SPECIFICITY OF EARLY FRONTIER IN THE CAUCASUS

DescriptionThis article analyzes the early frontier in the Caucasus. In this paper we prove the legality of the use of the concept of "early frontier" for the period of the Russian-Caucasian history. The author, basing on the classic criteria of frontier offered by Turner F.J., compares the main characteristics of early American and Caucasian frontier. During the analysis I allocate the general and specific elements of intercultural communication of this period, which forms the basic mechanisms of frontier community. The article shows how the factor of "intermediate" defines heterotopic, unstable, reversible, transgressionnature of the basic processes and intercultural communication occurring during early frontier. The methodology of this study can be used to analyze different types and stages of the frontier, both historical and contemporary

DescriptionThis article is devoted to communicative and pragmatical importance of the speech act of disagreement and means of its expression. Importance of communication increases in the modern world because of improvement of informational technologies and expansion of borders of communicative space. Therefore, the research of features of communication ceased to have applied character and got to the area of studying of many sciences and linguistics. Research of expression of semantic category of disagreement is actual for modern linguistics and is because the integrated approach to the analysis of essence of concept of disagreement for the purpose of its adequate description of system and functional properties is necessary. The dialogical unities containing reciprocal remarks of disagreement are the object of the research. The object of the research is the features of disagreement, which are shown at the lexical and grammatical levels of any language and in some spheres of communication. The purpose of this work is to express the act of disagreement from the point of view of semantical and syntactical importance, to consider basic lexical means, both verbally and nonverbally. INDIRECT COMMUNICATION MEANS AS CONFLICT SITUATION MARKERS

DescriptionThe article considers the problems of indirect communication in conflict situations. The diversity of means of communicative strategies realization in terms of their diversity, and in terms of their explicitness/implicitness is noted. The role of corresponding meanings markers discernment has been emphasized in indirect communication as part of communication in general. It is important in the communication process for understanding indirect communication to study non-verbal means as a hidden source of informative material, independent of the semantics of speech, and that means having increased reliability. Non-verbal means play a special role in decoding indirect communication in the field of diplomatic relations. Markers implementing covert communication are such deviations from the original behavioral, emotional, bodily and behavioral norms of human like agitation, change of clothing style, facial expressions, manner of smoking, and contradictions between verbal and non-verbal actions. The ability to decode visual and non-verbal information, as well as features of paralinguistic aspect of communication is the key to its effectiveness. At the same time, paralinguistic funds may implement indirect communication in violation of generally accepted social norms or originality of a person's behavior. The norm of originality can become a conduit for indirect communication, carrying the potential for conflict, not only at its violation or deviation from it, but when you apply the intensity, excessiveness; when realized its ambivalent character
