MODEL OF THE CITY IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY
DescriptionThe known models of the city from a position of knowledge economy are analyzed in the article. The hypothesis of the research shows that practice of a strategizing of the city has to be based on polymodel approach when several key models adequate to modern trends are taken as a basis, connected with formation of sector of economy as a part of regional social and economic system, and other models are addition and essential extension of the contents chosen basic models, strengthening their cognitive component. Research of the model of a creative city, creative clusters, quarters and zones of the city, model of the digital city, model of an eco-city is conducted. Substantial features of models are revealed. It is established that the informative potential of types of models of the city increases on the basis of research and identification of mechanisms of mutually transition (participation) of elements of one model as elements another (others) complementary models. The city as the semistructured system consisting of diverse subsystems and elements does not submit to rational planning owing to structural and territorial duplication of functions and asynchrony in functioning and changes, and also owing to the history and sociocultural specifics of the population significantly giving immanent logic of life. It is necessary to create flexible system of the city strategy on a polymodel (interdisciplinary) basis, based on activization of growth sources, various on contents, for the purpose of formation of new image of the cities

MOTIVATIONAL COMPONENT OF ATTITUDE TOWARD CREDITS OF PERSONS OF DIFFERENT AGE

DescriptionThe article gives a psychological analysis of credit activity as a process of social exchange between the lender and the borrower. As a result of credit provision as exchange the borrower receives access to resource objects and resource relations. One of credit situations is a situation of borrower's personal default. It is introduced analysis of "personal default" concept in this article and is proposed its operational psychological definition. It is also substantiated its connection with other concepts (difficult life situation, economic stress, crisis of employment, etc). It has been studied motivational component of attitude toward credits by means of questionnaire related to credits attitude. During the study differences in motivation and purposes of crediting of potential and actual young and middle age borrowers have been found out. It has been revealed that typical motives of taking on credit are credit rigor and altruism for young people. The motive of altruistic behavior refuse is expressed by middle age persons. We have studied out connections between motives of crediting. We have found out negative connections between the motive of altruism and investment, intended use of borrowed funds, as well as between the fear of crediting and hedonism, dreaminess and conformability in crediting. Significant differences in credit purposes of young and middle-age respondents have been detected. Persons from 18 to 25 years took credit oftener for the purchase of luxury items (phone, furniture, PCs, TVs, home appliances). For borrowers from 35 to 45 years is typical to take on credits for purchase of real estate, investment in business, immediate needs – payment of medical services, repair of apartments, repayment of credit

THE MOTIVE STRUCTURE OF THE PLAY “AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY” BY TR. LETTS

DescriptionThe analysis of the motive structure’s features in the play “August: Osage County” by a modern American writer Tr. Letts has been reviewed in this article. His drama is based on a compound of mass and elite, a playing and a moral. It allows to avoid the text’s tendentiousness and to keep the content. In the play “August: Osage County” Tr. Letts examines the family theme, which is very important for the American culture. The author reviews the destruction of family relationships as a sign of the society’s moral crisis. The main topic has been realized via motives (escapism, freedom, death, and incest), they create the semantic frame of the play and unite separate episodes of the plot’s development. The motives become special tools of the characters’ psychological analysis and are an explanation of the feelings’ contradictory. The image of the house has a special meaning. It’s the symbol of the human disunity and a destruction of the family relations. As a result the synthesis of the motives, symbolism, intertextuality, multilayer has been viewed as a particular tool of the author’s opinion realization and the philosophical implication’s creation

DescriptionIn this article application of new nanomaterials as microfertilizers is offered. On the basis of the preliminary analysis the structure and the form of application of fertilizers are motivated. Modern ways of nanomaterials reception are presented
