LANDED PROPERTY OF NOBLE FAMILY IN THE NORTH CAUCASUS IN 1861-1917 YY.
DescriptionFeatures of the development of landed property of noble family of the North Caucasus in 1861-1917 are analyzed and presented on the basis of the vast corpus of documentary sources. It is shown that principally the landed property formed completely in the post reform period, and a special significance was attached to a form of landowning of Cossack nobility. It is noted that the landed property of noble family in the region was unstable, and the process of its reduction began from the end of XIX-th century. In the article, we can analyze the organization work of trade unions about collective agreements conclusion as example of agricultural enterprises in Kalmykia in 1963-1973. The author considers the realization of the main clauses in the collective agreement. In them there were reflected the commitments of administration and collective of industrial and office workers on perfect in labor organization, introduction of new techniques and raising the productivity of labor, qualification and training of personnel. The collective agreements were made with registration of the main points in labor and wages questions, and so points in the sphere of working time, resting time, payment of labor and material stimulation, labor protection, improvement of life conditions and cultural service of workers. The analyses of extensive documentary material showed that there were serious defects in the working practice with collective agreements. There were the facts in formal attitude; conditions and details of agreements realization were not always discussed in time. The agreements promoted to realization of production plans, improvement of everyday repairs and cultural services of industrial and office workers, and attracting them to industrial managements. In modern conditions of personification of history it becomes especially important to study works of famous figures of the Black Sea clergy. Roman Porokhnya was one of such priests. His personality never became an object of special research that was connected with scarcity of sources. In this article an attempt to observe his life and activity as the first army archpriest of the Black Sea Cossacks on the Kuban earth was made for the first time, the archival documents which hadn’t been studied before were introduced into scientific circulation. A lot of place in article is allocated for reconstruction of the historical past of the Black Sea Cossacks of the end of XVIII – beginning of the XIX centuries. In this work, on the basis of the analysis of the works of R. Porokhnya we have shown a special place of a role of the priest in the life of the Black Sea Cossacks. In the article his educational activity, his works connected with the beginning of church construction in uninhabited Kuban lands were considered in detail. A lot of place here was taken by the history of church relics of the Black Sea Cossacks, the important role of Roman Porochnya in their preservation is shown. Also the problem connected with formation of local clergy doesn't remain unaddressed. In the article the main difficulties of it are shown, local specifics were discussed. Against the background of the description of the socio-economic and political development of the Kuban we presented a historical portrait of R. Porokhnya and we showed the role of a well-known personality in the history of the Kuban

The article is devoted to the activities of the regional branch of all-Russian voluntary society for protection of monuments of history and culture (VOOLIK) in the territory of Adygheya. The studied problem has not been the subject of special study. The main source was archival dataб which were not included into scientific circulation. First, these are the minutes of the regional conferences of VOOPIK and the meetings of its regional branch. The article discusses the processes of creation and functioning of the society; we have determined the range of issues included in their competence and the most active members of the society, revealed the conditions for the establishment of primary organizations and the requirements for entering into society. The analysis of the reports of the regional conferences of VOOPIK and the meetings of the regional branch was allowed to identify specific activities conducted by the regional branch of VOOPIK, for the creation and preservation of the historical heritage of the Republic of Adygea

The article describes the types and forms of search movement activity of the Krasnodar Region in the formation, preservation and reconstruction of historical and cultural heritage of the Great Patriotic War. The search movement in Russia is the unique socio-cultural phenomenon. In Krasnodar region this movement began in the 80s. Today it is 16 specialized public search organizations. Kuban searchers found the remains of more than 10,000 Soviet soldiers and recognized the names of 220 of them; they have carried out more than 700 expeditions. The main activities of the search organizations of Kuban in the area of historical and cultural heritage of the Great Patriotic War are conducting field exploration works; the establishment of names of the dead, found in the course of search operations and search for their relatives; reburial of the soldiers; assist in the elimination of explosive devices of the Great Patriotic War; patriotic education; military and historical reconstruction; the popularization of the military history of the region. The main purpose of search organizations is to recreate and perpetuate the memory of killed people in the defense of the Fatherland. Through the forms of activity, practiced by search organizations of the Krasnodar region, formed valuable attitude to the historical past, carried out patriotic education, readiness for armed defense of the motherland

