Description
The article considers discrete automatic machines with memory, designed for searching the values of parameters of the system optimizing a merit figure of the system, described by some criterion function. The problem of multiple parameter optimization is shown as a problem of discrete optimization by means of representation of values of parameters of the optimized system in the form of a set of discrete values with a specified step of digitization

MATHEMATICAL MODELING IN TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY EVALUATION OF FOOD PRODUCTS
DescriptionThe analysis of scientific research in the field of food technologies has shown that mathematical modeling is applied in the following directions: adjustment of the modes of technological processes, development of compounding and quality evaluation of ready-made products, and also prediction of shelf life of new products during launching. Models of variance and regression analysis with application of methods of mathematical planning of experiment are most relevant in describing the processes of food production. The article contains the results of our own research about creating composition of fish preserves made of combined minced of fishes, bad-ripening and ripening in salting. The mathematical models of the dependence of organoleptic, structural-mechanical characteristics and characteristics of ripening of preserves on technological factors are presented. The dimensionless generalized index of quality was modeled and the composition of minced was optimized on the basis of its dynamics. It was established, that preserves which contain 42% herring Atlantic and 4,8% salt, have the best organoleptic, structural-mechanical and ripening characteristics. The regression model was developed, which determines the shelf life of wide range of fish preserves, depending on factors affecting it: storage temperature, acidity of the fill, proteolytic activity of the enzyme system of muscle tissue and also the speed of fish ripening, caused by addition of various functional and technological additives. Testing of the model shown, that calculated data of the shelf life of fish preserves correlate with the data obtained experimentally

Description
This article is devoted to solving the critical task of improving the reliability of the power systems for agricultural processing plants. The article’s material is exploratory in nature, reflected in the fact that the proposed mathematical models for the analysis of groups of high-voltage induction motors will allow to investigate various modes of symmetric groups of asynchronous motors more effectively. We present the analysis of the existing mathematical models of induction motors considering the design features of such machines that directly affect the dependence of resistance and inductance on the rotor current frequency. The assumptions taken into consideration to obtain a more accurate mathematical model of the induction motor are also formulated. The article provides a comparison of different reference frames used in the mathematical modeling of asynchronous motors. It is proved that the use of the generalized coordinate vector for mathematical modeling of asynchronous motors is the most optimal approach. The equivalent circuit of asynchronous deep-bar motor in generalized vector coordinates derived in the work is used for analysis of transient behavior as well as the steady state operation. The results of the study are suitable for transient analysis of electrical power supply systems of agricultural enterprises with large number of high-power electric motors, for example, CHP of sugar processing plants and grain elevators

MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF SPECIAL ELECTRIC DRIVES FOR THE EQUIPMENT OF OIL AND GAS BRANCH
DescriptionCreation of new types of special electric actuators for the oil and gas industry implies development of new approaches to simulation, design of the considered types of electric actuators. In addition, it requires development of new algorithms for creation of a complex of application programs of computer-aided design of special electric actuators. As process of simulation is quite labor consuming, it is offered to realize it gradually. In this article, the question of mathematical simulation of special electric actuators for the equipment of oil and gas branch using methods of electromagnetic conversion of energy is considered. Results of mathematical simulation were realized in the form of the program products, which are a part of system of computer-aided design

PLACE AND ROLE OF PUBLIC-TO-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP INSTRUMENTS IN THE INDUSTRIAL POLICY OF THE REGION
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the generation and use of public-private partnership instruments in the formation of regional industrial policy. Great attention is paid to the mechanisms of integration of efforts of the state and corporate sector in the course of the development of industrial business in the region. We have also considered and classified the measures of public-private partnership, defined the goals of the state in the process of industrial development of the region

Description
The article analyzes intellectual methods of image comparison. We give a brief description of existing methods: metric, topological and stochastic designed to solve this problem, indicating their advantages and disadvantages. This method is based on comparing of images by means of separation of the given domain into segments and calculation of pixels having certain optical density. The illustration example is presented. A computer program was created to use this method. The value of the segment is given by the operator with following limits: more than 3 single pixels and less than half of chosen square of image. The program makes up a segmental matrix of the image, which is compared in some interval of time to the current matrix. This method is used for interval monitoring of objects from the same point of observation

Description
The article presents the main directions of the application of the scree plot method in solving metrological problems in the social and humanitarian fields of knowledge (economics, pedagogy, sociology, including sciencemetry). It is known that statistical measurements in socio-economic systems are inextricably linked with the processing of primary homogeneous monitoring information. It is also known that empirical averaging (computation of the empirical mean), as the dominant method of mathematical statistics, is becoming a thing of the past, due to moral aging, inconsistency with modern requirements (primarily to measurement results in socio-economic systems); In science meteorology, this method was replaced by the scree plot method (the Hirsch index and other scientometric indicators are estimated on the basis of this method). Despite its enormous potential, the scree plot method, as an alternative to traditional methods of mathematical statistics, is very poorly used in the social and humanitarian fields of knowledge. The authors of this article have shown that this method can be successfully applied in solving various metrological tasks, not only in science (sciencemetry is a branch of science), but also in economics, pedagogy and sociology. In addition, the authors show modifications of the scree plot method, using the example of measuring (measuring) indicators in the economy, sociology and pedagogy; The relationship between the scree plot method and the theory of latent variables (qualimetry) and database technology is grounded. The authors also substantiate that the scree plot method - the basis for the formation of monitoring indicators that adequately reflect the performance of socio-economic systems. The practical significance of the results of this study is that they can be used in socio-economic and psychological-pedagogical monitoring systems (according to modern views, monitoring is an information management mechanism). Methodological basis of the research: system, sociological, competence, probabilitystatistical and qualimetric approaches (leading methodological basis is the probabilistic-statistical approach). Research methods: modeling; Methods of graph theory, sets and relations; Systemic-cognitive analysis; Methods of qualimetry (the theory of latent variables); Methods of mathematical statistics
