ENSURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TERRITORIAL ENTITIES
DescriptionSustainable development of rural territorial communities is the most important scientific and practical task of further development of economic activity and stability of agro-industrial complex. The effectiveness of the solution to this problem is largely determined by the optimal and rational use of IC manufacturing, financial and employment potential of rural areas. Currently, rural areas are the most important spatial and complex socio-ecological and economic education, which accounts for almost the entire volume of AIC gross output and the bulk of the working population of rural areas. However, rural areas are characterized by a high rate (an average of 1.3-1.7 times) as compared with urban areas. It is here, recorded a lower level of employment of labor and income of the working population, not fully resolved the individual socio-economic and demographic problems of rural development, not yet formed a stable agricultural management mechanism and non-productive areas. For this reason, markedly increased scientific interest in the research of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of sustainable development of rural territorial communities. In the article the technique of an estimation of stability, development and sustainable development of rural municipal areas, applied aspects of further economic and social development and well-founded proposals to overcome the risks of instability and functioning of rural territorial formations

ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF THE AGRARIAN SECTOR AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
DescriptionThe article is devoted to solution of actual task of definition to the modern role of the agro-industrial complex of Russia in economic theory, in the globalized world economy. It deals with production in agriculture, as a developed competitive agricultural sector, which is the key to food security of the country's existence. In the work we present the analysis of factors affecting the development of agriculture, among which the most important are the low degree of monopolization of rural producers in comparison with other sectors of the economy; high level of capital intensity of agriculture and low profitability; disparity of prices in the agricultural sector; high level of competition imports. The article presents the main issues to be focused for timely consideration, such as: questions about the protectionist measures to help the farmers from Federal agencies; the role of insurance and leasing organizations in encouraging farmers in replacing agricultural equipment; the need for effective assistance of regional authorities in the promotion of the import substitution program; the identification and elimination of "bottlenecks" in the promotion of South Russian grain on the world market; development of measures to solve other problems constraining the sector's development. We have also offered a number of rational and effective interventions for addressing key management issues of agricultural sector

MANAGING A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY DEVELOPMENT: ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS
DescriptionThis article proposes the creation of a cluster of breweries, which aims to unite the efforts of the brewing manufacturers that allow the participants to improve the effectiveness of the functioning of the common sharing of resources, to ensure the growth of competitive advantages, find sales channels not only at regional, but also on foreign markets. At the same time, they are able to provide a higher level of efficiency, balance and handling of the economy. Increased efficiency is achieved by increasing the productivity of labor, the creation of common infrastructure (information, supply and marketing, etc.). Access to foreign markets and empower consumers to search for products from waste breweries. A method of utilization of brewery waste in landfills is the simplest, but from the standpoint of environmental and material component is not effective, so the re-use, recycling of waste and byproducts can not only remove the threat of environmental pollution, but also to significant income processor of this waste. But for the purchase, installation of the necessary equipment, training a person, the necessary skills to work with non-waste production cash costs are required, which not every company can invest. Thus, the use of the cluster approach in a business combination for interest in the use of secondary (low-waste) production, the introduction of resource-saving, "green" technologies determined by the specifics of the cluster, namely, give the enterprises belonging to it, effect is expressed in the increasing environmental and economic sustainability and the competitiveness of the entire system as compared to the individual business entities

LED LAMPS FOR IRRADIATION OF GLASSHOUSE PLANTS
DescriptionAt present, much attention is paid to the production of domestic vegetable products. One of the main reserves of increasing the yield of vegetables is the production of products in sheltered ground. The intensive construction of new glasshouses and greenhouses complexes has sharply increased the demand for engineering facilities, with the help of which an artificial microclimate is created in the structures of the protected soil. To create high irradiations, a very significant specific installed power of photosynthetic radiation sources is required. Currently, advanced greenhouse plants use LED irradiation. The experience of these farms showed that LED irradiators have a number of significant advantages over discharge lamps: a significantly lower specific power of the irradiator; the service life of LEDs is several times higher; they do not contain toxic substances (mercury); LEDs are powered from a low voltage network, which is significant from a safety standpoint. Isolation of greenhouse plants from the effects of natural factors of the environment leads to undesirable consequences. The deficit of the amount of natural energy of optical radiation penetrating the structures of protected ground in modern industrial greenhouses during off-season is eliminated by additional artificial radiation from greenhouse lamps. In this case, the emission spectrum of lamps differs significantly from the natural one. This is especially true for ultraviolet radiation. The issue of creating an LED lamp for its application in structures of protected ground is considered. The main requirements for the creation of a photosynthetic lamp on the spectral composition of radiation are given. The necessity of a long-wave ultraviolet component in the emission spectrum of a lamp is substantiated

