century. For the first time in the entire history of the world the leaders of the leading countries clearly seen that fundamental research can bring great practical benefit (from the point of view of the leaders of countries). Namely, they can give the brand new super-powerful weapon. The consequence was a broad organizational and financial support of fundamental and deriving from them applied research. LEGAL RELATIONSHIP AND SUCCESSION TO THE INHERITANCE
DescriptionThe authors of the article consider and analyze various points of view upon hereditary legal relationship and the nature of universal succession to the inheritance. The matter of hereditary legal relationship appears due to the death of the testator. Hereditary legal relationship arises on various bases, which grow from the facts: discovery of inheritance, acceptance of inheritance, refusal of inheritance, execution of the will, hereditary transmission and other legal relationship. The authors come to the conclusion that the change of the testator as subject in any of the legal relationship existed during his lifetime is impossible without the whole complex of the hereditary relations, and while some (the relations on protection of hereditary property, division, etc.) can be avoided in the course of transition of hereditary property, the others (discovery of inheritance, acceptance of inheritance) are necessary. In each legal relationship the successor perceives the whole legal situation of the testator, that is in each legal relationship the rights which are the object of the relation will be passed to him. The contents of hereditary legal relationship claim that inheritance represents the transition order protected by the law after the death of a citizen (testator) of the things owned by him on the right of a private property, the property, and also property rights and duties to one or several persons (successors) as universal succession. In the case of universal hereditary succession, the rights and duties are passed to the successor with one act, without a transfer by their first owner, and the passed rights and duties continue to be estimated on the identity of the first owner. Finally the authors come to the conclusion that universality designates transition of the rights as well as the testator’s duties (except those inseparably linked with the identity of the testator) as a whole when the successor can't selectively accept some rights and duties, having refused the others. Restriction of responsibility of the successor for the testator's debts with the size of hereditary volume does not change the essence of universal succession in this regard

The article deals with the use of intelligent technology "Aidos" for the prevention of fires, electrical injuries, and accidents at agricultural sector and optimizing the security measures of human-machine systems. Causes of accidents are multi-phase or single-phase short-circuit in the supply network or electrical installation, the failure of the primary protective equipment and violations of regimes for electrical installations, causing overloads, deterioration of the insulation of supply cables, the mismatch of protective devices to regulatory requirements. Implementation of systemcognitive analysis provides a reduction in the number of dangerous fabricated experiences at hazardous production facilities. Due to the application of ASCanalysis, it provides a more efficient operation of electric installations on dangerous industrial objects, which means to prevent fires, electric shock injuries, accidents and optimize the safety measures for manmachine systems. Users of the system called "Eidos" may be companies with a high risk of appearance of the accidents at hazardous production objects: agroindustrial complex, gas supply, heat and electricity, oil-processing components, metallurgical industry, chemical, petrochemical and oil industry, main pipelines-wire transport, food and oil industry and others. Planned efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of ASC-analysis is provided by reducing the number of dangerous man-made situations: accidents, fires, and electrocution on dangerous production units-projects. USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS
DescriptionThis article utilizes wavelet analysis, a relatively new mathematical tool, designed to develop an algorithm of analysis for electrical transients in electric power systems. Techniques, which are currently used, fall into two main categories: time domain or the integral transform domain. Both of the aforementioned categories can be stressed when solving equations with a wide spectrum or when a system of equations is subjected to a nonstationary forcing function. One of the benefits of wavelet analysis, however, is the ability to resolve nonstationary nature signals easily. Based on the discrete time domain approximation, the system components such as resistor and inductor are modeled in discrete wavelet domain for purpose of transient analysis. The method can be implemented by any kind of orthogonal wavelet transform. Computer simulations verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
