A METHOD OF CALCULATING THE COMBINE PARK IN VARIOUS CONDITIONS OF CLEANING
DescriptionThe article discusses the technique of calculating the combine harvester under various harvesting conditions. The authors consider two options for optimizing the fleet of combines: the first, when the harvested area is set, the second, when the harvested area is not specified. In the first case, the harvester park is calculated for a known area with different harvesting times, but within the boundaries of the agro-industry. In the second variant, a park of harvesters is justified and it is calculated how much space it will be able to clean for a different duration of harvesting operations

Description
The article examines the key aspects of import of food in Russia at the present stage. The relevance of this problem is necessary to the development directions of rationalization of import substitution, under condition of increase of competitiveness of domestic agricultural producers. The importance of this problem increases in recent years due to sanctions and embargoes, highlights the need for comprehensive studies in the formation of commodity composition of import substitution of food products and determining the key factors of its regulation. The work presents the analysis of dynamics of volume of imports of foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials for their production and its diversification based on import substitution. We discuss main commodity groups of food and, in particular, crop production and viticulture. In addition, we examined the major groups of goods from the point of view of the potential and opportunities for import substitution and selected those items, which, for various reasons, cannot be carried out in the Russian conditions due to climatic and other factors. As a result of the study, the authors concluded that the introduction of anti-Russian sanctions and the retaliatory embargo on imports of foreign agricultural commodities in general had a positive impact on the development of the domestic agricultural business, which is confirmed by the indices of growth of agricultural production in recent years. In addition, if there is further adequate funding of this sector, it is possible to speak about prospects of strengthening of food independence of Russia

BIOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY OF FUNGICIDES IN WINTER WHEAT CROPS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON CROP YIELD
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionFor the production of high quality winter wheat grain, it is necessary to observe the technology of growing the crop and creating optimal conditions for the growth and development of plants. An important role in it is played not only by agrotechnical measures, but also by effective protection of crops from pests. The phytosanitary state of winter wheat sowings has worsened significantly in recent years, however, the degree of damage to crops and the harmfulness of fungal diseases can be significantly reduced, and in some cases completely prevented by treatment of crops with fungicides. The range of fungicides is improved annually by incorporating more effective and less environmentally hazardous preparations. The research is aimed at determining the optimal rates of consumption, the biological effectiveness of new fungicides and assessing their effect on the yield of winter wheat. As a result, it has been established that treatment with Abucus Ultra with a rate of 1.0 l / ha has protective properties, but does not treat plants (72.2%). This further leads to a loss of an average of about 0.5 tons of grain per hectare. Fungicide Akanto Plus in the investigated rates of consumption has good protective and eradicating (healing) properties and with a decrease in the rate of consumption of less loss of yield. Thus, the choice of the preparation and its consumption rate should be based on an understanding of the phytosanitary situation, taking into account the condition of crops and the agroclimatic situation

MANAGING A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY DEVELOPMENT: ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS
DescriptionThis article proposes the creation of a cluster of breweries, which aims to unite the efforts of the brewing manufacturers that allow the participants to improve the effectiveness of the functioning of the common sharing of resources, to ensure the growth of competitive advantages, find sales channels not only at regional, but also on foreign markets. At the same time, they are able to provide a higher level of efficiency, balance and handling of the economy. Increased efficiency is achieved by increasing the productivity of labor, the creation of common infrastructure (information, supply and marketing, etc.). Access to foreign markets and empower consumers to search for products from waste breweries. A method of utilization of brewery waste in landfills is the simplest, but from the standpoint of environmental and material component is not effective, so the re-use, recycling of waste and byproducts can not only remove the threat of environmental pollution, but also to significant income processor of this waste. But for the purchase, installation of the necessary equipment, training a person, the necessary skills to work with non-waste production cash costs are required, which not every company can invest. Thus, the use of the cluster approach in a business combination for interest in the use of secondary (low-waste) production, the introduction of resource-saving, "green" technologies determined by the specifics of the cluster, namely, give the enterprises belonging to it, effect is expressed in the increasing environmental and economic sustainability and the competitiveness of the entire system as compared to the individual business entities

