DescriptionThe article aims to show the problems, which a researcher has to face during the analysis of the Thieves’ Law. The Thieves Law is considered as a synthesis of texts that can be decomposed into subsets of smaller texts. The originals of such texts in various languages were lost, and their later translations and compilations made the analysis more difficult. The synthesis of such texts is viewed through the prism of generally understood Kabbalah, and the main principle is an esoteric search for the "inner sense" that is based on the algorithms and stereotypes in criminal activity. The mental spaces of legal law and religious systems give a reference space of the Thieves Law by such approach. The parts of such mental spaces contradictory to others are removed from this reference space. Not only words but also phrases, sentences, texts, and even sets of texts, any multilevel signs at accidental and planned asymmetry in form and essence become codifying elements in sources full of allegory and parable. DEFINITIONAL PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF THE “MUSLIM WORLD” CONCEPT

DescriptionThe peculiarities of representation of the concept “Muslim World” in modern English discourse are regarded in this article. Based on the achievements of cognitive linguistics and cultural linguistics, it is possible to research the concept of “Muslim World” as a phenomenon of the English linguistic culture. Different approaches to the definition of the term “concept” are studied. The article describes definitional analysis of lexical items “Muslim” and “World” in modern English dictionaries. Based on these results, it is concluded dictionaries present the term “Muslim”, first of all, as a human - a follower of a particular religion. We can say the concept “Muslim world” is presented in the social and conceptual knowledge as one of the manifestations of the human world and is used in relation to the reality of cultural and historical unity of the Islamic nation. This concept serves as an image of reality in the system theory of knowledge. The further studying of the Islamic world, as definition is possible to make with the mutual enrichment of the social reality of other peoples. “Muslim world” in accordance with the principle of universal connection of phenomena reveals its potential in the modern world and it becomes possible to establish relationship between people, nature and society, as well as their mutual influence on each other

PRECEDENT TEXTS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMPONENT IN STUDENTS' SPEECH

DescriptionThe article was written in the mainstream of modern Lingua-cognitive research and is dedicated to the analysis of precedent texts created by a group of languag- personality of a high school student, as well as intertextual meaningswhich have been updated by signs, misleading by precedent texts and demonstrating category of artistic values of language groupe personality of the student. The main methods of precedent texts studies, were continuous sampling of the material, linguistic experiment and semantic-cognitive analysis. The study was made on a material of texts of a educational online communication. The analysis results were 1) identification of the main structural components and content of student precedent texts of online subdiscourse; 2) the classification of the group of precedent texts student linguistic identity, including modern phraseological units; 3) The consideration of the phraseological transformation of units in the online discourse; 4) the definition of the role of new borrowing in the current phraseologisms student community. The goal of the phraseological transformation is a student a data encoding of lexical units in order to enrich the student sub language, giving it brightness and imagery. This conclusion fits into the general tendence of modern contact process and cognitive linguistics
