Reserves of bituminous sand in Nigeria is estimated to be around 30- 40 billion barrels with a possibility to extract 3654 × 106 barrels. From the approximately 30-40 billion barrels of oil sand, Ogun State has more than 40% in reserve. However, this huge stock of oil sand in Nigeria is yet to be exploited. This article provides an assessment of technological solutions for the design and development of tar sand fields in Nigeria. Reserves of oil sand in Nigeria are the biggest in the whole of Africa

Description
Currently, it is important to have a solution for problems related to the prevention of potential accidents and the minimization of technological risks, particularly in the oil and gas industry, the number of accidents in which remains at a high level. Causes of incidents and accidents at hazardous production facilities are often non-compliance with required technological parameters, insufficient equipment of the technological systems with safety devices and automated control systems of processes. The article presents a comparative analysis of the methods that can be used in identification of hazards at different stages of the life cycle of the technological object: location, design, commissioning, operation, reconstruction. In order to develop security measures for the selected plant, we have used a method of analysis hazard and operability (HAZOP). The object of the study was projected technological installation for obtaining of bitumen with 24 thousand tons per year performance on raw material. For the working group of experts we have step-described the order of research dangers of specific nodes of the process plant, including determining the adequacy of the protective measures provided by the project and the development of recommendations on elimination of the revealed deviations and to reduce the effects of their manifestation. The most harmful deviations of process parameters during operation of the installation were found. We have proposed hazard criteria of operation, taking into account the probability and severity of deviations of technological parameters. We have also confirmed that the HAZOP method allows not only to identify the causes of hazards and consequences of their implementation but also to develop recommendations for their elimination

THE GENESIS OF THE "LEARNED IGNORANCE" DOCTRINE AND IT'S COGNITIVE VALUE
DescriptionA clarification and interpretation of the philosophical meaning of the "learned ignorance" doctrine, viewed from an aspect of a history of philosophy, involves a necessity to educe a genetic and essential relationship between the "learned ignorance" principle and the apophatic tradition of thought. The article describes the genesis of the "docta ignorantia" principle: it appeared in a context of theology as a method for attaining of the knowledge of God. It is this concept that often forces researchers to restrict the epistemic potential of the "learned ignorance" principle, leaving it in limits of negative theology and mystics. However after investigating the difference between the philosophical and the religious understanding of theology the authors of the article interpret the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" to be a fundamental philosophic principle of thought and cognition. Nowadays it is widely accepted, that the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" in it's classical form originates from the apophatic tradition. The article points out, that the representative examples of apophaticism, which could be found in the christian theology, on the one hand, were based on a solid philosophic tradition (predominantly platonic and neoplatonic), and on the other hand, did not complete a spread in a world philosophic thought of a definite (apophatic) tradition, which had an intimate connection with the paradigm of the "learned ignorance", postulating as it's main intention a seemingly paradoxical comprehension of the Absolute, supposed to be absolutely incomprehensible. The results of the scientific research in a field, thus defined, are presented briefly in this article

PRODUCTION ECOLOGICAL CONTROL OF IMPURITY GROUNDWATER IN WELLS OIL REFINERY TUAPSE
DescriptionProduction ecological control is an integral part of the national environmental monitoring system. The article describes the results of production ecological control of impurity of groundwater drawn from wells in the territory of the Tuapse refinery and presents a situational plan of wells layout in the Tuapse refinery. Analysis of groundwater was represented from 2012 to 2016 with their content (mg/l) of oil, phenols, plumbum, chloride, and anionic surfactants. We have revealed the excess of oil products and phenols and developed measures to reduce concentrations of these substances in the groundwater refinery in Tuapse

ROLE OF ALIMENTARY FIBERS IN TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF THE OBESITY
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionExcess body weight is a serious problem, involving a set of diseases presently. For this reason, taking into account demands of science there was a development of production of food with the lowered energy value for the people having first of all obesity that led to production of substitutes. Even more often producers resort to use of nutritional supplements, which generally receive in synthetic way. In this article, we analyzed multiple references and summarized the material regarding beet fibers. As a result of numerous researches it has been proved that food fibers make favorable impact both on the separate systems of a human body, and on all organism. The use of the minor products of processing of the plant raw material is also critical; they allow improving the preventive properties of products and enriching them with dietary fibers, protein, and mineral elements and also development of food development of curative and preventive action. Citri-Fi food fibers which are received from dried-up orange pulp are well-known, they can keep a large amount of water throughout technological process. They exert positive impact on structure of fat that gives the chance to create a product with the lowered content of fat

DescriptionThe article deals with the investigation of different naming constructions of characters in the novel, which indicates emotiveness in communicative acts. In due course of the analysis the concept of “social fields” has been introduced in order to reveal the means of emotional expression. The naming of the individual with different anthroponym forms (a name, a surname, nickname, etc.), introducing the concept of social field (SF), made it necessary to use such concepts as “norm/not norm” in the analysis of function proper names. Because of breaching the norms of naming proper names take emotional coloration. Such emotionality may be positive or negative. It depends on many factors: a situation of communication, social field the communicators belong to, their view of life, etc. The emphasis of the norm and not norm of naming in every social field helps us to identify the character of emotions and disclose the relationships of characters to the anthroponym by means of naming. Any not norm of naming is the change of character’s relationships to the anthroponym
