DEFINITION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY AND MOMENT IN THE CASCADE ELECTRIC DRIVE
DescriptionThe problem of calculation of arguments of the controlled cascade electric drive is reviewed. For a basis the electric drive is taken by the designed writers. For definition of the moments the method grounded on electromechanical transforming of energy is proposed. On an example of a present construction the values of currents of a stator and rotor and phase angles of these currents were retrieved. It has allowed to find the energy, accumulated by the device, in the given instant. Utilizing this result, the instantaneous moment was defined. The introduced mathematical model realized as the program in environment Delphi. Inaccuracy for an audit example did not exceed 10-15 %

According to the results of the numeral experiment, the dependences of the duration of the cycle of movement of the executive body of the drive from prescribed displacement (rotation angle) for different values of the fifth derivative of the speed have been plotted

OPTIMIZATION OF WELL PLACEMENT IN WATERFLOOD PROJECT IN "X" FIELD NIGER DELTA, NIGERIA
DescriptionWater flooding used in secondary oil recovery to level up reservoir pressure can be enhanced in order to fit the reservoir conditions with the aim to optimally recover oil. One of the important optimization variables to realize this aim is optimal well placement. Various methods have been suggested for this problem. Among these is direct optimization, although accurate, is difficult due to the number of simulations required. Optimal placement of up to six injection wells was studied at the X field in western Niger Delta of Nigeria. Injection rate and injection time was also optimized and net present value (NPV) of the flooding project was used as the objective function. In this case study, it is shown theoretically and by means of Eclipse 100 that according to the basic elementary reservoir characteristics, optimal oil recovery is strongly dependent on well placement pattern and injection rate. Simulation results show that good sweep efficiency can be achieved with a regular pattern with an optimal well position

We have considered hybrid nontraditional and renewable sources of energy in terms of optimizing their work based on the knowledge of technical and functional peculiarities of each. We used classification of clusters of nontraditional and renewable energy of sources, depending on the proportion of replacing power in energy consumption and on the type of nontraditional and renewable energy of sources.
