DIAGNOSIS OF EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DEPARTMENTS AND FACULTIES)
DescriptionThe purpose of this research is the development of models and methods of multiparameter diagnostic effectiveness of educational environments. We know, that a criterion-diagnostic system for monitoring the effectiveness of higher education institutions - educational Macromedia is being designed, which is not the monitoring of the effectiveness of educational microenvironments and meso-environment - departments and faculties. The issue of the research - to increase the productivity (efficiency) of functioning of educational environments. The problem of research is the question of how to diagnose the effectiveness of educational environments objectively and comprehensively. The urgency of this problem is due to: the need to ensure the effective functioning of educational institutions, their sustainable innovative development; increasing demand for general and vocational education, as well as its transition to a multi-level system. Methodological basis of the research: a competence-based approach (considered an important target value of the educational process formation of the competences and personal and professional qualities of students, integrating knowledge, skills and readiness for their effective use in solving of life, professional and educational problems), metasystem approach (considering the educational environment as a metasystem, including relatively independent subsystems - educational environment of lower level of the hierarchy), qualimetric approach (considering the effectiveness of the educational environment as an integrative figure, which is diagnosed on the basis of estimating a set of criteria), synergetic approach (considering the educational environment as a self-organizing system, and the efficiency of its functioning - as an indicator of the success of the use of resources for further development). DescriptionThe research purpose is identification and justification of the scientific team’s recognition citation-based criteria. Such parameters of the educational environment as modality, latitude, social activity, social coherence, intensity, maturity etc. are assessable on the basis of the primary information about the scientific team’s research activity results. The authors of this article prove that the data about cross-citations within a scientific team is the primary information about the scientific and pedagogical team members’ recognition of their social system (such information is obtainable from modern scientometric databases, e.g. Russian Science Citation Index). The new scientific results of this research are the identified citation-based criteria for the scientific team’s recognition. The theoretical significance of these results is the possibility of using them as a scientific basis for further research in the sociology of science and for the development of the small social systems functioning models; the practical significance is the possibility to analyze the factors for the success of scientific and pedagogical teams’ research activity (i.e. applicability for the research activity monitoring systems). The research methods are: the methods of set, relations and graph theory, the methods of qualimetry, mathematical statistics (including the scree-plot method) and linear. The research methodology is based on the sociological approach (viewing the scientific and pedagogical team as a well-established social system), the qualimetric approach (declaring the necessity for the multicriterial diagnostics of scientific and pedagogical team’s recognition) and the probabilistic and statistical approach (viewing the scientific and pedagogical team’s recognition citation-based diagnostics as a statistic measurement)

The purpose of the investigation is students’ conflictological competence assessment method elaboration. The methodological foundations are system approach (considered the pedagogical monitoring as education quality management component), personal oriented approach (focused the educational process on student persona), competence oriented approach (oriented the educational process to personally-professional abilities formation which integrated the knowledge, skills, motives, values and ability to their control) and quality measurement approach (we have considered the conflictological competence preparedness as a multi-criterion parameter). The theoretical foundations are socially-philosophic works dedicated to students’ conflictological competence formation, and pedagogical works, dedicated to education quality management. The normative foundations of investigation are Law “About Education” (2012), state educational standards for vocational training (2009), “Strategy of state youth policy in Russian Federation”, state program “Patriotic education of Russian Federation citizens during 2011-2015”. The methods of investigation are scientific literature and pedagogical practice analysis, survey, modeling, pedagogical monitoring, quality measurement and complex systems polyvalent analysis

DIAGNOSTIC OF ANOMALIES IN DATA-PROCESSING NETWORKS WITH USE OF VARIETY OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE
DescriptionThe work is devoted to searching efficient detection methods of anomalous state in data networks. There is a structure of modern informational attacks detecting system. There are short review and analysis of information system network security facilities. Two main technologies of attack detection are described: anomaly detection and misuse detection. It is shown that every detection of anomalies is based on assumption that anomalous behavior is deflection from normal profile of behavior. It is hard to implement this technology, although there is some progress when expert system, fuzzy logic and so on are used for this purpose. Action patterns or symbols assets which describe anomaly activity are used as attack signature in misuse detection method. Author offers to use benefits of both methods for solving the problem

