Description
Collectivism is a sense of solidarity with a group, self-awareness a part of it, the willingness to act in favor of the group and society. Fostering collectivism in childhood and adolescence teams achieved in various ways and means: the organization of cooperation and mutual aid in study, work, social work; joint participation of children and adolescents in cultural and sporting events; bringing perspectives of the guys in front of prospects (performance targets) and joint participation in their implementation; the revitalization of children's and youth public organizations. Some of these ways and means may be combined under one name, socio-cultural animation. Socio-cultural animation is an effective teaching method in the education of the younger generation, its focus on individuality, free environment , discovery and development of personal qualities and skills, the formation of worldview can be traced in pedagogy. The article discusses the pedagogical aspect of the impact of socio-cultural animation, organized in conditions of free communication, encourages meaningful exchange of cultural wealth, forming esthetic attitude towards reality, mastering wide range of special knowledge, expertise and skills. These activities contribute to the emotional development of children and adolescents, causing a feeling of collective empathy, compassion, sharing feelings of emotional and moral atmosphere and its cocreation

In modern conditions, in accordance with the decision of the UN, warships of the coalition of states, which includes the Russian Federation, carry out tasks for the protection of navigation and for escorting ships in the areas endangered by pirates of the oceans. Training ships of the Navy to perform tasks of combat duty in the areas of increased activity of pirates to ensure the safety of navigation of civil transport vessels not only involves the decision of problems of staffing the crew with necessary staff, logistical support, and targeted development of the high readiness of the sailors to successful implementation of such specific combat missions. This kind of organizing and educational activities should be organized based on the experience of pedagogical designing of the military-pedagogical process. Instructional design is an objective necessity of development of subjects of military-pedagogical and educational activities of the projective imagination, thinking, efficient way of doing it. The author considers the instructional design of formation of readiness of military seamen to counter pirates and terrorists at sea as an innovative phenomenon that connects pedagogical theory and innovative practice aimed at comprehensive training of the personnel of the fighting ships for the upcoming operation. The article explains target program of development of readiness of military seamen to counter pirates and terrorists at sea. The author's target program contains six separate and interrelated modules, which will allow crew members to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to create a high level of preparedness for the forthcoming military - professional activity in the sea

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN OF NAVY MEN FORMATION READY TO STAND AGAINST PIRATES AND TERRORIST AT SEA
DescriptionUnder present-day conditions, coalition of states, including Russian Federation has its warships performing safe navigation objectives and cargo vessel convoy escorting in areas under threat of pirates in accordance with UN resolution. Preparation of Navy ships that perform combat duty missions in areas of high piracy activity in order to protect cargo vessels involves not only solving of manning and logistics problems, but also targeted formation of highly qualified Navy men always ready to successful implementation of such specific tasks. Such organizational and educational activities should be managed with the use of Instructional design of the military-pedagogical process. Instructional Design is an objective necessity for the development of the subject's military-pedagogy, educational activity of the projective imagination, thinking, effective course of action. The author refers to this Instructional design to form Navy men ready to stand against pirates and terrorist at sea as a phenomenon that combines educational theory with innovative practice and targeted at comprehensive training of warship personnel to perform its duties. The article justifies the target programme to form Navy men ready to counter pirates and terrorists at sea. The programme contains six separate and interconnected modules with topics, providing crew members with the necessary knowledge and skills to form a high-level of readiness for upcoming professional military activities at sea

The article considers problems of the exchange of information between teachers, students and departments of educational institutions. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches: email, chat via phone, social networks. The questions of placement of information to large numbers of users were revealed. We also revealed the need to address issues related to the publication of major events, administrative announcements of educational institutions, which are visible to all users, and are assigned to a specific date. We suggested an approach to the publication of the activities of the individual system modules. The article shows a mechanism of mass mailings, providing users the ability to transmit information to two or more recipients and to ensure the exchange of information that is available only to send the recipient, as opposed to the "wall". We found an approach to increase the quality of the educational process, allowing rapid exchange of information between staff, students and departments of educational organization on the example of the system "Social network educational organization." In the approach, it has been proposed to take the ideology of social networking and project it on the specifics and needs of educational institutions, which will allow rapid exchange between staff, students and divisions (departments) educational organization.
