LEGISLATIVE DEFINITIONS IN LAW DISCOURSE-TEXT UNIVERSE
10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the analysis of law definitions and its influence on law discourse-text universe. Linguistics can interfere into jurisprudence by introduction of mini-dictionary into the text of the law. Law is a mixture of legal norms and regulations plus philological pearl – thesaurus. It is not only reasonable but necessary to adopt definition to the body of law, because the meaning of the term can vary depending on goals and aims of the law. The legislation of the Krasnodar territory is analyzed in the article in the philological aspect. The choice of examined laws is proved not only because of the agrarian component of the region but also because of the presence of powerful base of tourist-recreational services. In the article there is regional evidential material. The exact actual laws are depicted, philological assessment of their language and legislative importance is given, it is mentioned that conceptual instrument is present in main normative acts. The problem of methodological basis is actualized. In the research the contrastive analysis of similar laws of the Krasnodar territory, Great Britain and southern states of the USA in discourse-text universe is conducted. The conclusions can determine the processes of language interference in today’s changeable picture of the world

DescriptionIn 1893, the French mathematician J. Adamar raised the question: given a matrix of fixed order with coefficients not exceeding modulo this value, then what is the maximum modulo value can take the determinant of this matrix? Adamar fully decided this question in the case when the coefficients of the matrix are complex numbers and put forward the corresponding hypothesis in the case when the matrix coefficients are real numbers modulo equal to one. Such matrices satisfying the Hadamard conjecture were called Hadamard matrices, their order is four and it is unknown whether this condition is sufficient for their existence. The article examines a natural generalization of the Hadamard matrices over the field of real numbers, they are there for any order. This paper proposes an algorithm for the construction of generalized Hadamard matrices, and it is illustrated by numerical examples. Also introduces the concept of constants for the natural numbers are computed values of this constant for some natural numbers and shown some applications of Hadamard constants for estimates on the top and bottom of the module of the determinant of this order with arbitrary real coefficients, and these estimates are in some cases better than the known estimates of Hadamard. The results of the article are associated with the results of the con on the value of determinants of matrices with real coefficients, not exceeding modulo units

Theoretically and experimentally, we investigated the process of adjusting the pH of natural water of hydrocarbonate class electrodialyzer with bipolar membranes with channel length of 40 cm. We experimentally measured concentration of components, pH of the solutions in alkaline and acid channels of electrodeposition depending on the current density. The article describes a mathematical model for long channels; to scale the mass transfer characteristics of the process there was applied and verified a method of compartmentalization, which gave the possibility to calculate the dependence of the component along the channel length at different velocities of flow of the solution. Numerical calculations were compared with experimental data on electrodialyser of 10 cm and 40 cm length

The article deals with trends of development of the banking sector in agro-industrial sector of economy. It is confirmed that the Internet is a source of information not only about the client, but also information about bank, about problem points of its growth. It is important that the bank was able to hear the client, to change and to be responsible for the mistakes. Important elements of feedback are considered. The analysis of distribution of appeals on channels of receipt is carried out. Important principles of work with client on the Internet are determined: openness and simplicity in work with client; speed of reaction to publications; lack of tough speech scripts; universality of specialists; individual approach; innovation; management of flows of feedbacks; promotion. The discount is provided for a feedback of any tonality, it is gratitude to the customer for the time which he doesn't regret for writing of feedback about the company. The department of client service will be able to react to complaints of any tonality and to work with client appeals of arriving from any sources such as phone calls in call center, written complaints, and responses from the website of the company because client feedback through Internet resources as a source of customer information and work of bank is important

DescriptionThe Euler function is very important in number theory and in Mathematics, however, the range of its values in the natural numbers has not been written off. The greatest value of the Euler function reaches on Prime numbers, furthermore, it is multiplicative. The value of the Euler function is closely associated with the values of the Moebius function and the function values of the sum of the divisors of the given natural number. The Euler function is linked with systems of public key encryption. The individual values of the Euler function behave irregularly because of the irregular distribution of primes in the natural numbers. This tract is illustrated in the article with charts; summatory function for the Euler function and its average value are more predictable. We prove the formula of Martinga and, based on it, we study the approximation accuracy of the average value of the Euler function with corresponding quadratic polynomial. There is a new feature associated with the average value of the Euler function and calculate intervals of its values. We also introduce the concept of density values of the Euler function and calculate its value on the interval of the natural numbers. It can be noted that the results of the behavior of the Euler function are followed by the results in the behavior of functions of sums of divisors of natural numbers and vice versa. We have also given the results of A.Z.Valfish and A.N.Saltykov on this subject

The concept of the bank of the future is offered in this article and ways of overcoming risks in bank are considered. Criteria for evaluation of activity of bank of the future are marked out. The conceptual model of the bank of the future is directed to a prediction of client's wish and the timely offer to him necessary configured for him services, which will promote increase of client’s loyalty. Risk card is created for the bank of the future; it contains groups of management tools by credit risks and groups of management tools by credit risks for the loan portfolio. It's a fact that for overcoming risks in bank it is required to construct effective system risk – management, which contains the independent element - control over accomplishment of planned activities, the analysis and assessment of results of the chosen risk decision. Management of business reputation through risk control become one of the important element of functioning of bank, being not only a basis of increase in reputation in the opinion of partners, contractors and clients, but also a basis of improvement of financial and economic indicators. It is necessary for efficiency of functioning of banks in Russia: financing of the innovative information technologies, which are applied in banks; employment of qualified personnel and corresponding equipment; application of the latest scientific advances, which are included in process of creating of banking technologies; interest of personnel in a result of the work

ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES OF DYNAMIC GEOMETRY SYSTEM CALLED GEOGEBRA
DescriptionThe article presents the possibilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment which can be used for conducting experimental research work. Computer experiment as a method of research serves to discover new knowledge, to test hypotheses, to involve students in the active process of learning new material. Freely-distributed GeoGebra's dynamic geometry environment which has a Russian version and a friendly interface that can be conveniently used both in classrooms and at home, is chosen as a computer technology for implementing a computer experiment. There are described possibilities of the tools used to implement the computer experiment. Among them are tools for detecting the metric and positional features of the object, obtaining information about the relationship between metric and positional features of objects, a parametrical task of changes of size, creation of experimental data tables. The experimental capabilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment are revealed by the examples of solving some elementary geometry problems about the simplest of polygons - a triangle that attracted the attention of both ancient scientists (Menelaus and others) and scientists who are closer to our time (Euler, Poncelet et al. ). Capabilities of the system for creating dynamic drawings, tables of experimental data and their application in conducting research work are demonstrated on the example of Menelaus' theorem presented in a more accessible form than in the textbook of geometry 10th -11th forms (authors L.S. Atanasyan, V. F. Butuzov, etc.)