THE ACTIVITY OF THE ORTHODOX CLERGY OF THE KUBAN COSSACKS IN THE EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY
DescriptionIn modern conditions of political instability the appeal to historical experience is especially important. Consideration of activity of orthodox clergy at the beginning of the twentieth century, on the one hand, allows estimating its role at lives of the Russian society, with another to track interrelation between spiritual crises and strengthening of revolutionary moods in Russia. In this work the complex analysis of relationship of the Kuban society and clergy at the beginning of the twentieth century for the first time is given, special attention is paid to the factors that played an important role in the growth of anti-clerical sentiment. In the article the contribution of priests to culture of Kuban is considered as well. It occupies a special place coverage outreach and philanthropy. In the research, the attention is focused on diverse structure of the Kuban clergy that found reflection in their miscellaneous social and in the material status. All of this has contributed to the presence of three movements in the ranks of the priesthood of the Kuban. Shortly before revolution the part of the Kuban church clergy supported cardinal changes in life of Church, others were supporters of moderate reforms, the third were opponents of all changes. Based on the analysis of archival documents in an article released in the specifics of the position of the Orthodox clergy Kuban from other regions of Russia. In this article it is convincingly proved that the authority of Russian Orthodox Church was much higher here that found reflection levels of moral development of society. Unlike the central provinces spiritual crisis was much weaker here; less all Cossacks were subject to its influence. All this promoted preservation of monarchic moods and among the most part of residents of Kuban. Therefore, the news of the overthrow of the monarchy, the establishment of Soviet power there was perceived negatively by the majority of inhabitants

According to the right-monarchical opinion, Jews were among hostile peoples, because they threatened to the above-named values by taking an active part in the revolutionary movement

In the system of the sciences the genealogy is closely connected with the physical and structural anthropology, the historical psychology, demography, ethnography, genetics and other areas of knowledge. It is emphasized that today an important component of any family, except the welfare, the popularity and the existence of the significant state awards (this is a certain template which distorts an essence of the genealogical researches, because it glorifies the persons doing the actions harm to the countries of the world), is the allocation of the other essential qualities of the people. One of such intrinsic characteristics is the patriotism of service to the Fatherland to which there is attention the long-term and laborious research by the several generations of genealogy of the family of Skulsky. In the article оn the basis of the collected several generations of the researchers of unique genealogical information we have proposed an analytical approach to the study of the long history of Russia using the biographical method. In conclusion, we have disclosed the value of this method for the modern science, focused on the development of the interdisciplinary research and the increase of the reliability, objectivity, scientific findings and recommendations. The article presents historical information about the stages of gradual transformation of the first non-large wine-making institution of Crimea, organized in 1828 under the initiative of Prince M.S. Vorontsov in the natural boundary called Magarach near the Imperial Nikitsky botanical garden in the world famous Institute of Grape and Wine "Magarach" - once the chief coordinator of the research work in the field of viticulture and winemaking republics of the USSR and the main forge of scientific staff in this direction. Among the directors of the institute of the last century, there were such talented organizers as A.G. Globa, T.G. Kataryan, P.Y. Golodriga. The Institute operated a network of regional branches, created enotec with a settled in 1836 wine Muscat pink Magarach (World rarity is reflected in the Guinness book of records), the world ampelographic collection (fourth in number of samples), scientists developed area-standard assortment for production, issued 11 Volumes of "Ampelography of USSR" (awarded by OIV), designed a lot of outstanding for yield and stability varieties (Pervenets Magaracha, Ranniy Magaracha, Citron Magaracha et al.) and clones (Muscat white of Red Stone, Pinot Noir yields and others.) grapes. There was a significant contribution in the sphere of research and development of viticulture and winemaking of world, the institute was given an international prestige and this led to establishing the base of the General Assembly of the OIV - International Organization of Grape and Wine, the International Symposium on the selection of wine-town, several international wine tasting competitions and International finest examples of table grapes
