DescriptionThe article discusses the influence of conventional technology and the technology of direct seeding at different doses of mineral fertilizers on the growth, development, productivity and economic efficiency of winter wheat cultivation on the leached black soil of the Central Caucasus. It is established that the cultivation of winter wheat without tillage its vegetative mass, leaf area and the efficiency of the assimilation apparatus is significantly less than for sowing the traditional tillage technology recommended by scientific institutions in the region. It is caused by excessive seal of leached black soil, which was used in the study. Such a density of addition of black soils adversely affects the growth, development and yield of crops. As a result, the yield of winter wheat on the technology of direct seeding without fertilizers was 2.46 t / ha, which was significantly lower than for conventional technology, which received 3.21 t / ha. Adding fertilizers increased crop yield for both technologies, but it was significantly higher on the traditional technology. Despite the decline in production costs for the cultivation of winter wheat without tillage, higher profits and profitability were obtained using traditional technology

06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents three-year data on the influence of different fertilization systems and predecessors (corn for silage and peas) of winter wheat in the rotation on the dynamics of content in the 0-20 cm layer of black leached soil of mineral nitrogen, of available phosphorus, of potassium, and yield of winter wheat. The materials presented in this article indicate that, regardless of its predecessor in all phases of plant development, the under study fertilizer systems significantly increased the content of mineral nitrogen on the indicators of natural agrochemical background on 1,1-29,3 mg/kg; maximum contents was registered in the settlement system of fertilizer. After a seeded fallow predecessor the fertilizer systems significantly increased the content of available phosphorus in the soil at 1,5-16,6 mg/kg and exchangeable potassium in the 6-57 mg/kg. The maximum indices of both indicators were observed in the settlement system of fertilizer. Analyzed fertilizer systems contributed to a significant increase in wheat yield relatively to control 0,82-2,24 t/ha on a busy couple 0,74-1,6 t/ha for maize silage, 1,44-2,42 t/ha peas. Maximum productivity of winter wheat in the experiment was fixed at the fertilizer system after a busy couple, and was 6,19 t/ha

DescriptionRemineralization of leached chernozem was carried out by applying such rocks as loess-like loam, shell limestone, apatite phosphogypsum. We have revealed that the introduction of species didn’t change substantially the content of boron during the growing season. We have also displayed the seasonal dynamics of macro variants of the experiment and the increase in the content of food items in the phase of active growth of winter wheat. Seasonal dynamics of trace elements is expressed, but can not be expressed with certain regularity

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES
DescriptionIn this article we have performed a dynamic analysis of the system development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from the perspective of the study of sustainability of this system, the transition from one state of sustainable development to another in the context of the cycle phases of the system development of SMEs. The development cycle of the SME system is a set of successive stages: post-crisis, including phase reactions to the crisis and the birth of a new cycle of development; growth; pre-crisis. Dynamic analysis allowed the authors to allocate for each stage of system development SME time lag its onset and duration. Research of a sustainable development of system of SMEs is performed on the following groups of indicators: quantitative (number of the entities, number of workers, amount/turnover of products, investment), high-quality (percent of SMEs working in system to total number occupied in economy, a share of amount/turnover of products of SMEs in the GRP of the Russian Federation, specific weight of the profitable entities in total number of the entities, a labor productivity) and performance indicators (profitability of products, receipt in the budget). The analysis results confirmed opinion of authors on different reaction of small enterprises and medium scale enterprises on crisis conditions which are expressed in fast reaction of the first and inertial – the second. Dynamic analysis allowed revealing the features of the development of individual small and medium enterprises and their systems that may be used as the basis for predicting further development of SMEs in Russia
