A POSTAGE STAMP AS A RESOURCE OF INFORMATION IN THE HISTORY OF AGRONOMY
DescriptionThe article considers illustrative images of plants on the postage stamps as a resource of information of agronomy history. We have shown the technology of education process. The first is the creation of the images base; the second are analysis, comparison, interpretation and search of new information. The method of sketches as the basis of the iconography of plants images was presented in this work. Analysis of the images allowed identifying several thematic blocks. Agriculture, growing in the country, the history of the plants spread, the technology of processing, product export and promotion of agronomic knowledge through agricultural exhibitions. Object of the analysis is a postage stamp. Stamps reflect the whole life of people, their history and modernity, environment, agriculture, science, culture and art. A stamp is a kind of "business card", it is a witness of the era. The main idea of the base images is receiving new knowledge about an object by collecting images, visual analysis, searching for information and studying material; in fact, it is a new approach to obtaining new knowledge, motivated and exciting approach to receive scientific information. Created database of images on the history of agronomy on the basis of stamps allows to use them actively in the learning process, and may be used as the individual topics for researches

PRAGMATIC ASPECT OF SEMIOTIC APPROACH TO FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING AT HIGHER SCHOOL
DescriptionThe success of communication in the learning environment is provided by the organization of educational process in such a way, when it is most comfortable for students to demonstrate their knowledge and for teachers to control this knowledge. Semiotic approach allows taking into account the diversity of individual intelligence profiles within a particular educational system. Such an approach includes the selection of the content, the organization of students’ activities and the system of assessment. The development of cognitive competencies allows teachers to eliminate the difficulties which can be caused by the large amount of information, its comprehension and the ability of students to express their opinion by means of complex linguistic structures. The semiotic approach involves the use of variant and invariant tasks that can ensure the success of the situation for students with different levels of training. The assessment technology is based on the principle of semiotic result. It is realized through the use of score-rating system, which is applied within the current, intermediate and final control. This system enables the students to receive a total positive rating for a certain period of training. As a result, such a student avoids taking the exam. It creates a positive motivation for students to learn foreign languages without a stressful component of assessment, which results in a high efficiency of the educational process

PRECEDENT TEXTS AT LESSONS OF RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
DescriptionThe relevance of the article is caused by the necessity to form the linguacultural competence of foreign students studying Russian language that corresponds to the Contemporary didactics of foreign language teaching. The case (precedent) texts are considered as one of the main means of linguacultural orientation used in practices of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The necessity to study the case (precedent) texts in this way is defined by its active use in language and by the presence of cultural component determining the valuable priorities of Russian vision of the world. Therefore, the assimilation of case (precedent) texts as actively used language elements of Russian culture is the most important principle of developing the communicative competence. The aim of this work is the attempt to describe the case (precedent) texts, acting as key material in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article reveals the specificity of case (precedent) texts in the context of national culture, it also identifies and analyses their formal and semantic features, the peculiarities of perception of the case (precedent) texts by foreign students. The researching results of the peculiarities of the case texts that are used in the process of studying and teaching Russian as a foreign language, allow drawing the conclusion that the efficiency of assimilation of the considered units is caused by knowledge of their structure and semantics, by understanding the values, determined by them

APPLICATION OF TRANSCRIPTION UNDER DESIGNING OF INFORMATION TEACHING SYSTEM
DescriptionApplication description of transcription model for designing of information teaching system is considered and presented in the article. This new trend shows that traditional teaching needs addition with the help of presented systems. In the face of rising threats to national security of Russia, particularly acute has a specific and purposeful work on education of modern generations, capable of spiritual perception values, ideals, traditions and life attitudes of the generation of Winners. This work takes place in a complex political situation related to the attempts to revise the results of World War II, the intensification of practices of glorification of fascism, attempts to impose Western-style democracy. The main reason for this – the oblivion of tradition and the lessons of history, continued in the names, symbols and meanings inherited by contemporary generations in spiritual heritage from generation of Winners. The current situation reflects the significant features of the contemporary ideological confrontation, walking in mass communication. There is a struggle for hearts and minds, and move in convenient in the context of globalization interpretations of certain events constituting a once of key importance to society. We justify the development strategy of innovative development of a regional system of patriotic education of young people, through them developed main directions (forming the "innovation centers", the integration of ideas, technologies and human capacity, synchronization of activities of education, culture, youth policy, public organizations, the establishment of a regional cluster) and indicators (the degree of social cohesion, the attraction of investments, increased status subject position of, variety of innovative models, well conditions for innovation, the development of a management culture) of innovation structures – regional scientific-innovational socio-pedagogical complex of patriotic education

THE PROBLEM OF INDIVIDUALIZATION IN TEACHING IN MODERN CONDITIONS
DescriptionOne of the main trends of the modern education modernization is its aim to develop the students' individuality. The development of the students' individuality assumes implementation of an individualization principle in teaching. In this work, on the basis of the analysis of main historical and modern definitions of a concept «individualization in teaching» we have identified the following functions: adaptation, developing, realization. Based on these functions the maintenance of the concept of individualization in teaching is specified in modern conditions. The development of the individualization in teaching issues is particularly relevant at a higher degree of basic education, because the individualization of learning at the senior high school is consistent with the age peculiarities of senior high school students.