THE INVESTIGATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMICS’ RESOURCE POTENTIAL IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR
DescriptionThe article deals with the problems of investigating the resource potential state. We present a methodology based on the systematic approach. The development of economics’ resource potential requires shift from unilateral and local approaches to adaptive systemic paradigm, involving the use of tools, methods and mechanisms of development, which are formed in accordance with the hierarchical structure of the resource potential according to different levels. Generalization of the systemic aspects of the economics’ resource potential formation and development is revealed that the importance of informed decision-making in the system of sectorial management increases nowadays, that leads to the increasing the analytical and predictive tools obtaining relevant information according to the current processes in the resource fields. The managing development system of the economics’ resource potential in the context of adaptive systemic paradigm provides the identification of regional (across the macro-region) and territorial (within the region) features of developing status and trends of economics’ resource potential. Because of tools’ application for multivariate statistical analysis, we indicate groups of the identified areas with different levels of resource development. Main stages and steps allow formalizing the problem at different levels, which will facilitate the process of strategic planning and management of resource development. For example, the agrarian sector of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal District presents the results of cluster’s analysis of subjects’ districts. We group the regions according to resource potential development of the agricultural sector

A METHOD OF CALCULATING THE COMBINE PARK IN VARIOUS CONDITIONS OF CLEANING
DescriptionThe article discusses the technique of calculating the combine harvester under various harvesting conditions. The authors consider two options for optimizing the fleet of combines: the first, when the harvested area is set, the second, when the harvested area is not specified. In the first case, the harvester park is calculated for a known area with different harvesting times, but within the boundaries of the agro-industry. In the second variant, a park of harvesters is justified and it is calculated how much space it will be able to clean for a different duration of harvesting operations

AGRITOURISM CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT
DescriptionIn accordance with many surveys, it is clear that rural holidays play an important role in diversification of modern touristic places. Its diversity attracts more and more tourists in different countries from all over the world, including Russia. The phenomenon of agritourism has been known in touristic science and practice for a long time. However, a common interpretation of its content and an approach to its classification has not been developed. The article presents a hypothesis, which represents agritourism at the present stage of its development; a special kind of tourism, which unites a number of subclass and their development requires a special set of tourist resources The author has greatly elaborated the science of tourism theory in terms of formation of the conceptual unit of agritourism, including its inherent properties as a special field of tourism; classification criteria (using the results (products) of agricultural production in various forms, the infrastructure and resources of the agritourism facility or the whole countryside, trade activity) according to classes and subclasses. In contrast to the pre-existing partial approaches to agritourism, it allows, to isolate it properly as an independent and complete subject of management facility in the tourist industry. The article presents the author's suggestion on agritourism conceptual framework development, typology of tourist resources use

MODERN ASPECTS OF DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF DIABETES INSIPIDUS IN DOGS
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionDiabetes Insipidus is found in dogs and rarely in cats. The study of this disease is a hot topic today, as it is challenging for the veterinarian in the diagnosis of its patients. You must take into consideration and study of such diseases, as it is important to of differential them from other diseases. Special attention the doctor pays to the etiology, diagnosis, and most importantly, treatment. It is also important to inform pet owners about the timely prevention of this disease. It has several mechanisms of development, and this will depend on the treatment process of the patient. The development of the disease directly depends on the speed of "fading" of kidney function and how soon the animal will be helped. Completely cure pet yet possible, but therapy can support the required amount of hormone in the body, and the physical condition of the animal is normal. Diabetes Insipidus is a serious condition that requires proper attention. In the final stages of your pet there is shortness of breath, frequency of seizures increases. The animal begins to refuse food, the skin becomes dry, appear constipation and incontinence. If the animal will not be treated, then it can live for about one to two years, and then die from exhaustion, perhaps a pet will fall into a coma. Therefore, the veterinarian must correctly explain to the pet owners than to end their inaction, as well as to prepare them for the fact that the pet will constantly be required drugs
