MODERN METHODS OF EVALUATING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF THE RESEARCH ACTIVITY
22.00.00 Sociological sciences
DescriptionThe purpose of the research is development of the new methods of diagnostic the research activities productivity. It is known, that for the evaluation the productivity of a scientist we usually use a well-known index of Hirsch, the introduction of which in 2005 was a significant step forward compared with application of this index as the ratio of the number of references to works of scientist and publications themselves. At the same time even h-index as an indicator is not flawless, the main flaw is weak differential ability: a number of links to the most cited publications of the scientific worker does not matter after reaching a certain threshold. It is necessary to develop a method of estimating the productivity of scientific worker, which preserves dignities of h-index and removes its shortcomings. This will allow evaluating the productivity of research activities more objectively. Methodological bases of the research: a systematic approach (considering the science as a social institution in close connection with the society as a whole), a metasystem approach (considering the results of the scientific activities as a metasystem, i.e. the system with relatively independent components), probabilistic and statistical approach (considering the research activities as the random process), a synergistic approach (considering science like a self-organized system) qualimetric approach (considering the productivity of scientific activity as latent variables that reflect a variety of criteria)

INFLUENCE OF REFRACTORY FILLERS ON THE PROCESS OF COMPOSITE BRAZING OF DIAMOND-ABRASIVE TOOLS
DescriptionBrazes with increased viscosity are needed for brazing of abrasive diamond tools with working surface of complex contoured shape. It’s known that high viscosity is a property of composite brazes consisting of fusible matrix and refractory filler that is not melting during brazing. Goal of the work is to research the influence of refractory fillers on the process of composite brazing of diamond-abrasive tools and on that basis discover the optimal composition of braze. Composite brazes Sn-Cu-Co were researched in the work. It is determined that at least 26-28% (by mass) of cobalt powder should be included in brazes for giving the braze Sn-Cu-Co necessary viscosity and for creation of uniform diamond-comprising layers with thickness up to 2.5 mm on the vertical layers and sharp edges of tools. It is determined that solid-state sintering of powders on the initial stage of heating the composite braze leads to emerging of internal stresses and forming cracks. Inert additions that prevent solid-state sintering should be include in braze to prevent cracking. Optimal inert addition for brazes Sn-Cu-Co is the tungsten powder. Minimum content of tungsten needed to prevent cracking is 6% (by mass). Optimal content of components in composition braze for brazing shaped diamond-abrasive tools is (% by mass): 30 Co, 20 Sn, 43 Cu, 7 W

DETERMINATION OF INVESTMENT APPEAL OF INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE
DescriptionRussian industry is almost completely exhausted the potential for extensive growth model. Due to this background, the increasing the importance of improving the efficiency of the companies in the industry, which by definition involves the need to increase investment activity in the industrial business becomes very important. The problem arises due to identifying the elements of investment attractiveness for further exposure to the companies in the sector and attracting investment capital. This article is devoted directly to the issues of determining factors of investment attractiveness of an industrial company. The emphasis in the article has been made on the allocation of domestic and foreign investment attractiveness, each of which is formed by a number of aspects. Also, it has identified and characterized the key elements that make up the internal and external investment attractiveness. Thus, the investment attractiveness of the internal environment of an industrial company is represented as a top-management, quality of personnel, quality of business processes, the quality of sales and quality of the financial system. Investment attractiveness of the environment can be formed by conjuncture target markets, the availability of capital, public policy, competition, barriers to entry, innovative pressure locally limited preferential treatment. The article also gives a brief description of how each of the elements mentioned above influence the integrated investment attractiveness

Based on the analysis of the phase composition, the average grain size measured by high resolution electron microscopy and multifractal parameterization structure shows the relationship of coating properties with their structural-phase state. The regularities of the evolution of the structural parameters and multifractal characteristics of the surface layers of materials with shape memory can predict the properties of the composition of the "steel-coating". On the basis of experimental studies, it has been shown that mechanical activation of powders of materials with shape memory effect based on TiNiTa makes it possible to create an effective technology training sprayed material which will generate nano-structured surface layers by high-speed flame spraying. The influence of the mechanical activation of TiNiTa powder on the quality of surface layers formed by high-speed flame spraying was investigated, and a significant improvement in the structure of the surface layer was found, with reduced porosity, high adhesion, and, consequently, increased functionality and mechanical properties. The evolution of the structure at all stages of surface modification based on the fractal approach multifractal parameterization method, which is based on qualitative analysis and instrumental methods in addition to classic microstructure parameters like grain size and specific area related to the physical and mechanical properties, is quantitative information. It was established experimentally that after high-speed flame spraying, the performance characteristics of mechanically activated shape memory TiNiTa powder improved: cyclic durability under high-cycle fatigue increased by about 35.6%, and the wear resistance increased by 3.6 times

Description
A thermal physical and mathematical model of laser cladding with TiNi on steel was developed which allows us to monitor the formation of the structure and the properties of the surface layer. A description of the model included assumptions and simplifications; analysis of the energy balance; numerical modeling of thermal processes; evaluation of the temperature distribution; experimental verification of the obtained solutions. The composition of the steel and TiNi alloy was examined as a two-layer material with different thermal characteristics. The energy balance of the system was described with a heat equation in a three-dimensional form. The main channels of the radiation energy costs were taken into account: absorption surface of the product, loss owed to the reflection surface, energy absorbed by the coating which did not come down to the base material. To solve the differential equation of heat conduction we used the Fourier integral method. In assessing the temperature distribution we have reviewed a dimensional problem when exposed to a point source of the Gaussian distribution in a pulsed mode. Computer calculations used MathCAD graphs of temperature changes at different depths of the TiNi layer and the steel substrate. The results obtained allowed us to develop the recommendations for optimizing the technological parameters of laser cladding of TiNi. The simulation of thermal processes significantly reduces the time and resources required to develop the technology, allowing prediction of the quality of the surface layer during the development of the technology and promoting the adoption of efficient technical and technological solutions

CRISES IN THE EVOLUTION OF ECONOMIC SYSTEMS OF INHOMOGENEOUS
DescriptionRealities of today have defined a new stage of development which can be characterized as the entry of world economic system in a condition of crisis. Recognizing that development of economic systems means continuous violation of macroeconomic balance - a necessary condition of development. In this context transition processes are considered as a natural, state of society and economy in the course of its evolution. Characteristic feature of a market economy is recurrence of economic development. Recurrence is a form of development of economy as whole, the movement from one macroeconomic balance to another. Recurrence can be as one of ways of self-regulation of market economy. As line of recurrence is the movement not around, and on a spiral, it likes a form of progressive development. The main phase of a business cycle is crisis during which the broken proportions of a social production are restored. For crisis the following signs are characteristic: growth of mass of unrealized production; increase of loan percent; decrease in the share price, etc. All this is of the capital and control of business activity that leads to falling of profit, crisis of non-payments, and is frequent also to bankruptcy. The article is devoted to research of specific non-uniform economic systems, identification of the factors of heterogeneity promoting development of crises of heterogeneity
