METHODS AND RESULTS OF THE SEED MATERIAL FRICTION COEFFICIENT DETERMINING USING AN AUTOMATED DEVICE
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
DescriptionThe article describes the automated method of friction coefficient determination of row crops seeds using different types of surface, including modern polymer and composite materials. It is revealed that the friction coefficient characterizes the friction properties of seeds arising in the process of mechanical action during harvesting, transportation, storage and processing, as well as changes over time depending on the state of the surfaces, contact time, humidity, relative velocity and other parameters. The problem of lack of friction coefficients values for rest and dynamic friction coefficients for the polymeric and composite materials which are actively applied today at industrial production of agricultural machinery is designated. The design and general view of the device which helps to determine friction coefficient excluding the human factor (operator error) are presented. The operation principle of the developed device is described and the processing method of experimental data is given. Experimental data were obtained and statistical processing was carried out to identify the static and dynamic friction coefficients of seeds. Integral ( ) and differential ( ) graph for the distribution of friction coefficient average values for pairs "type of seed material – type of friction surface" are constructed

EFFICIENCY OF BIOPREPARATIONS IN THE CULTIVATION OF WINTER WHEAT
DescriptionOne of the most important state tasks in the world is the production of grain in the most profitable way. The use of biological products in the cultivation of grain is very important in our time. Identification of the effectiveness of the use of biological products will allow enterprises growing winter wheat to determine the need for their use. The study was conducted in 2015-2018 in the field areas of the peasant farm called "Yurchenko", located in the Alexanderovsky district of the Stavropol region, in the area of unstable moisture on dark chestnut soils. Winter wheat is cultivated using biological products on the farm, using biopreparation Vimpel with drugs of fungicidal action of Alirin B and Alirin C - 522 plants per 1m2. The use of biological products of fungicidal action allowed to reduce the activity of fungal diseases, and Vimpel biopreparation increased plant nutrition. After that, this processing scheme allowed to obtain a higher mass of grains in the ear -1.01 g, which contributed to a higher yield. The processing plan of Vimpel and biological product a biological product of fungicidal activity Gliocladium is slightly lower than Vimpel + Alirin B + Alirin With, the number of productive stems before harvesting – 518 plants per m2 and weight of grains - 1.0 g. The study used field and laboratory methods. Cultivation of winter wheat using biological products is unprofitable in comparison with the control. Despite the increase in the yield and quality of grain, the cost of production is much higher than in the control sowing, which is due to the high cost of drugs and additional costs for their use

BIOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY OF FUNGICIDES IN WINTER WHEAT CROPS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON CROP YIELD
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionFor the production of high quality winter wheat grain, it is necessary to observe the technology of growing the crop and creating optimal conditions for the growth and development of plants. An important role in it is played not only by agrotechnical measures, but also by effective protection of crops from pests. The phytosanitary state of winter wheat sowings has worsened significantly in recent years, however, the degree of damage to crops and the harmfulness of fungal diseases can be significantly reduced, and in some cases completely prevented by treatment of crops with fungicides. The range of fungicides is improved annually by incorporating more effective and less environmentally hazardous preparations. The research is aimed at determining the optimal rates of consumption, the biological effectiveness of new fungicides and assessing their effect on the yield of winter wheat. As a result, it has been established that treatment with Abucus Ultra with a rate of 1.0 l / ha has protective properties, but does not treat plants (72.2%). This further leads to a loss of an average of about 0.5 tons of grain per hectare. Fungicide Akanto Plus in the investigated rates of consumption has good protective and eradicating (healing) properties and with a decrease in the rate of consumption of less loss of yield. Thus, the choice of the preparation and its consumption rate should be based on an understanding of the phytosanitary situation, taking into account the condition of crops and the agroclimatic situation

Description
The article presents a staged scheme for granulation of solid fraction solids of fermented poultry manure (SF FPM) in an augered granulator. Granulation process of material has been reviewed in every stage of compression. The structural and mechanical properties of the pressable material were studied. It was revealed that SF FPM refers to pseudoplastic bodies, which when exposed to pressure exhibit anomalous properties. We present a rheological model of the motion of pressed materials in an augered granulator. We have modeled a mechanical model of actions at SF FPM. It was revealed that the compressible material at voltages generated in an augered granulator at the area of plasticizing was acting like an abnormal liquid. This liquid obeys the regularities of Newtonian liquids

EFFECT OF YODDAR-ZN AND GLIMALASKVET FEED ADDITIVES ON BEEF QUALITY INDICATORS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThis article presents results of trials of feed additives called "Yoddar-Zn" and "Glimalask-Vet" to improve quality characteristic of meat of beef cattle. It was established that the most efficiency of these additives was achieved when used in complex. The carcasses of calves, which were consuming a complex of additives "Yoddar-Zn” and “Glimalask-Vet” (I c.), contained meat of the highest sort more than control by 6.48 kg, the animals which consumed only "Yoddar-Zn” (II c.) - 3.50 kg, the first-sort - at 15.19 and 7.86 kg. In experimental groups of calves there were observed more intense integral characteristics of meat color. The flesh of carcasses from the calves of experimental groups, the fat was higher than control, 0.13 and 0.07%, protein - by 1.79 and 0.97%. Animals experimental groups synthesized more protein at 5.45 kg, or 13.70%, and 2.62 kg, or 6.59%, energy - to 304.3 MJ, or 18.17%, and 146.8 MJ, or 8.77%. Meat of experimental animals, contained more essential amino acids. Protein meat quality indicator was higher than control, 0.73 and 0.28, amino acid index - by 0.17 and 0.04. The meat from calves of experimental group had a higher culinary and technological parameters, optimal fractional composition of muscle protein and lipid composition of adipose tissue, better digestibility

DescriptionRemineralization of leached chernozem was carried out by applying such rocks as loess-like loam, shell limestone, apatite phosphogypsum. We have revealed that the introduction of species didn’t change substantially the content of boron during the growing season. We have also displayed the seasonal dynamics of macro variants of the experiment and the increase in the content of food items in the phase of active growth of winter wheat. Seasonal dynamics of trace elements is expressed, but can not be expressed with certain regularity

ENSURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TERRITORIAL ENTITIES
DescriptionSustainable development of rural territorial communities is the most important scientific and practical task of further development of economic activity and stability of agro-industrial complex. The effectiveness of the solution to this problem is largely determined by the optimal and rational use of IC manufacturing, financial and employment potential of rural areas. Currently, rural areas are the most important spatial and complex socio-ecological and economic education, which accounts for almost the entire volume of AIC gross output and the bulk of the working population of rural areas. However, rural areas are characterized by a high rate (an average of 1.3-1.7 times) as compared with urban areas. It is here, recorded a lower level of employment of labor and income of the working population, not fully resolved the individual socio-economic and demographic problems of rural development, not yet formed a stable agricultural management mechanism and non-productive areas. For this reason, markedly increased scientific interest in the research of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of sustainable development of rural territorial communities. In the article the technique of an estimation of stability, development and sustainable development of rural municipal areas, applied aspects of further economic and social development and well-founded proposals to overcome the risks of instability and functioning of rural territorial formations
