ATTRACTING FOREIGN INVESTMENTS IN THE ECONOMY OF THE KRASNODAR REGION
DescriptionIn today's market economy, against the backdrop of globalization, political instability and crisis processes, the issue of attracting foreign investment is strategically important. The Krasnodar region is one of the most attractive regions for investment potential both in the territory of the Southern Federal District and among the regions of the Russian Federation. Moreover, effective investment activity positively influences its socioeconomic development, providing the region with not only financial assets, growth in GRP (Gross Regional Product) rates, but also contributing to the introduction of new technologies, increasing the number of jobs and improving the quality of life of the population

INFLUENCE OF REFRACTORY FILLERS ON THE PROCESS OF COMPOSITE BRAZING OF DIAMOND-ABRASIVE TOOLS
DescriptionBrazes with increased viscosity are needed for brazing of abrasive diamond tools with working surface of complex contoured shape. It’s known that high viscosity is a property of composite brazes consisting of fusible matrix and refractory filler that is not melting during brazing. Goal of the work is to research the influence of refractory fillers on the process of composite brazing of diamond-abrasive tools and on that basis discover the optimal composition of braze. Composite brazes Sn-Cu-Co were researched in the work. It is determined that at least 26-28% (by mass) of cobalt powder should be included in brazes for giving the braze Sn-Cu-Co necessary viscosity and for creation of uniform diamond-comprising layers with thickness up to 2.5 mm on the vertical layers and sharp edges of tools. It is determined that solid-state sintering of powders on the initial stage of heating the composite braze leads to emerging of internal stresses and forming cracks. Inert additions that prevent solid-state sintering should be include in braze to prevent cracking. Optimal inert addition for brazes Sn-Cu-Co is the tungsten powder. Minimum content of tungsten needed to prevent cracking is 6% (by mass). Optimal content of components in composition braze for brazing shaped diamond-abrasive tools is (% by mass): 30 Co, 20 Sn, 43 Cu, 7 W

MATHEMATICAL MODELING IN TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY EVALUATION OF FOOD PRODUCTS
DescriptionThe analysis of scientific research in the field of food technologies has shown that mathematical modeling is applied in the following directions: adjustment of the modes of technological processes, development of compounding and quality evaluation of ready-made products, and also prediction of shelf life of new products during launching. Models of variance and regression analysis with application of methods of mathematical planning of experiment are most relevant in describing the processes of food production. The article contains the results of our own research about creating composition of fish preserves made of combined minced of fishes, bad-ripening and ripening in salting. The mathematical models of the dependence of organoleptic, structural-mechanical characteristics and characteristics of ripening of preserves on technological factors are presented. The dimensionless generalized index of quality was modeled and the composition of minced was optimized on the basis of its dynamics. It was established, that preserves which contain 42% herring Atlantic and 4,8% salt, have the best organoleptic, structural-mechanical and ripening characteristics. The regression model was developed, which determines the shelf life of wide range of fish preserves, depending on factors affecting it: storage temperature, acidity of the fill, proteolytic activity of the enzyme system of muscle tissue and also the speed of fish ripening, caused by addition of various functional and technological additives. Testing of the model shown, that calculated data of the shelf life of fish preserves correlate with the data obtained experimentally

ANALYSIS OF IMPACT RESISTANCE OF CHAIN ACCORDING TO SPROCKET LUG PROFILE
DescriptionThe possibility of using involute sprockets, more technologically advanced in manufacturing, compared with sprockets with straight, convex-concave profile of the lug on the criterion shock resistance circuit, the maximum permissible speed of the drive sprocket for bush roller chain drives and gears with a toothed chain. The comparative analysis of researches of operation of roller and tooth chain gearings with various steps and types of profiles of sprockets showed that in all cases with increase in a step of a chain the coefficient of speed of blow increases, and the increase in number of lugs at sprockets reduces the speed of blow of the hinge about sprockets tooth. Value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple an evolvent sprockets - a gear chain is much less than value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple a plug-roller chain –sprockets of any profile. Less noise during the work of tooth chain gearings is due to evolvent sprockets. As a result of researches it is established that on kinetic energy of impact of sprockets and the hinge of a chain, sprockets with an evolvent profile can be applied on an equal basis with the sprockets having concave-convex or rectilinear profiles of lugs. Respectively, evolvent sprockets can be used both in chain transfers with roller and with gear chains

Description
Based on the analysis of the phase composition, the average grain size measured by high resolution electron microscopy and multifractal parameterization structure shows the relationship of coating properties with their structural-phase state. The regularities of the evolution of the structural parameters and multifractal characteristics of the surface layers of materials with shape memory can predict the properties of the composition of the "steel-coating". On the basis of experimental studies, it has been shown that mechanical activation of powders of materials with shape memory effect based on TiNiTa makes it possible to create an effective technology training sprayed material which will generate nano-structured surface layers by high-speed flame spraying. The influence of the mechanical activation of TiNiTa powder on the quality of surface layers formed by high-speed flame spraying was investigated, and a significant improvement in the structure of the surface layer was found, with reduced porosity, high adhesion, and, consequently, increased functionality and mechanical properties. The evolution of the structure at all stages of surface modification based on the fractal approach multifractal parameterization method, which is based on qualitative analysis and instrumental methods in addition to classic microstructure parameters like grain size and specific area related to the physical and mechanical properties, is quantitative information. It was established experimentally that after high-speed flame spraying, the performance characteristics of mechanically activated shape memory TiNiTa powder improved: cyclic durability under high-cycle fatigue increased by about 35.6%, and the wear resistance increased by 3.6 times

STATISTICAL MODELS DECISION SUPPORT FOR INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT IN AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe article deals with mathematical models of management decision-making to select the option to protect the AU, based on sufficient statistical information about attacks on the AU. The amount of a priori uncertainty about the choice of protection option in GIS was described with Boltzmann's entropy. Introduction of the value within Shannon’s definition of mutual information is called the context random variables, it allows removing the uncertainty regarding the actions of the enemy, and it enables decisionmakers to choose protection options. The model of decision for choosing the type of protection of the AIS presented in the article is based on sufficient statistical information about the attacks to the system components. In the ideal case, for decision-making, we use large sample statistical data that provides high accuracy control system for protection of information. Based on the available amount of information available to the IPA, against the acts of SIN, it is possible to choose a decision on the choices you make
