WAYS OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AMONG STUDENTS OF ECONOMIC DEPARTMENTS
DescriptionOne of the factors for economic stabilization and growth of the industrial production index is appearing young high quality trained professionals in prior areas of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy. Every year the state spends huge financial resources to ensure the budget places for the Russian economy demanded specialties and departments of universities. However, as shown by monitoring carried out at different levels, about 75% of graduates are not able to integrate into the production process for various reasons In connection with the vector of strategies of modern education reforms should be the creation of prerequisites and conditions for the effectiveness of the system based on a comprehensive implementation of innovative mechanisms of organizational and economic activity of educational institutions. As well as the reduction and, in the future, complete elimination of the gap between the needs of the economy to a qualitatively trained staff and modern system of vocational education. This article discusses issues related to the conditions for the training of qualified personnel for the regional economy in the current conditions, the main ways of integration of young highly qualified specialists in various industry sectors. This is possible with the implementation mechanisms of public-private partnerships in education, which allows combining the interests of universities, large and medium-sized businesses, and in the future accession and small businesses. We determined priority directions and synergistic interaction and the cluster approach to public policy, business and university towards the restoration of the lost positions "nurturing" human capacity for the relevant quality criteria demands of employers, focused not only on theoretical knowledge but also on practical experience of the high school graduate

THE INVESTIGATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMICS’ RESOURCE POTENTIAL IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR
DescriptionThe article deals with the problems of investigating the resource potential state. We present a methodology based on the systematic approach. The development of economics’ resource potential requires shift from unilateral and local approaches to adaptive systemic paradigm, involving the use of tools, methods and mechanisms of development, which are formed in accordance with the hierarchical structure of the resource potential according to different levels. Generalization of the systemic aspects of the economics’ resource potential formation and development is revealed that the importance of informed decision-making in the system of sectorial management increases nowadays, that leads to the increasing the analytical and predictive tools obtaining relevant information according to the current processes in the resource fields. The managing development system of the economics’ resource potential in the context of adaptive systemic paradigm provides the identification of regional (across the macro-region) and territorial (within the region) features of developing status and trends of economics’ resource potential. Because of tools’ application for multivariate statistical analysis, we indicate groups of the identified areas with different levels of resource development. Main stages and steps allow formalizing the problem at different levels, which will facilitate the process of strategic planning and management of resource development. For example, the agrarian sector of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal District presents the results of cluster’s analysis of subjects’ districts. We group the regions according to resource potential development of the agricultural sector

AGRITOURISM CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT
DescriptionIn accordance with many surveys, it is clear that rural holidays play an important role in diversification of modern touristic places. Its diversity attracts more and more tourists in different countries from all over the world, including Russia. The phenomenon of agritourism has been known in touristic science and practice for a long time. However, a common interpretation of its content and an approach to its classification has not been developed. The article presents a hypothesis, which represents agritourism at the present stage of its development; a special kind of tourism, which unites a number of subclass and their development requires a special set of tourist resources The author has greatly elaborated the science of tourism theory in terms of formation of the conceptual unit of agritourism, including its inherent properties as a special field of tourism; classification criteria (using the results (products) of agricultural production in various forms, the infrastructure and resources of the agritourism facility or the whole countryside, trade activity) according to classes and subclasses. In contrast to the pre-existing partial approaches to agritourism, it allows, to isolate it properly as an independent and complete subject of management facility in the tourist industry. The article presents the author's suggestion on agritourism conceptual framework development, typology of tourist resources use

Description
The article presents the use of intensive methods of diet herd reproduction that will increase the productivity and profitability of the sheep industry. One of such methods is in vitro fertilization (IVF). For the success of in vitro fertilization procedure, an important requirement is the availability of highquality nutrient media, which help to preserve the genetic material and contribute to the further development of the zygote. The main requirement to the media for sperm is the ability of media not to cause their agglutination. The aim of our work was to search for new ways to reduce the agglutination of spermatozoa in the preparation of freshly prepared sperm in the process of production of embryos in vitro. To eliminate the agglutination of spermatozoa in the semen preparation stage, we used GCY medium, followed by demolition of seed in SOFw environment, which has resulted in a significant (almost 15 times!) reduce of the number of bound sperm. In our opinion, a decrease in agglutination in GCY buffer was connected with a specific influence of the constituent components of sperm. Conclusion: Thus, our method of preparation of freshly prepared sperm for in vitro fertilization allows a sharp decline in sperm agglutination, which will improve the fertility of eggs during the production of embryos in vitro sheep

The level of development of modern medical equipment for the past 20-30 years is in constant development, many of the technologies and methods of treatment of certain diseases that were previously only available for the treatment of a person with success began to penetrate in the veterinary practice. The objective aim at the initial stage was the establishment of testing and suitability for the cultivation of autologous dermal fibroblasts animals of previously known techniques and the modernization of the existing techniques. Next, we had to carry out measurements of morphometric parameters and to identify structural features and functional activity of fibroblasts of different kinds of agricultural animals. Conclusions: The study showed the conducted morphometric autologous dermal fibroblasts tests allowed us to obtain the correlation line. In addition, to identify common patterns in the development and growth of fibroblasts derived from different species of agricultural animals. And also, to obtain material for comparative evaluation of the quality of the obtained cell cultures using entropy equivalent

DescriptionThe experiments were conducted on bull-calf of Kazakh white breed at the age of 12 months. In the capacity of feed additives there were used "Yoddar-Zn", which consists of microelements as iodine and zinc in organic form, and the additive "Glimalask-Vet" based on organic acids (I gr.). A second group of animals received only a basic diet with "Yoddar-Zn» (II gr.) feed additives. In the organism of experimental groups of calves, the transformation proceeded more intensively for nutrient feed. This has contributed to increase the intensity of their growth, slaughter performance and the quality of the resulting beef. Bulls that received a ration feed additives had a live weight more on 35,9, and 20,4 kg, carcass weight after slaughter - at 22,27 and 11,47 kg, and the mass of flesh - at 20,9 and 8,50 kg., compared with the control. The average sample flesh of carcass fat content was higher by 1,25 and 0,74%, protein – 0,68 and 0,47%, iodine - at 39,30 and 26,71%. The animals of experimental groups in the edible portion of the carcass was synthesized as compared to control, more protein on 5,86 and 10,71% and energy - on 10,95 and 5,02%. The highest efficiency established at complex using both feed additives. Estimation of economic efficiency of use of these feed additives showed a decrease in cost and increase in profitability of beef production
