USING EXAMPLES OF PAINTINGS IN TEACHING CYTOLOGY AS A DISCIPLINE
DescriptionIn our study we try to convey to students the importance of Cytology, as a discipline, with examples of paintings by various famous artists. Visualization of images is an integral part of the science of the cell. Our work focuses on such critical cytological processes such as the preparation of dyes for staining of chromosomes, polyploidy, mitosis and apoptosis. We used a series of works of the artist, D. Eltsevoy, in this regard, an important approach is to convey to students the idea about the optimality of the size of the organism at polyploidy. As the demonstration material on mitosis performs a series of pictures Julia Nudel. The paintings of this artist show the processes of cell division (mitosis) and death (apoptosis). The use of paintings as illustrations in the course Cytology" promotes the development of imagination, causes cognitive interest of students in the discipline. Using an image as a prop for visual perception of the subject area, paintings immerse the student into an "object" of study. The objective of our work was to conduct a search of the visual images on the example of artists ' canvas, to create an image database with explanations and interpretations. Thus, the use of paintings in the course "Cytology" as a figurative number, affects several processes: abstraction, classification, identification and creation of new, in-depth understanding of the processes occurring in the cell. This approach to the flow of the material through the paintings of painting will help you to understand the importance of particular issues that have given rise to entirely new way of thinking

WAYS OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AMONG STUDENTS OF ECONOMIC DEPARTMENTS
DescriptionOne of the factors for economic stabilization and growth of the industrial production index is appearing young high quality trained professionals in prior areas of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy. Every year the state spends huge financial resources to ensure the budget places for the Russian economy demanded specialties and departments of universities. However, as shown by monitoring carried out at different levels, about 75% of graduates are not able to integrate into the production process for various reasons In connection with the vector of strategies of modern education reforms should be the creation of prerequisites and conditions for the effectiveness of the system based on a comprehensive implementation of innovative mechanisms of organizational and economic activity of educational institutions. As well as the reduction and, in the future, complete elimination of the gap between the needs of the economy to a qualitatively trained staff and modern system of vocational education. This article discusses issues related to the conditions for the training of qualified personnel for the regional economy in the current conditions, the main ways of integration of young highly qualified specialists in various industry sectors. This is possible with the implementation mechanisms of public-private partnerships in education, which allows combining the interests of universities, large and medium-sized businesses, and in the future accession and small businesses. THE DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN THINKING OF BACHELORS AS A WAY OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES FORMATION
DescriptionThe article reveals the problem of inconsistency of modern professional education structure of the labor market needs. The considered possibility of formation of professional competence of bachelors of design through the development of personal qualities in the design activity. The authors propose a solution to the problem, which is to focus University education on the formation of the model competence designer. The concept design represents the art and design work based on advanced design thinking, which is based on creative thinking and practical skills, backed up by self-organization of personality. Competence includes knowledge, skills, abilities, personal qualities and under certain conditions, these categories may be considered from the standpoint of professional competence. The authors mean by the methods of formation of professional competence of certain techniques and ways of interacting of the teacher and the bachelors of design in project activities that conform to the competence approach in education aimed at the formation and development of social, communicative, professional and other qualities of the person. This allows students more fully realized in modern socio-economic conditions. The article considers the problem of creating an effective system of teacher training engineering school. We have analyzed the main challenges of professional activity of a teacher in terms of innovative changes in the system of higher engineering education. The analysis of approaches to training high school teachers in the national education practice was done; we have also identified the main trends and features of its development in technical universities as well as the principles and conditions of formation of professional and pedagogical competence of the engineering faculty in the system of higher, postgraduate and additional professional education
