INFLUENCE OF IMMUNIZATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL ORGANS OF YOUNG EGG HENS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionAssessment of the nature of the impact of preventive immunization of growing chickens on the results of cultivation and state agencies involved in immune reactivity is the first step in finding ways to eliminate the negative effects of immunization. The results show that the healthy birds posses two sharp peaks of exceeding norms by weight of the liver – aged 50 days and 84 days - more than 20%. Spleen weight at the age of 40 days exceeds 20%, and 50 days shows the greatest deviation from the norm. In the future, the relative weight of the spleen de-creased, and 84 days of age comes into compliance with the norm. The most significant change in the relative weight of the spleen and liver of poultry is set at the age of 50 days. The authors attribute this fact with a forced need to implement an immune response in a specified bodies accumulating overload antigenic incentives

EFFECT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON SOIL SALINIZATION
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents the results of researching into the effect of drip irrigation on build-up of soil salinity using water with high salt content and the dynamics of changes during winter period under atmospheric precipitation. It was established that at the end of irrigation season zones with high salt content formed on the soil surface under drip irrigation using sodium sulfate water, among these salts gypsum was presented. In spring time the increasing of sodium sulfate content was found that indicates the exchange reaction with soil exchange complex passed as well as the insufficient salt leaching occurred during the winter period. In spring time the upper soil layer characterized with alkaline type of soil salinization

THE EFFECT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON SOIL PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTY CHANGE
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionSoil profiles were made in intensive apple orchard in the agricultural enterprises in Lipetsk and Tambov regions in 2015. Drip irrigation in year rates of 500-550 m3 was carried out since 2010. During the research we determined the soil density, the solid phase density, aggregate composition, particle size distribution, the content of hydrolyzable nitrogen and humus by conventional methods. As a result of drip irrigation can increase dust-like fraction in dark gray forest soil, whereas in chernozems this index did not change significantly. In the black earth soil was noted the process of increasing the proportion of mud fraction due to mineral part chernozem destruction. In both soil types was increased sand content. It was found that drip irrigation improves some of the soil water-physical properties, such as a soil structure coefficient and the content of agronomical valuable aggregates in a layer of 20-40 cm. There was also noted that with increasing soil depth was reduced humus and hydrolyzable nitrogen content. In aggregate analysis, it was found that dark-gray forest soil the amount of water-stable aggregates increased, while meadow chernozem leached soil decreased. Data of the aggregate analysis revealed that in the dark-gray forest soil the amount of water-stable aggregates increased as a result of drip irrigation, while in meadow chernozem leached soil decreased. It recommends by drip irrigation application permanent monitoring of the soil humus content

DescriptionThe average crop productivity of agricultural cultivars by regions, as it was expected, is closely connected with the soil quality, soil cover of a region. The crop productivity of cereals, winter wheat, sugar beet, corn for grain is higher on the soils of the better quality than on the soils of the worse quality. Under this condition the produce of plant growing is more profitable in Adyghea in whole, despite of the separate regions get low yields, what deeply decreases the profitability of products production.

DescriptionThe article reveals issues concerning the experiments on application of complex water-soluble fertilizer and straw mulching of row-spacing in sweet corn hybrid named Krasnodarskiy 280 CV growing management and the yield of milky ripeness. We have discovered that straw mulching in combination with complex water-soluble fertilizer named Vermisol used in 5-6 leaves, reduced evaporation and tended to moisture accumulation in soil what increased yield of ears for 0,6-1,7 t/ha. The lowest water-absorbing capacity in root-inhabited layer of soil (0-0,6 m) were 28,5 % from dry weight of soil in years of experiment. Registration of sum of precipitations in critical for corn period (in third decade of June and first decade of July) was in tolerable level. The best conditions of precipitation were in 2013, when in June and July the sum was 143 mm, and humidity of the air was in optimum level – 70 %. The temperature of the soil in 0-0,1 m layer in the day of mulching was the same as in the layer 0-0,05 m, tin increase for 5 0C in variants without mulching. The lower amplitude of temperature of the soil in vegetation period since the phase of 10-11 leaves had good influence for yield of milk maturity ears

EFFECT OF YODDAR-ZN AND GLIMALASKVET FEED ADDITIVES ON BEEF QUALITY INDICATORS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThis article presents results of trials of feed additives called "Yoddar-Zn" and "Glimalask-Vet" to improve quality characteristic of meat of beef cattle. It was established that the most efficiency of these additives was achieved when used in complex. The carcasses of calves, which were consuming a complex of additives "Yoddar-Zn” and “Glimalask-Vet” (I c.), contained meat of the highest sort more than control by 6.48 kg, the animals which consumed only "Yoddar-Zn” (II c.) - 3.50 kg, the first-sort - at 15.19 and 7.86 kg. In experimental groups of calves there were observed more intense integral characteristics of meat color. The flesh of carcasses from the calves of experimental groups, the fat was higher than control, 0.13 and 0.07%, protein - by 1.79 and 0.97%. Animals experimental groups synthesized more protein at 5.45 kg, or 13.70%, and 2.62 kg, or 6.59%, energy - to 304.3 MJ, or 18.17%, and 146.8 MJ, or 8.77%. Meat of experimental animals, contained more essential amino acids. Protein meat quality indicator was higher than control, 0.73 and 0.28, amino acid index - by 0.17 and 0.04. The meat from calves of experimental group had a higher culinary and technological parameters, optimal fractional composition of muscle protein and lipid composition of adipose tissue, better digestibility
