DescriptionThe article presents the theorem of Chebyshev on the distribution of primes, considering functions that approximated prime numbers. We have also considered a new function, which is quite good for approximation of prime numbers. A review of the known results on distribution of prime numbers is given as well

Description
The development of information and communication technologies of the socio-political sphere acquires new quality and presentation and implementation of political action from the federal level to the municipalities. In this connection it is necessary to consider and to conceptualize the notion of "network of local politics", highlight it institutionalized (eg, local government) and non institutionalized actors (such as local community network), describe their communication channels, and methods and tools used. All this will help to build a theoretical model of the "network of local politics" allows analyzing social and political processes at the municipal level. The need for this kind of analysis is connected with the diversification of the local authorities in various regions of Russia and uneven socio-economic development of regions due to various socio-cultural characteristics, geographical and other contexts

THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF CREDIT RATING OF AGRICULTURAL COMMODITY PRODUCERS
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the problems connected with credit rating of growers of agricultural products for which reception of credits is of great importance. In the article various treatments of "credit status" concept are considered, features of agricultural production are allocated. In the article it is concluded that the account of branch specificity of agricultural manufacturers will help banks to minimize their credit risks at work with the given clients

THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF HARMONIZATION OF EU TAX SYSTEMS
DescriptionThe topic of harmonization of tax systems of member countries of Economic and Monetary Union is currently very relevant. In the article we examine in detail the point of view of scientists of various economic schools on the feasibility of a coordinated fiscal policy in the framework of integration associations. Assess the role and the possibility of using tax instruments in the formation and functioning of the economic union. The reasons of increased competition within the EU are reviled. We analyze the EU experience in the field of regulation of taxation assess-member countries, as well as the formation of the general budget. The causes of the EU budget redistribution in favor of the troubled countries and new EU members are investigated. The causes of the EU budget redistribution in favor of the troubled countries and new EU members. The effect of the fiscal component of the state of the economies of Member States' economic unions. Particular attention is paid to the need of harmonization the legislation of member countries of integration associations in the field of indirect taxation. Authors conclude that the restrictions on currency and monetary control capabilities of Member States economic unions actually preserve certain independence in the conduct of fiscal policy. At the same time the negative effects of exchange rates regimes fixing or replacing the National currencies single collective may be partially offset by the competent fiscal policy

THEORETICAL ASPECT OF INTERNATIONAL COMMODITY & LOGISTIC FLOW MANAGEMENT
DescriptionThe reasons for the transformation of logistics systems of international trading companies are becoming the processes of integration of national economies into the world economy now, which contribute to the expansion of trading companies at the expense of the foreign markets development. In this regard, especially updated become theoretical developments in the field of commodity flows on an international caliber. The article analyzes the interpretations of scholars of various economic scientists of the concept of "commodity flow" explores theoretical approaches for building goods distribution management at the level of international companies. Particular attention is paid to the risks assessment in the process of changing the output of trading companies at the international level. The role of the international net brokers is determining in the logistic system of goods distribution. The front most methods of risk management of major trade companies are highly investigating. The authors conclude that in entering the international markets trading companies are often unable to develop an effective risk management system due to lack of information, difficulty adapting to the new business environment. Many aspects of international goods distribution require further study with the aim of improving the efficiency of inventory management and logistics network trade flows of businesses

Description
The use of intensive milk production technologies in practice, nonobservance of the principles of feeding and keeping animals leads to a decrease in the level of compensatory-regenerative processes in the body, violation of general and specific metabolic reactions, emergence of a number of pathological conditions, and, primarily, hepatopathies leading to a decrease in the productivity of dairy cattle, to the birth of unviable young animals and to the impossibility of their further exploitation. Therefore, on the background of early diagnosis of violations of the liver it is necessary to conduct adequate pharmacoprophylaxis, which prevents further development of hepatopathies with the help of hepatoprotectors. These preparations include a new injectable one – livazen, the mechanism of action of which works due to its antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing action. The preparation has a lipotropic effect, favorably affects the antitoxic and pigmentary function of liver, and increases resistance to hypoxia and various kinds of intoxication. Research conducted to study its effect in the system of prophylactic measures of hepatosis in sterile cows showed that on the background of the use of lavazen there was a significant increase in total protein by 16,6% and increase in albumins - by 13,8%. The level of γ-globulins, on the contrary, decreased by 20,9%. The study of the preparation had a normalizing effect on lipid metabolism, which was manifested by an increase in the concentration of triglycerides in 3,1 times and increase in cholesterol by 24,7%. An increase in the concentration of calcium by 14,5% was also found out. The use of livazen allowed to ensure a tendency towards a decrease in enzyme activity (according to AST - by 6,9%, by ALT - by 24,4%, according to alkaline phosphatase - by 11,6%), in contrast to control animals whose aspartate aminotransferase increased by 11,3% from the initial; ultrasonography of liver of cows confirmed the expressed effectiveness of the pharmacoprophylaxis

DescriptionIn the article, we have suggested a general mathematical model of non-stationary and non-isothermal process of a binary electrolyte transfer in dilute solutions in an electro-membrane system (EMS), taking into account the joint action of gravitational convection, forced convection and electro convection in potential dynamic mode. This model is a boundary problem for a system of two-dimensional quasi-linear Navier-Stokes equation and Nernst-Planck-Poisson in partial derivatives equation. We have developed a theory of similarity of the process of heat and mass transfer in electro-membrane systems, specifically, in a desalting channel of electro dialysis apparatus, taking into account joint actions of concentration polarization, space charge, gravity convection, forced convection and electro convection. It is shown that the criterion of electro convection does not directly depend on the initial concentration, and, therefore, electro convection occurs at any initial concentration. At the same time, the criterion of concentration convection linearly dependents on the initial concentration, and, therefore, at high concentrations, concentration convection prevails, while at lower concentrations, the role of gravitational convection begins to fall whereas the role of electro convection increases. The theory of similarity of the process of heat and mass transfer in the desalting channel of electro dialysis apparatus built in this work taking into account the joint action of concentration polarization, space charge, gravity convection, forced convection and electro convection is important for engineering calculations, for scaling the results of experiments in an electro-membrane cell for industrial electro dialysis water desalting apparatus
