USING MECHANISMS OF FORMALIZATION OF DIDACTIC CONTENT FOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT MONITORING
DescriptionThe relevance of an effective system of professional development for science-intensive and high-tech industries demonstrates not only the need to promptly respond to the global challenges of the modern economy, but also the presence of professionals able to reform the Russian economy in conditions of adverse effects of the sanctions. The leading role in these processes is assigned to highly qualified staff, which is formed in the process of training specialists within the system of continuous professional education and training (CPEandT). Expansion of the use of the system of CPEandT in modern educational technology (MET) opens new possibilities for advanced training and monitoring of this process by formalizing mechanisms of didactic content. We have developed specific mechanisms of formalization of the bestknown relationship between the information flow of didactic content and scope of knowledge of professional disciplines plan of professional development, as well as the possibility of their use for the monitoring of the process. The article discloses mechanisms of formalization of the process of professional development for science-intensive and high-tech industries, which will actively contribute to their successful implementation and monitoring

The author of the article compares native and foreign approaches to teachers’ of health and safety training and specifically to their realization in the republic of Poland. Acquired experience and data are applied by the author of the investigation for teaching the health and safety discipline; they are explored and used in realization of teaching courses of health and safety. The prime object of the discipline is to provide students with information in the aspect of safety and to form the conduct in real extreme conditions, being in habit of preventing risks, to equip them with information about risks of modern life. Students also must be able to feel confident in quite a deep field, that is: framework of civil protection, rules of behavior in case of risk, first-aid treatment in case of emergency, protection from various threats, debridement and sanitary, warning others of danger. In graduate classes of secondary school we observe understanding of the structure of national defense, compliance with obligations in the area of defense by authorities and citizens, threats in peacetime and in the war-time. Essential principles of an elective course in health and safety for graduate classes in schools and gymnasiums are peace maintaining, cooperation and unification of countries as a guaranty of safety, factors of ecological risks, International Humanitarian Law. Having conducted a detailed analysis of curriculums in health and safety in Poland, the author draws a conclusion that it is largely alike the realized Russian one

The article considers issues of presentation of educational material using verbal and visual metaphors. Metaphors functions are analyzed, such as: representative, which is a new phenomenon and new object. The second function is the information, i.e., metaphor gives the initial information. The third function is called ornamental, where metaphor adorns scientific speech, makes it more intense. The fourth function of metaphor is explanatory that is metaphor explains the meaning of the phenomenon. The fifth function is economical, because the metaphor allows characterizing phenomena briefly and processes that are at a different way of expressing it was hard to describe. Sixth function is visual, as it creates an image, contributing to the achievement of this phenomenon. We have presented verbal and visual metaphors for each function in the example of teaching disciplines cytogenetics and genetic monitoring. For the implementation in the educational process of metaphors during 2 years of gathered verbal metaphors of scientific articles and books, and reinforce their visual metaphors based on works of art. It is shown that a metaphor conveys not only the primary sense, but also allows you to recreate a bright and unconventional way. In some cases, a metaphor can be a supplement to development of the new course, but sometimes they need to be the main focus in the presentation of the material

THE USE OF HUMOROUS DRAWINGS IN THE COURSE OF "HISTORY AND METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH AGRONOMY"
DescriptionThe article discusses issues related to humorous, ironic, satirical figure, which is one of the kinds of fine art. Forms, styles and genres graphs of this type were reviewed. The classical method of analysis has been used in the article, only the subject of the analysis was images of various phenomena in agronomic practice. Basic definitions of humorous illustration, showing the history of its creation are presented. In the example of drawn short stories by Dutch artist Herluf Bidstrup we show possibilities of using a humorous picture as a good example of observation of the development of plants. We have marked characteristic features of modern cartoons - the ability to largely reflect the concerns associated with the development and application of new technologies in the agricultural sector and economy. Towards a new form of comic drawing we can consider a meme as a unit of cultural information. The caricature is as follows-known work is presented in an entirely different semantic perspective, it is like tracing paper for lighting any problems. The emphasis is on the possibility of using intelligent and ironic drawings in the teaching discipline of "History and methodology of scientific agriculture" for better learning, remembering and propaganda agronomic knowledge

The article is devoted to the methods of popularization of knowledge on scientific agronomy that was used in the Soviet period. Methods of visual transmission of information such as postcard, badge, matchbox label, agitation poster, textiles and porcelain, as well as an animated film have been considered. The influence of these methods on the development of agriculture is shown. At the same time, the reverse process is also the effect of the progress and achievements of agriculture on the art of that time. Each method is unique and the article describes the scope and influence of each of them on the society of that time. An extensive database has been collected for each examined method and images analyzed in terms of the history of agronomy and technologies used in agriculture, as well as their use in the popularization of this sector. The use of such methods of information transfer in the present time is noted, both for solving such an urgent problem - increasing the prestige of agriculture, and in the educational process of specialists of this industry. The materials described in the article are recommended for introduction to the course "History and methodology of scientific agronomy". It is shown that the given resources could contain a large number of useful and even unique information, which makes them an object for collection, detailed study and structuring in databases

The article is devoted to consideration of the content of teaching a foreign language in the era of globalization. Basis of content formation of teaching are two main principles consisting in necessary sufficiency and availability of teaching material. The study examines the main components of content of teaching consisting of system of knowledge and system of skills and abilities, structural by realized through five subcomponents which determinate selection criteria of teaching material. This includes the study of such aspects of the problem as the identification of sociocultural changes in the context of globalization, based on the information character of society. The language changes are considered under the influence of the above factors, which must be taken into account in the content of teaching the language as a foreign language. It is concluded that these changes need to be taken into account, because they are critical and extend to all spheres of life. Language, being in indissoluble connection with society during all evolutionary development is also subject to changes. This article proposes an approach to teaching mathematics in high school, based on the application of application software packages, which is especially relevant in connection with attempts to transition in the upper grades to profile education, when the student chooses the direction of more in-depth study of subjects, based on his own inclinations. The substantiation of necessity of development of methodical positions and recommendations on use of packets of applied programs on lessons of mathematics in the senior classes of high school is given. The analysis of existing packages of applied programs for teaching mathematics in high school is carried out. During the research, packages used for solving mathematical problems are considered: MS ESCEL, STATISTICA, MATCAD. Known packages of applied programs are classified according to groups of applications in mathematics lessons. Approaches to the use of application packages in math lessons during the pedagogical experiment have been tested. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the State Budget Professional Educational Institution of the Krasnodar Territory "Beloglinsky Agrarian Technical Technical School". The analysis of the results of approbation is carried out and recommendations are made on the application of application software packages in mathematics lessons in high school
