Description
We studied the resistance of the eight strains of oil-destructive actinomycetes, isolated from the oil-contaminated ecosystems to heavy metal salts when cultivatiwng with different carbon sources. Furthermore we researched feasibility to use those microorganisms for bioremediation of oil- contaminated sites with high level of heavy metals

ECOSYSTEM DEGRADATION OF THE LIMESTONE MASSIFS OF WESTERN CAUCASUS AFTER DEFORESTATION
DescriptionSignificant changes in mountain ecosystems occur after deforestation on limestone massifs of the Western Caucasus. Tall-mountain-meadow vegetation with a large variety of species formed at low and medium soil disturbance 3 years after logging. Physical and biological properties of calcareous soils also vary greatly. The values of biological activity decrease at the maximum load is more than 10 times. Biological activity is increased by 20-50% or more cutting stations with low disorders. Biological properties of soils (especially the enzymatic activity) are very sensitive indicators of changes that have occurred as a result of logging. Changes in the activity of soil hydrolases different from changing oxidase activity at different times after logging

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF URBAN SOILS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ROSTOV-ON-DON)
DescriptionAbout 40 soil cuts were made in various parts of the city of Rostov-on-Don. The determinations of enzyme activity (catalase, invertase, polyphenoloxidase) were carried out in natural and antropogenic soils of a sub-urban park, residential and industrial areas of the city. The enzyme activity of soils in urban condition signif-icantly lowers than in non-urban soils. It is established, that significant impact on the biological activity has duration of sealing, and the longer the period, the higher the negative impact on the enzymes activity. However, a close relationship between humus state of soil and its enzyme activity kept in a condition of ur-ban pedogenesis. The high activity of investigated enzymes is typical to soil horizons which contain the highest amount of soil organic matter

Description
The researches have been conducted for the optimization of culture medium for unique genotipes of Populus tremula L. in vitro. It was found that for induction of proliferation of the arms of Populus tremula in vitro one should use MS culture medium with 0,1 ml / l IBA and 0,1 or 0,5 ml / l BAP. For stimulation of rhizogenesis MS culture medium with 0,3 ml / l IBA should be used

Description
In the article we investigated the effect of the bacterial metabolites compositions (Aktoflor and Patogen) on antagonistic activity of L.acidophilus D № 75. It was shown the both compositions stimulate integrated antagonistic activity of L.acidophilus D № 75 by inducing the synthesis of the bacteriocin and decreasing the proportion of low active clones in the population. We have also shown the advantage of probiotic bacteria metabolites (Aktoflor). The results can be used to enhance the probiotic potential of the bacterial preparations

The analysis of change of oak participation as a part of planting depending on directions of a slope, forest stand height along a slope (top, average, bottom) and cutslope ratio (5 – 15º and 25 – 35º) on time length bor 25 years is carried out. Oak durmast and english oak serai changes directions are revealed on the Western Caucasus

Description
In the model experiments we studied the effect of combined action of chemical pollutants (PbO 1,000 mg / kg oil 5% by weight of soil) and microwave radiation (SHF radiation) with a capacity of 450 and 800 W (duration 1 minute) on the enzymatic activity, the number of microorganisms and indicators of phytotoxicity of an ordinary black soil. We found that the combined effect is systemic, rather than a simple summation of the effects of individual pollutants, shown no direct proportion between the power of the microwave radiation and its biological effect in the combined pollution
