ON THE NUMERATIONS OF THE FINITE PARTIALLY ORDERED SETS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThere is a widely known problem regarding the ordering of the partially ordered sets (Linear Ordering Problem). It boils down to finding the numerations of such sets. The main result of this article is a generalization of one of the known S. S. Kislitsyn's results about finding the number of numerations of finite partially ordered sets

Description
The article presents an interdisciplinary approach to teaching of programming technology within the discipline "Theory and Programming Technology" based on the implementation of interdisciplinary connections with financial mathematics on the example of the development of financial computing calculators. The importance of interdisciplinary connections in pedagogic of higher education motivates the transition of Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) of a new generation to a competence model of graduate preparing. Acquisition of financial calculation methods with the aid of using software tools will contribute the formation of professional competences in the project-technological activity as the ability to apply the tools and programming technology in terms of professional training, providing system analysis and management problem solving (PC-8). The choice for the development of instrumental software for methods of financial calculations will be able not only to improve claimed in FSES of the higher education professional competences in the project-technological activities for solving the problems of system analysis and management decisions, but to develop teaching and interdisciplinary communications through enriching the content of the discipline / module with knowledge of another discipline

DescriptionFollowing the absence of a definite treatment for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or the acquired immune deficiency syndromes (AIDS) since their appearance, many scientific studies with the help of mathematical models have been formulated to the extent possible to prevent and eradicate the disease. In this article we have formulated a mathematical model that explores the dynamics of the impact of the use of condom and therapeutic treatment simultaneously, as a means (tools) against the spread of HIV/AIDS in the heterosexual population. The proposed model uses a nonlinear differential equation system consisting of seven (7) differential equations in seven (7) groups of the population. The model takes into account natural birth rate of the studied population, and the proportion of infected males, which simultaneously uses condom and antiretroviral therapy. The model explores the behavioral change of proportion of infected individuals in the population following the application of control measures (condom use and antiretroviral therapy). It is proved that the effectiveness of preventive measures greatly depends on a number of parameters described. In addition, the results of numerical experiments showed that in the absence of both preventive measures, the entire population is contaminated with the infection. The interaction of the model parameters show that the population with high levels of condom use in the presence of significant adherence to antiretroviral therapy as prophylaxis significantly reduces the level of HIV/AIDS. Thus, prevention of infection is significantly improved with the increasing number of the infected population using condoms and antiretroviral therapy simultaneously

DescriptionIn this article we consider a mathematical model of effect of non-compliance with the prevention of HIV/AIDS among a heterogeneous population based on known model by Kimbir et al (2006). The effectiveness of a condom use and implications of non-compliance with a population of preventive measures (condoms) are the aim of this research work. In this work, with definite coefficients, nonlinear model is used, which consists of system of six differential equations for different population groups (six groups of the population) to obtain the model equations. Compared with the existing model by Kimbir, the proposed model to a large extent, takes into account the birth rate of the studied population. Numerical simulation of the model equations shows that reducing the rate of transmission of HIV/AIDS can be effectively achieved within a certain time, and only where relatively high condom efficacy and high compliance by susceptible and infected are observed. From the obtained results, we can see that the control of HIV/AIDS in the heterosexual population depends on the net compliance and effectiveness of the recommended prevention (condom use). As a recommendation, the model focuses on intensive training and ongoing campaigns to raise the awareness of the population by governmental and non-governmental agencies on the effective use of the condom

DescriptionThe problem of establishing of the factorization of irreducible polynomials with integer coefficients on prime modules p has been long of interest to mathematicians. The quadratic and cubic reciprocity laws solve this problem for quadratic polynomials and binomials of the form x3-a . More general reciprocity laws solve the formulated problem for some classes of polynomials, for example, with Abelian Galois group, but for polynomials with non-Abelian Galois group, the problem is far from its complete solution. Our study shows how using the results of Voronov G.F., Hasse H. and Stickelberger L., one can find conditions that must satisfy prime number p. Gauss received a similar result for binomial x3-2. Specific examples are given, for instance, for the polynomial x3-x - I, also conditions arc formulated for which a quadratic field is immersed in non-Abelian Galois extension of degree 6. Also, conditions are given under which a Diophantine equation: а12a22-4a22-4a13a3- 27a32+18a1a2a3=D has a solution for integer values of D

Description
The present article belongs to the area of organic chemistry, namely, to chemistry of heterocyclic compounds. For the purpose of optimization of a method of synthesis the threecyclic heteroaromatic systems containing a pyridi-ne, thiophen and pyrimidine ring in one molecule, - tetrahydropyridothienopyrimidinon and dihydropyri-dothienopyrimidinon – reaction 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]-pyridine-2-carbokxamides with aromatic aldehydes is studied, some of which contain pharmacolodical groups. Reaction was carried out in the conditions of an acid catalysis – is used p-TsOH. Influence of the nature of solvent (toluene, ethanol, mix ethanol-dimethilform-amide (1:1)) on the course and the direction of reaction are studied. It is established that carrying out reaction in toluene leads to the dihydropyrimidine containing in situation 2 phenyl, 4-bromphenyl deputies. In the presence in a molecule of initial aldehyde of the deputy in orto-situation tetrahydropyrimidine are formed. Use of ethanol mainly leads to formation of a tetrahydro-pyrimidine ring. Boiling of initial substances in mix ethanol-DMF yields the results similar to use of toluene, but time of reaction is reduced twice. The way of receiving the dihydroderivatives short-term boiling of tetrahydropyrimidine is found in mix isopropanol-DMF (a volume ratio of solvents 1:3). Identity of the received substances is proved by method of a thin layer chroma-tography. The structure of the synthesized connections is confirmed with the element analysis. The structure of tertagidropirimidinon and digidropirimidinon is proved with use of data of IK and NMR 1H of the spectral analysis
