TO THE QUESTION OF RELIABILITY IMPROVEMENT FOR COLLECTING AND STORING HISTORICAL DATA
DescriptionThe article deals with improving the reliability of data collection and storage of historical data. Investigated the reliability of collecting historical information, the technique, allowing on the basis of general logical and probabilistic methods to identify the most important elements to increase the reliability of which will sig-nificantly increase the reliability of the whole system

CONSTRUCTING A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PRICING FOR REAL ESTATE IN KRASNODAR
DescriptionThis study proposes a method of determining the cost of 1 sq. m. apartment on the example of Krasnodar, which is especially important in connection with the necessity of reliable and valid assessment of the property value in a modern market economy. We have performed an analysis of data on apartments in Krasnodar from the site of the Regional Energy Commission - prices and tariffs department of the Krasnodar region. We have also had an exploratory analysis of available data on the subject of emissions and insignificant data (by constructing line graphs and scatter plots); we have also checked for possible dependencies between observations and between variables (built correlation matrix). We have selected variables is linear, the regression model for the variable "cost of 1 sq. m the total area, ths. rub. "(multiple regression). Using regression analysis as a method of mathematical statistics we have revealed a form of analytical dependence of the result of the predictor variables and the degree of this dependence

THE ISSUE OF A FUZZY EXPERT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
DescriptionThe article considers questions of the information system of choice of development tools of automated systems based on fuzzy logic model. The technique allows us to develop information systems in an objectoriented programming language. Information system allows selecting the most effective tool without additional researches

DEVELOPMENT OF AN EXPERT SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSIS MALFUNCTIONS OF ENGINES OF DIESEL POWER STATIONS
DescriptionThe article considers development of expert system based on semantic networks for diagnosis malfunctions of the diesel power stations engines. The method allows developing expert systems via objectoriented programming language. The expert system allows to identify the problem without involving additional staff: at the start and overheats of the engine, when there is low power, with decreasing pressure etc

Description
In the article we have allocated a number of poorly formalized functional tasks that significantly affect the efficiency of the operation of distributed information-analytical systems. The scheme has been developed for the iterative process, which in addition to the automation of the delivery process and the exchange of information between information systems based on grid integration, also includes funds for applied modeling situations on the basis of available information, developing alternatives, multi-criteria decision problems using techniques scenarios and peer review. Obtained during the evaluation of the effectiveness results allow us to control and manage the operation of distributed information-analytical systems with specific problems, as well as to conduct simulations and analytical processing of the results

HOW PHILOSOPHY BECAME «A LITERATURE GENRE»
DescriptionIn the article we have observed the main theoretical and methodological issues of European philosophy streams in the second half of XX century, which refused the image of philosophy as exact science, based on logic conceptual tool. We have shown the connection of poststructuralist formations and structuralist scheme in creating «discourse typology», a new discipline which implies philosophy to be considered as one of literature genres. Structuralists’ search starts from the description of invariable, static structures that help to create separate pieces of fiction. The latter are observed as isolated situations in which these atomic structures are used. Such attitude, as revealed in the article, results in two deductions. The first considers literature having no specific features compared to other types of discourse, i.e. it does not exist as such. (Ts.Todorov) The second deduction implies that being aware of the logical creation of any meaning reader’s hermeneutics is seen as unnecessary. These deductions resulted in a new scientific discipline «discourse typology», developed by structuralists. This stream was continued by poststructuralists, i.e. strategy to «poetize philosophy» is justified by the expansion of the object for science cognition in the direction of not verifiable and not rationalized, requiring separate methods of study as well as description language. Consequently, philosophical discourse becomes that very descriptive language that helps to overcome «logocentrism» of traditional thinking. Further in the article we consider the main «logomachy» strategies developed by J.Derrida, i.e. «deconstruction», «structure decentration», «critics of transcendental significatum», «critics of structural properties of the construction»

CAPITALIZATION OF REPRODUCING POTENTIAL AS A FACTOR, PROVIDING INDUS-TRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF REGION
DescriptionIncrease of the company’s capitalization level affects the growth of its strategic investment attractiveness. Capitalization of reproducing potential is the factor, which provides conditions of stable development of regional economic system. Estimation results of repro-ducing potential are necessary for justification of in-vestment projects on acquisition of definite assets or their selling, for the choice of strategy of enterprise development in the competitive environment

Description
The article presents the criteria for evaluating the integration of researchers in the scientific community, based on an analysis of its citations. It is known, that one of the major components of interscientific communication (communication in the scientific community) is a citation of scientific publications (monographs, articles, etc.). According to the sociological approach, a scientist is a part of society, ie, scientific community; under scientific community we understand scientific mega environment (opposed to research groups of institutions and their structural units). Integration of a researcher to the community has many aspects: on the one hand, it is - the importance of his work to the scientific community, on the other hand, it is - the use of a scientist social mega environment for building for their personal and professional development to improve their research and improve the quality of its results (in the context of the article we will consider the second aspect). Methodological bases of the research: systematic, competence, sociological, and mega-system qualimetric approaches. Methods: modeling, methods of quality control, methods of set theory, relations and graphs. Evaluation (diagnostics) involvement of scientists in the scientific community - is more complicated metrology task than the evaluation of the significance of the results of its research activities. For the authors it is clear that a mature scientist (with a high level of research competence) should intensively use the potential of the social and the cultural science international environment (community) for their personal and professional development, to improve the efficiency of this research activities and the quality of this results. The proposed indicators can be considered as group indicator variables reflecting the level of the behavioral component of the research competence (scientist). Using social media for researcher’s potential – it is necessary, but not sufficient condition for productive research, producing goodquality scientific results. In this situation, negative prognosis is more significant: poor use of social media for researcher’s potential – is a "guarantee" for low productivity of this research activities and the low quality of this results. Only the combination of the highest levels of readiness for research (research competence) with high levels of other competences (as a whole - the social and professional competence, implying the presence of the professional skills of selforganization) can be the factors of successful research
