ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES OF DYNAMIC GEOMETRY SYSTEM CALLED GEOGEBRA
DescriptionThe article presents the possibilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment which can be used for conducting experimental research work. Computer experiment as a method of research serves to discover new knowledge, to test hypotheses, to involve students in the active process of learning new material. Freely-distributed GeoGebra's dynamic geometry environment which has a Russian version and a friendly interface that can be conveniently used both in classrooms and at home, is chosen as a computer technology for implementing a computer experiment. There are described possibilities of the tools used to implement the computer experiment. Among them are tools for detecting the metric and positional features of the object, obtaining information about the relationship between metric and positional features of objects, a parametrical task of changes of size, creation of experimental data tables. The experimental capabilities of the GeoGebra dynamic geometry environment are revealed by the examples of solving some elementary geometry problems about the simplest of polygons - a triangle that attracted the attention of both ancient scientists (Menelaus and others) and scientists who are closer to our time (Euler, Poncelet et al. ). Capabilities of the system for creating dynamic drawings, tables of experimental data and their application in conducting research work are demonstrated on the example of Menelaus' theorem presented in a more accessible form than in the textbook of geometry 10th -11th forms (authors L.S. Atanasyan, V. F. Butuzov, etc.)

DescriptionThe researchers obtained data on the morphological, biochemical and trace element composition of the blood of bull-calves of Hereford breed of different sizes. In this regard, scientists and business executives have three natural questions: 1) whether it is possible to predict the size and thus the meat productivity of bulls using these blood indicators; what are the strength and direction of the influence of certain values of blood indicators on the size and weight of bulls; what blood indicators are similar in meaning, and what are different and how much (to what extent). The article is devoted to the reasoned answers to these questions by applying modern methods of mathematical and numerical modeling to solve the corresponding problems. DescriptionThis article describes a mathematical model of transport of salt ions in a cell with a rotating disk cation exchange membrane at transcendent current regimes, taking into account electroconvection. Based on this model, we had a theoretically study of the process of transfer of salt ions and the dependence of the thickness of the diffusion layer from the fall of potential. This article is a continuation of [8] and [9], it conducted a numerical analysis of boundary value problem for a system of equations Nernst-Planck-Poisson and Navier-Stokes equations, modeling the transport of salt ions in a cylindrical cell with a rotating disc cation exchange membrane based on electroconvection. It is shown there is an electroconvection vortex in the center of the membrane disc. The solution flows around this vortex and forms a stagnation zone in front of it. With the increase in the size of the fall of potential, the electroconvective vortex decreases and at some value, the electroconvective vortex disappears. The study was conducted in the 1000 s when the angular velocity of 30 turns in a minute and change of the potential difference of 0.2V to 1.4V with a step 0.1. As a result, in this study it is shown that the thickness of the diffusion layer is practically linearly dependent on the fall of potential. The linear dependence of the thickness of diffusion layer from the fall of potential, in the first approximation, is disturbed by a slight deflection curve, the causes of which are needed to be found by means of extra experiments

The phenomenon of the special relationship in BritishAmerican politics of the second part of the XX century also received intensive development in the early XXI century. In fact, according to conditions of modern processes of globalization, cooperation between the United States and Great Britain, as within framework of NATO and in other international organizations, became increasingly close. Both States played a significant role in the international policy, working on various issues of economy, politics, environment, culture, etc. Attention is drawn to the forms of cooperation between the studied States in the implementation of military initiatives in the Balkans (1998) and Iraq (2003). These events allowed characterizing the first and final stages of the development of relations between the United States and Britain in the form of «special» in the period of late XX – early XXI centuries. In the beginning of XXI century the cooperation between the U.S. and the UK in reforming NATO, taking into account national foreign policy strategy of the USA, was an example of favorable development of bilateral “special relationship”. For London, the following external course of the US has remained a higher priority than for Washington

M. ELIZAROV AS A CREATIVE PERSONALITY: ASPECTS OF CRITICAL REFLECTION AND SELF-IDENTIFICATION

DescriptionThe peculiarities of the author strategies by Mikhail Elizarov are analyzed in the article. His works "balance" on the verge of postmodernist and realistic practice. The author's prose has received mixed reviews in the critique that’s why to reveal its aesthetic component, problem and poetological levels is an actual problem of the philological science, which is aimed to recreate a complete picture of the morden literary process. An analytical review of the works which reveals stylistic features of M. Elizarov's prose is given as well as the analysis of the author's interview concerning the artistic conception of works that indicate the representative specific of his artistic worldview. The latter is associated with the project of the «new realism» which was declared in the beginning of the XXI century. The need to display the word «changes» and «faults» of the age to simulate image of the hero «of its time» is an artistic problem which is solved by adherents of the «new» literature, with all sincerity, and often with peremptoriness of the ideological evaluations. «New realist» Zakhar Prilepin definitely sees Mikhail Elizarov as ally and like-minded person in its implementation. The objectivity of this statement is not in the «generational», the agerelated community but in a deep interest in the man's fate, the history of his personality and desire to «write» on the background of its changeable, controversial and, at times, tragic reality

The article presents an interdisciplinary approach to teaching of programming technology within the discipline "Theory and Programming Technology" based on the implementation of interdisciplinary connections with financial mathematics on the example of the development of financial computing calculators. The importance of interdisciplinary connections in pedagogic of higher education motivates the transition of Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) of a new generation to a competence model of graduate preparing. Acquisition of financial calculation methods with the aid of using software tools will contribute the formation of professional competences in the project-technological activity as the ability to apply the tools and programming technology in terms of professional training, providing system analysis and management problem solving (PC-8). The choice for the development of instrumental software for methods of financial calculations will be able not only to improve claimed in FSES of the higher education professional competences in the project-technological activities for solving the problems of system analysis and management decisions, but to develop teaching and interdisciplinary communications through enriching the content of the discipline / module with knowledge of another discipline

THE NUMBER OF LINEARLY ORDERABLE BINARY RELATIONS ON A FINITE SET

DescriptionPartially ordered set is a basic concept of modern settheoretic mathematics. The problem of linear set ordering with given binary relations is well-known. Every partial order over a finite set can be linearly ordered, but not every binary relation over this set can be linearly ordered as well. Up to now, there is no known formula for calculating the number of partial orders over a given finite set. It appears that there is a formula for calculating linearly ordered binary relations over a finite set. This article is concerned with derivation of this formula. The fact from work of G.N. Titov [9] that a binary relation over a finite set is linearly ordered if and only if any diagonal block, derived from the binary relation matrix as a result of setting main diagonal elements to zero, contains at least one zero row (diagonal block of matrix means any matrix composed of elements at the crossings of rows and columns of a given matrix with the same numbers), plays a key role in process of corroboration. The main conclusion of the article is a theorem that allows to find the number of linearly ordered binary relations over a set of n elements using the formula. A recurrence formula for the number of linearly ordered (irreflexive) binary relations over a finite set of n elements, provided in the lemma, was derived as well
