DescriptionThe article scientifically substantiates and experimentally confirms the high efficiency of the nano biological feed supplement "NaBiKat" in diets of broiler chickens of the "Cobb-500" cross. The supplement is a new complex with a mixture of rice germ films, green tea gallocatechin in chelated form, and forty-nine trace elements in chelated form, including biosoluble form of silicon. The main function of silicon is to be involved in a variety of intermediate exchange reactions as a catalyst and to ensure normal flow of vital mechanisms as a coupler helping to combine cellular molecules into a whole functioning structure. Silicon begins to act on the body when getting into the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract with the feed. It activates the enzyme system of the body and in ionic form is absorbed by kind of ordinary diffusion along almost the entire small and large intestine beginning from the jejunum. The supplement studied has been proved to improve the morphological structure and biochemical properties of blood, to enhance metabolism, redox processes, and the level of natural resistance. The broilers fed the supplement "NaBiKat" in the experimental groups have been found to have a higher concentration of macro- and micronutrients in blood. The nano biological silicon-containing supplement as a compound of in the composition of feed for chickens had a positive effect on their growth and development

DescriptionFor the purpose of preservation of soil fertility at relatively low economic expenses, we have conducted researches on optimization of doses and combinations of mineral fertilizers by cultivation of field corn hybrid called "Krasnodar 382" in a stationary field experiment of the Department of agrochemistry in the training farm "Kuban", in the conditions of the leached chernozem of Central zone of the Krasnodar region. The main impact on receiving high-quality corn gives the content of plant nutrients in soil. Our researches showed that the application of the complete fertilizer in various doses has had influence on the content of essential plant nutrients in the soil. The maximal values of the content of mineral nitrogen, available phosphorus and exchangeable potassium during all phases of vegetation have been got in options with double N60P60K40 and triple N90P90K60 dose of the complete fertilizer. Sufficient supplying the soil with plant nutrients by fertilizing has entailed the enhance of corn yield. Great crop of corn has been reaped during the experiment. After three years of researches, the productivity has reached averaged 58,7 cwt/hectare. The greatest productivity has been received in the option with application of triple and double dose of the complete fertilizer and amounted 68,5 and 68,0 cwt/hectare, what is 47% and 45,9% more, compared to the option without any application of fertilizers. The main substance, which defines nutritional value of corn, is proteins. Application of fertilizers under the conditions of our experiment has promoted enhancing the protein content in corn. The application of mineral fertilizers has promoted increase of the content of crude protein in corn. Maximal it was in option with application of the complete mineral fertilizer in the double dose of N60P60K40 – 9.6%, when reaped protein has amounted 6,5 cwt/hectare. Therefore, it is possible to conclude that it is most expedient to fertilize field corn with the dose of N60P60K40 and N90P90K60

06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThis article presents the results of the chickpea effect in feeding young and adult laying hens of "Hajseks brown" cross on their productivity and nutrient digestibility of feed. Studies have been conducted on the JSC "Agro-firm Vostok" in Nikolayevsky district of the Volgograd region. Complete or partial replacement of sunflower oil cake by chickpeas as part of feed for the experimental pullet hens improves nutrient digestibility coefficients compared with the control pullet group. The balance of nitrogen was positive in all groups, the use of nitrogen taken from guinea pullets was higher than in the control group at 0, 27-0,74%. Use of chickpea in the composition of feed for laying hens increases the digestibility coefficients of nutrients: dry matter - to 1,17-3,25%, organic matter - to 1,62-3,37% crude protein - to 0,45-1, 77%, crude fiber - to 0,72-1,05%; crude fat - to 0,35-1,55%, compared with chickens, hens in the control group. The use of nitrogen from the digested was1,37-2,13% higher in the experimental groups compared to analogs of the control group. The use of calcium and phosphorus for the formation of eggs was also higher in the experimental groups

INFLUENCE OF ENRICHMENT SEEDS WITH COPPER ON RICE YIELD
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionWe have studied the effect of presowing enrichment with copper on the seed yield of rice. We have found optimum concentration of water solution of copper, which provides higher yields of seeds and evaluated the impact of the enrichment with copper on the growth processes in the plants of rice. The studies were conducted in elite seed-growing enterprise "Krasnoe" of All-Russian Research Institute of rice. It was found that for rice-growing farms of the Kuban region with the aim of increasing the quantity and quality of grain yield it is necessary to make sowing of rice seeds enriched with copper. This application should be carried out by wetting the rice seeds with 0,5 % water solution of the microelement with a semi-dry method, i.e. the rate of 10 liter working solution of copper in 1 ton of seed. The article proves the economic feasibility of enrichment of rice seeds with copper

DescriptionThis article discusses the results of the study to determine the impact of different primary tillage and herbicide against weeds in winter wheat agrocenosis. The task of the research was to determine the impact of primary tillage (moldboard plowing and surface treatment) factor A and herbicide (Lancelot) factor B on the agro-physical and agrochemical soil properties. It has been established that the content of productive moisture during the growing period of winter wheat in 0-100 cm of soil layer didn’t depend on the method of tillage. Introduction of herbicide Lancelot boosted the moisture reserves in soil compared to the control type, in the herbicide-free type the weeds absorb the large amounts of moisture. Surface soil treatment did not have negative effects on soil agro-physical properties and its structure in comparison with moldboard plowing. Number of agronomically valuable aggregates on moldboard plowing is 85.2 - 87.5%, on surface one is - 86.2 87.5%. Density of composition and waterproof aggregates under surface treatment didn’t defer to tillage. Accumulation of wet and dry mass by weeds regardless to the way of soil tillage declined to a minimum when introducing the herbicide Lancelot. The high yield of winter wheat was obtained on this type. Mathematical processing results have shown that due to factor A (main soil tillage) to moldboard plowing the average productivity is 57.5 kg/ha, on surface one is 56.0 kg/ha, i.e. the difference between treatments is 1.5 t/ha (with NSR05 on factor - 2.9 t/ha) is insignificant. To factor B (herbicides) on control the productivity is 54.5 kg/ha, introduction of Lancelot increased the productivity to 59.5 t/ha, i.e. the increase was 5.5 kg/ha at NSR05-by the factor B-2.9 t/ha, i.e. is significant. Thus, the present soil treatments had no effect on yield of winter wheat in ordinary black soil. The use of herbicide Lancelot has produced the harvest increase in 0.5 t/ha on average for 2 years
