THE INFLUENCE OF THE FRACTIONAL COMPOSITION OF CORIANDER ON ITS TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Description
The article investigates a fractional composition and quality indices of industrial raw materials of coriander in the North Caucasus economic zone of cultivation. It was found, that losses of essential oil in raw materials associated with the splitting of the fruit reach 23.4 %. Essential oil from split fruits is enriched with valuable components - linalool, geraniol, geranyl acetate. Changes of the component composition of essential oil from split fruits cause the following changes of organoleptic and physicochemical quality indicators in comparison with the oil from whole fruits: color from almost colorless intensifies to a pale yellow; in a spicy oil smell, similar to the smell of linalool, there appears a more intense shade of geraniol and geranyl acetate; acid degree value in oil from fruitlets and fruitlets without the shell increases, respectively, by 38.5 % and 65.4 %; ether index increases by 19.2 % and 97.5 %, respectively. It is recommended to use oil from split fruits to correct the composition of coriander essential oil in order to increase the content of linalool with a simultaneous decrease in the content of undesirable components – hydrocarbons and camphor, or, preferably, to separate valuable components – linalool, geraniol. It was proved expedient to separate split fruit factions during the post-harvest treatment, with their primary processing and intended use of the obtained essential oil

ZIRCONIUM EFFECT ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF TINI BASED ALLOY
Description
We have performed a mechanical activation of TiNi powder; as a result, PN47T26TS27 powder after mechanical activation is flat discs ranging in size from 10 to 30 microns. We have developed a composition technology "steel - material with shape memory effect" by high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying of mechanically activated powder based on TiNi. We have determined the optimal processing parameters to ensure a nanostructured surface layer. We have estimated the process parameters of highvelocity oxygen-fuel spraying. The basic parameters are: propane flow rate 60-85 l / min, that of oxygen 120-160 l / min, flow rate of powder and carrier gas (argon), distance and angle of deposition, and movement speed of the torch, the rotation speed of the coated workpieces. We have carried out macroand microanalysis of surface layers of Ti-Ni based alloy, obtained on proven technology. We have studied the effect of TiNi doping with a third component Zr. The simulation allows us to predict the possibility of using surface modification of products with SME material TiNiZr under certain conditions of temperature and to determine the desired composition of the coating, which provides a positive effect. We have made tests on steel 45 with a surface-modified layer TiNiZr under dry friction conditions, during which there is a significant increase in temperature, we have confirmed the effect of improving the wear resistance

RESTORATION OF A MODEL OF A DYNAMIC NONLINEAR SYSTEM FROM THE TIME SERIES GENERATED BY IT
Description
The main task in the analysis of time series is the reconstruction of the dynamical system that generated this series. To illustrate the nature of the behavior of a dynamic system described by a nonstationary time series, a «phase portrait» method is proposed. An acceptable description of the phase space of a dynamical system can be obtained if we take instead of real variables of the system delay vectors composed of the values of the series at consecutive moments of time. Restoration in a given class of a system of differential or difference equations is performed based on the scalar time series of the observed process. In order to eliminate the measurement error and accurately represent the position of the object in the current, future, or any of the past moments, it is proposed to apply the Kalman filter using the known mathematical model of object dynamics

THE YIELD AND COMPOSITION OF ESSENTIAL OIL FROM SPLIT CORIANDER FRUITS
Description
The article studies dynamics of losses and the change of composition of essential oil from split coriander fruits. It is found, that in the fractions of split fruits, extracted from long-stored commercial lots of raw materials, mass fraction of essential oil is two or three times lower than in whole fruits. In the composition of essential oil from split fruits the content of valuable components - linalool, geraniol, geranyl acetate is slightly higher, and the content of undesirable hydrocarbons and camphor is lower. It is shown that from freshly split fruits, which were stored in a thin layer in the open air, the oil was intensively lost in the first three days, the losses reached 86 %. At the same time, the composition of the oil changed: the content of most volatile components - hydrocarbons decreased several times and the content of high-boiling linalool, geraniol, geranyl acetate significantly increased, which increased the quality of the oil smell. The change of composition is determined not only by the ratio of components volatility. The content of relatively high boiling camphor almost half decreased. This could be associated with less ability of fruit tissue to sorb and the ability of camphor to be easily sublimated. The content of volatile n-cymene over time increased with a simultaneous decrease in the content of γ– terpinene, which confirmed predominantly chemical way of n-cymene accumulation in coriander essential oil in conditions conducive to oxidation. It is recommended to separate the split fruits as soon as the raw materials come to the plant and to process immediately. Essential oil from split fruits can be used to adjust the composition of individual lots of oil in order to improve their quality, and to provide extraction of valuable components – linalool and geraniol by vacuum rectification method

