The article is devoted to the issues of forming the investment strategy of the region. Great attention is paid to the necessity of forming a state favorable investment climate by improving the factors of the investment potential of the region. We have considered and classified model positioning of regions, defined the goals of the state in the process of formation of a regional investment strategy development

DEVELOPMENT OF AN EXPERT SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSIS MALFUNCTIONS OF ENGINES OF DIESEL POWER STATIONS
DescriptionThe article considers development of expert system based on semantic networks for diagnosis malfunctions of the diesel power stations engines. The method allows developing expert systems via objectoriented programming language. The expert system allows to identify the problem without involving additional staff: at the start and overheats of the engine, when there is low power, with decreasing pressure etc

The influence of technology on the fortification composition of biologically active substances of wine and the Cahors beverage type has been examined. We have also established and explained the dependence of the content of phenolic compounds, including carboxylic acids from the ways of alcoholization. A way of fortification, contributing to the enrichment of wines and beverages such as Cahors with biologically active substances has been shown

22.00.00 Sociological sciences
DescriptionModern representations of threpsology demonstrate importance of harmonization of eating which consists in providing an organism with all necessary feed elements in full and energy in the corresponding quantities and ratios. The causes of obesity and measures against it, sedentary lifestyle and diseases associated with these factors. Social significance of the problem evidence of the need to combat the spread of obesity. It is established that since 1975 the number of people suffering from obesity worldwide has increased more than three times; more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older were overweight, of which over 650 million people were obese; 39 % of adults 18 years and older, were overweight, and 13% were obese. The situation with obesity in the CIS countries is ambiguous. In the post-Soviet space, the situation with obesity in adults and children gradually becomes threatening. Domestic and foreign experience indicate that the most accessible and economically feasible method of correcting the nutrition and health of the population is the inclusion in the diet of modern man healthy food, having direct functional properties

MECHANICAL GRINDING OF SOLID POWDER MATERIALS
DescriptionThe article is dedicated to the determination of conditions for solid bodies’ fragmentation, providing minimal size of particles by means of their mechanical dispersion through the example of powders of titanium carbide (TiC), cubic boron nitride – borazon (CBN) and boron carbide (B4C). The theoretical and practical aspects of the process of mechanical fragmentation of particles of solid powder materials in ball mill for their further utilization in furnace charge for high-speed gas-flame sputtering of wear-resistant composite materials are examined in the article. Methods of preliminary calculation of minimum allowable size of solid particles of powder materials during mechanical fragmentation, based upon Griffiths’ mechanical theory of rapture using experimental data for hardness of material and its yield are proposed and theoretically substantiated. There we have the results of experiments on mechanical fragmentation of titanium carbide in attritor, boron carbide and cubic boron nitride in centrifugal planetary mill, confirming correctness of theoretical propositions and calculations are set out. Recommendations on mechanical fragmentation of solid powder materials in ball mills are formulated as well
