A REVIEW OF THE CURRENT ELEMENT BASE WITHIN THE CONCEPT OF SMART GRIDS
DescriptionEnergy complex of the country is a collection of electrical installations high and low voltage, producing, transforming, transporting, distributing and consuming electricity. A huge web of networks and more than 700 generating plants with a total capacity of about 230 GW [1]. Almost 90% of this potential is formed in a unified technical complex of the Unified energy system (UES) [2]. Now there is a deterioration of the performance of the sector. In comparison with 90-mi years of XX century, more than 1.5 times increased power losses in the power grids. Significantly increased the proportion of obsolete electrical and auxiliary equipment, and the load on the network every day only increase. All speaks of the necessity of both local and global modernization of the electric power complex of the country and the creation of a new concept of consumption management and energy distribution in the network. In the framework of the energy strategy of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 13 November 2009 # 1715-R, to improve handling and ensure reliable operation of electric power systems, wider introduction of flexible transmission system (FACTS devices) and improvement of systems of automatic emergency protection and dispatching control [1]. The development of electric power complex of the country should be in the way of intelligent networks. Special requirements are imposed to energetic and mass-dimensional indices of systems of electric drives as one of the main components of such devices. Mass-dimensional and energetic indices due to constructional features and the used management system will allow improving the use of special or controlled asynchronous cascade systems of an electric actuator of axial construction. One of the main difficulties is simulation and design of special systems of the electric drive. In the article, we offer a new approach to determination of magnetic model parameters of the stator of a component of a controlled asynchronous cascade electric actuator of axial construction

This article is dedicated to the study of the parameters of the artificial immune system for solving the polymorphic viruses’ detection problem. The goal is to define a vector of the immune system parameters that would ensure the minimum number of errors of the first kind, the minimum number of errors of the second kind and the maximum percentage of polymorphic viruses’ detection. That is, the most accurate classification of them as a malicious code, in relation to any theoretically possible vector of parameters of the artificial immune system. A distinctive feature of the studied artificial immune system is the use of a class of genetic algorithms that provide more efficient training of detectors. The configurable parameters of the system are: the algorithm for determining the proximity of the detector and the pathogen, which can be realized by determining the Levenshtein distance or by the method of adjacent bits; as well as the method of implementing the crossing-over operator, the method of implementing the mutation operator, the method of implementing the selection operator, the algorithm for determining the proximity of the detector lines. In addition, the article considers the expediency of using a distributed network of several nodes, each of which will have an immune system that will exchange data with other nodes of the network. As a result of the research, a set of optimal parameters was obtained in which the system achieves the maximum accuracy of recognition of polymorphic viruses

We have done the analysis of the possible connections in the real and technical systems of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge. It has been identified dependence the number of the straight connections in this system from the number of its elements. For this it was used an example of the technical systems of the process of choice the knowledge from the area of knowledge - the binary tree of the system of questions and answers, realizing the chose of the method of optimization from the va-riety of methods. DETERMINATION OF METALS CONSISTS IN REGUL, THE RAW RICE SORT
DescriptionThe content of metals in raw rice is determined. Inversion voltammetry (IVA) was carried out in an accredited laboratory on the "Ta-Lab" device of the company "Tom-Analit" LLC according to the approved method of ERD F 16.1: 2: 2.2: 2.3.46-06. Silicon dioxide is determined according to ERD F 16.1: 2: 2.2: 3.65-10 and humidity according to GOST 5180-2015. Preparation for the IVA is illustrated. Voltammograms of the potential difference of the chloride-silver reference electrode are compared with the current strength of the indicator mercury-film electrode of electrochemical cells. It has been established that the main metals of the raw rice called Regul grown in the Krasnodar region are: copper 1.6 ± 0.4 mg/kg, plumbum 1.4 ± 0.4 mg/kg, zinc 1.9 ± 0.5 mg/kg, iron 95 mg/kg, manganese 5.2 ± 1.3 mg/kg and silicon dioxide 6.5 mg/kg. The presence of iron is associated with the wear of gravity. The content of zinc, manganese and silicon dioxide corresponds to this type of grain. The presence of copper and lead is associated with the absorption of heavy metals from the soil