THE GENESIS OF THE "LEARNED IGNORANCE" DOCTRINE AND IT'S COGNITIVE VALUE
Description
A clarification and interpretation of the philosophical meaning of the "learned ignorance" doctrine, viewed from an aspect of a history of philosophy, involves a necessity to educe a genetic and essential relationship between the "learned ignorance" principle and the apophatic tradition of thought. The article describes the genesis of the "docta ignorantia" principle: it appeared in a context of theology as a method for attaining of the knowledge of God. It is this concept that often forces researchers to restrict the epistemic potential of the "learned ignorance" principle, leaving it in limits of negative theology and mystics. However after investigating the difference between the philosophical and the religious understanding of theology the authors of the article interpret the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" to be a fundamental philosophic principle of thought and cognition. Nowadays it is widely accepted, that the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" in it's classical form originates from the apophatic tradition. The article points out, that the representative examples of apophaticism, which could be found in the christian theology, on the one hand, were based on a solid philosophic tradition (predominantly platonic and neoplatonic), and on the other hand, did not complete a spread in a world philosophic thought of a definite (apophatic) tradition, which had an intimate connection with the paradigm of the "learned ignorance", postulating as it's main intention a seemingly paradoxical comprehension of the Absolute, supposed to be absolutely incomprehensible. The results of the scientific research in a field, thus defined, are presented briefly in this article

Description
The article reveals the thought of hermeneuticity of philosophy by its nature and methods of exposition. Philosophy is not technical, but personal. The study of personal philosophy is impossible without studying the life journey of the philosopher, considering the constitution of his soul and mind. Philosophy always contains a hidden sense that needs to be deployed. It proves the necessity of transition in teaching philosophy to the position of hermeneutics. Insight of philosophy should be sought in education. Only in a condition of insight does man find the direction of his life, reach the fullness of his being. The skill of philosophizing is available only to those who can talk with questions. Sense is born in a "live" dialogue. Asking about the known for the purpose of discovering the unknown sides of the object is the difference between philosophical thinking. Philosophical problematic is diverse and contradictory, and therefore, the existential purpose of philosophy, in the opinion of the authors, is self-interrogation. And philosophical questions do not always require an answer. Philosophical questions do not disappear anywhere; questions are more important than answers. Questions serve as symbols of constant movement and changeability. Uniformity and sameness is not inherent in philosophy. Philosophy is personal, original and impulsive, does not allow invariant judgments. Philosophy should be studied only using a philosophical method

HEROISM IN REPRESENTATION OF STUDENT’S YOUTH
22.00.00 Sociological sciences
Description
This article analyzes the representations of modern youth of heroism as the basis of patriotic and civic education. Special attention is paid to consideration of the transformation of the concept of "heroism", reduce the social significance of the feat in the consciousness of modern Russian society. Value of creating an image of the hero as a way of formation a sense of patriotism and learning patterns of social activity necessary for the creation of a civil society is analyzed. On the basis of sociological research among students of higher education institutions of Krasnodar, the understanding of the essence of "heroism" and attitude to the heroic deeds is revealed. The connection of this social phenomenon with a set of personal lines and moral qualities of the person is established. The most favorable for commission of feats spheres and the personalities applying for a role of heroes for today's younger generation are defined. The authors draw a conclusion about the existence of student’s interest in the phenomenon of heroism and the passive need for the formation of a distinct image of the hero on a basis, both the celebrated historic figures, and contemporaries. In addition, discrepancy in a number of answers of students is noted, indicating the absence of a modern young people a clear idea of heroism and heroic acts, their importance in personal development. This, in turn, complicates and slows down the process of forming a high sense of patriotism and high civil activity
