DescriptionFor a field task, we have shown the analytical solution of the control example by means of which the condi-tions of the correct application of a method of second-ary sources of a field. The numerical decision in the form of Fourier series of the same task, but with use of the method of secondary sources is found. The method of the registration of heterogeneity of the environment which enters secondary sources the way that bring together analytical and numerical solutions is offered

THE ROLE OF LAND, WATER AND MINERAL RESOURCES IN THE CONFLICTS IN AFRICA AND THE WAY FORWARD
DescriptionThe scarcity of natural resources has become a serious problem in terms of security in the world. This article examines the role of the limited resources in conflicts in Africa. The main source of conflict is the issue of control of resources and the right to a healthy environment. Here we consider the case of the regional conflicts in the African context. A large number of major rivers in Africa also have been the cause of conflicts between the riparian countries. However, most of these problems have been successfully solved, and in many cases, this process led to the formation of regional blocs for economic and diplomatic cooperation in the region. In addition to inter-State disputes, there are also internal disputes among regions or states within the same country for the control of resources. However, in some cases these regions have developed wellcoordinated approaches to resolving the disputes: either by judicial apportionment, congressional action or based on negotiated compacts. In general, we believe that a careful application of equitable resource-sharing formula to volatile areas is a basic condition for peace and stability in Africa

ROLE OF ALIMENTARY FIBERS IN TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF THE OBESITY
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionExcess body weight is a serious problem, involving a set of diseases presently. For this reason, taking into account demands of science there was a development of production of food with the lowered energy value for the people having first of all obesity that led to production of substitutes. Even more often producers resort to use of nutritional supplements, which generally receive in synthetic way. In this article, we analyzed multiple references and summarized the material regarding beet fibers. As a result of numerous researches it has been proved that food fibers make favorable impact both on the separate systems of a human body, and on all organism. The use of the minor products of processing of the plant raw material is also critical; they allow improving the preventive properties of products and enriching them with dietary fibers, protein, and mineral elements and also development of food development of curative and preventive action. Citri-Fi food fibers which are received from dried-up orange pulp are well-known, they can keep a large amount of water throughout technological process. They exert positive impact on structure of fat that gives the chance to create a product with the lowered content of fat

ROLE OF PUMPKIN FLOUR IN FORMATION OF QUALITY OF WAFERS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionTo study the effect of pumpkin flour on the physical and chemical parameters of semi-finished and finished products, 10, 15, 20 % of the weight of wheat flour in the dough was incorporated to the dough mass. As a result of the research and the analysis of wafers with different PF dosages, the dosage of 15 % pumpkin seed flour from the wheat flour mass in the dough was accepted as the optimum one. After selecting the optimum dosage, the experiment on identifying the dependence of dough viscosity on the shear rate was carried out. The samples were taken without adding PF into dough and with adding PF for 15% from the weight of the flour in the dough. The results showed that the viscosity of the control dough sample was higher than that with 15% of flour from pumpkin seeds. This is due to the general decrease of the amount of swellable proteins in the dough due to the incorporation of PF. Thus, we can conclude that the introduction of the investigated additive into the wafer dough does not obstruct dosing the semifinished product into the wafer moulds. The analysis of the obtained data as a result of the research work has shown that incorporating pumpkin seeds flour into the recipe of wafers is expedient both in terms of enriching the product with proteins, fats and biologically active substances and in terms of improving the process in the production

DescriptionWhen studying any subject the efficiency of a material understanding depends upon the correctly organized independent work of students. Students must do consolidation of the material studied in class independently, taking into consideration the specialty of a foreign language, its technical direction and a communicative aspect. When students’ independent work is organized correctly, they have the opportunity to develop all types of speech activity – reading, speaking, writing and listening, developing in this way the level of the students’ communicative competence. And this is the key aim of a foreign language teaching

The article deals with trends of development of the banking sector in agro-industrial sector of economy. It is confirmed that the Internet is a source of information not only about the client, but also information about bank, about problem points of its growth. It is important that the bank was able to hear the client, to change and to be responsible for the mistakes. Important elements of feedback are considered. The analysis of distribution of appeals on channels of receipt is carried out. Important principles of work with client on the Internet are determined: openness and simplicity in work with client; speed of reaction to publications; lack of tough speech scripts; universality of specialists; individual approach; innovation; management of flows of feedbacks; promotion. The discount is provided for a feedback of any tonality, it is gratitude to the customer for the time which he doesn't regret for writing of feedback about the company. The department of client service will be able to react to complaints of any tonality and to work with client appeals of arriving from any sources such as phone calls in call center, written complaints, and responses from the website of the company because client feedback through Internet resources as a source of customer information and work of bank is important