LED LAMPS FOR IRRADIATION OF GLASSHOUSE PLANTS
DescriptionAt present, much attention is paid to the production of domestic vegetable products. One of the main reserves of increasing the yield of vegetables is the production of products in sheltered ground. The intensive construction of new glasshouses and greenhouses complexes has sharply increased the demand for engineering facilities, with the help of which an artificial microclimate is created in the structures of the protected soil. To create high irradiations, a very significant specific installed power of photosynthetic radiation sources is required. Currently, advanced greenhouse plants use LED irradiation. The experience of these farms showed that LED irradiators have a number of significant advantages over discharge lamps: a significantly lower specific power of the irradiator; the service life of LEDs is several times higher; they do not contain toxic substances (mercury); LEDs are powered from a low voltage network, which is significant from a safety standpoint. Isolation of greenhouse plants from the effects of natural factors of the environment leads to undesirable consequences. The deficit of the amount of natural energy of optical radiation penetrating the structures of protected ground in modern industrial greenhouses during off-season is eliminated by additional artificial radiation from greenhouse lamps. In this case, the emission spectrum of lamps differs significantly from the natural one. This is especially true for ultraviolet radiation. The issue of creating an LED lamp for its application in structures of protected ground is considered. The main requirements for the creation of a photosynthetic lamp on the spectral composition of radiation are given. The necessity of a long-wave ultraviolet component in the emission spectrum of a lamp is substantiated

STUDYING PROBLEMS OF SPATIALECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA
DescriptionConceptual provisions of regional economic science and also experience of many countries with mature market and developing economy demonstrate that long-term sustainable development of the country and its regions substantially is defined by productive use of modern forms of the spatial organization of economy. The essence of spatial potential is shown in total the regional economic potential or resources, innovative, integration and information processes of their development and also enterprise activity and the interests of business community in their use including on the basis of intersubject integration. For more evident illustration of level of differentiation between regions by leaders and regions by outsiders the author gives the results of researches of NIU "Higher School of Economics" conducted by Center of Development Institute stated in the form of the summary index of the regional economic activity (REA) of sectors of economy and federal districts. For achievement of the goal and the solution of problems of spatial development of Russia the author predetermines the choice of the priority directions of public policy of spatial and economic development of the country. The specified progressive directions have to be result of purposeful activities of the state for improvement of the organization of resettlement of inhabitants, placement in the territory of objects of economy, the social sphere, transport, power and other infrastructures, etc.

PRIORITIES AND PROBLEMS OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS
DescriptionThe most important component of the region's competitiveness is its ability to attract and build up limited resources in the economy in a competitive market, which is also an indispensable condition for the sustainable development of the region's economic system in today's conditions. The development of regional entrepreneurship is correlated with the features of the socio-economic systems of the region. Thus, demographic, social, state regulation and support factors, as well as the availability of resources in the region, have a significant impact on the definition of regional business specifics. For the Russian Federation with its immense length and high heterogeneity of economic space, the most important task in this context is the formation and rational use of progressive forms of innovative activity. With this in mind, a special mechanism is needed that can ensure coordination and cooperation in innovation activities. Such a mechanism is the innovative infrastructure of the region, which provides access to various resources and is itself a potential for economic development. In general, the competitiveness of the region rests on the competitiveness of goods, commodity producers and industries, its ability to produce goods and services that are in demand on the market, both at home and international, target targets for the formation of regional competitiveness include the growth of limited economic resources in the region, the progressive development of the regional economy , maintaining and increasing the share of the regional economy in the national and world markets for goods and services, etc.

FEATURES OF TECHNICAL RISK ASSESSMENT UNDER NON-DETERMINISTIC STOCHASTIC PARAMETERS
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
DescriptionThe article considers a variant of parametric representation of a complex product of single use in the process of its creation during tests, when structural failures of the product or its components in one or more parameters specified in the technical specification require modifications leading to a change in the general amount and repeating of the tests, but it is possible to reduce the volume of tests by taking into account a priori information. This is especially up-to-date while ensuring the reliability of complex single – use products, the components of which are first stages of ground tests, and only then as part of complex products-the stages of flight tests. Structural failure of any component of such a product at the stage of ground tests does not lead to such consequences as if it occurred during flight tests as part of the product. Meanwhile, the refinement of the component element of a single-use product, the structural failure of which occurred at the stage of flight tests as part of the product, and the assessment of its effectiveness, can be carried out at the stage of ground tests, in the case of consideration of a complex product in parametric form. This can significantly reduce the cost of flight testing of a complex product, in the case of effective completion of the component element of the product at the stage of ground tests, without a significant (temporary) decrease in the overall reliability of a complex single-use product