The study discusses the activities of TNCs as a factor of development of regional innovation systems of economy, which contributes to the spread of new methods of management, marketing, and new technologies. The prospects for Russia's development can be viewed as a huge resource for business expanding of the largest international companies, which gives relevance to the issues of studying TNCs as a global subject of the world economy, as well as the adaptation of international companies to Russian conditions. According to this the study of trends of transnationalization on the example of the Russian agricultural machinery market and the search of the ways to improve the efficiency of its functioning is an important factor in the development strategy of the state. Factors affecting the attraction of foreign investors to Russia include cost and production factors (availability of natural resources, cheap labor, the possibility of R & D and innovation); the attractiveness of the market (the size of the market and income per capita, the dynamics of growth in domestic and neighboring markets); government initiative (economic and political stability, tax incentives, developed infrastructure). The analysis in the article suggests that the presence of TNCs in the region is a significant factor in increasing innovation activity. In addition, the development of balanced investment programs, taking into account the plans of TNCs, as well as the obligation to monitor their implementation, is the key to increasing the investment attractiveness of the regions

The article describes the types and forms of search movement activity of the Krasnodar Region in the formation, preservation and reconstruction of historical and cultural heritage of the Great Patriotic War. The search movement in Russia is the unique socio-cultural phenomenon. In Krasnodar region this movement began in the 80s. Today it is 16 specialized public search organizations. Kuban searchers found the remains of more than 10,000 Soviet soldiers and recognized the names of 220 of them; they have carried out more than 700 expeditions. The main activities of the search organizations of Kuban in the area of historical and cultural heritage of the Great Patriotic War are conducting field exploration works; the establishment of names of the dead, found in the course of search operations and search for their relatives; reburial of the soldiers; assist in the elimination of explosive devices of the Great Patriotic War; patriotic education; military and historical reconstruction; the popularization of the military history of the region. The main purpose of search organizations is to recreate and perpetuate the memory of killed people in the defense of the Fatherland. Through the forms of activity, practiced by search organizations of the Krasnodar region, formed valuable attitude to the historical past, carried out patriotic education, readiness for armed defense of the motherland

DETERMINATION OF INVESTMENT APPEAL OF INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE
DescriptionRussian industry is almost completely exhausted the potential for extensive growth model. Due to this background, the increasing the importance of improving the efficiency of the companies in the industry, which by definition involves the need to increase investment activity in the industrial business becomes very important. The problem arises due to identifying the elements of investment attractiveness for further exposure to the companies in the sector and attracting investment capital. This article is devoted directly to the issues of determining factors of investment attractiveness of an industrial company. The emphasis in the article has been made on the allocation of domestic and foreign investment attractiveness, each of which is formed by a number of aspects. Also, it has identified and characterized the key elements that make up the internal and external investment attractiveness. Thus, the investment attractiveness of the internal environment of an industrial company is represented as a top-management, quality of personnel, quality of business processes, the quality of sales and quality of the financial system. Investment attractiveness of the environment can be formed by conjuncture target markets, the availability of capital, public policy, competition, barriers to entry, innovative pressure locally limited preferential treatment. PARTICLE SIZE DISTRIBUTION OF ASH OF NOVOCHERKASSK SDPP
DescriptionThe flowsheet purification of exhaust gases in the Novocherkassk SDPP after the electrostatic precipitator on I-th stage of purification set group cyclone, on the II-nd stage of purification - baghouse. To determine the particle size distribution of fly ash, we selected ash from the transport network to the group cyclone, and the in a group cyclone, and in a baghouse. With the help of the microscope "Biomed- 3" we produced pictures of ash particles with different magnification. Granulometric composition of three selected ash samples were determined according to the mass content of particles of different grain size, expressed in percent relative to the weight of dry ash sample taken for analysis. For size fractions from 10 mm to 0.5 mm sieve method is applied without rinsing with water, for size fractions less than 0.5 mm sieve method is applied with water washing.
