05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
DescriptionIn modern combine building over the past few years, there has been a trend towards increasing the productivity of machines and, as a consequence, their physical weight. However, as the weight of the combine harvester increases, the necessary condition for its movement in the field in the course of work is to meet the requirements for its support area. As a result, manufacturers have to increase the size and number of wheels of the machine. One solution to this problem is to replace the wheelset of agricultural machines with replaceable rubber track modules. In this case, the very principle of calculation of the main technical characteristics of the engine changes, and if we are talking about the drive axles of agricultural machinery, the calculation methods can be roughly approximated to the calculation of tracked machines with metal tracks. However, in the case of driven axles, there is an intersection in the calculation methods between the classic calculation of the wheel chassis and the calculation of the tracked chassis. The problem is that the tracked chassis are not usually guided like the wheels, so the calculation methods need to be refined by introducing new evaluation criteria because of new power factors in the track module. The article proposes an alternative calculation model to calculate the maximum resistance torque of a track module on a rubber track

This article cites the data about the amount and productive capacity of oil producing enterprises in the Russian Federation on the whole, as well as in Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygeya. It is shown, that innovations in the field of waste disposal and waste recycling left after oil production are the most effective, as they contribute to the cost reduction on disposal of waste on landfill and thus, improve environment considerably. They also provide additional revenue from the sale of new products, received after waste recycling. The authors examined literature data on compositional and chemical analysis of waste left after cleaning main oil-bearing crops, processed by oil-producing industry of the Russian Federation (such as sunflower, rape, soy-beans) . The analysis of available technologies of their disposal, such as waste incineration, pyrolysis, worm composting, landfilling, biothermal composting, granulationa of waste and the processing of undersow is submitted to your attention. The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of all available technologies was carried out, and it was noticed that neither of available technologies had become common use. The most prospective direction for the development of efficient technology of waste recycling has been chosen, which includes the use of waste pressing after their rational preparation and isolation of uniform and valuable components. It is shown, that the primary task for the development of such technology is the study of waste composition of raw materials and industrial cleaning of sunflower seeds, soy-beans, and modern sorts of rape and its hybrids

Waterflooding helps in the recovery of great amount of oil that would have otherwise been abandoned in the reservoir that is depleted. A reservoir in the Niger Delta, Reservoir X has been used to illustrate this. Reservoir X had oil initially in place as 7.345 MMSTB and was produced for some time with the reservoir natural energy. The remaining oil in the reservoir as at the time that the natural energy of the reservoir was no more sufficient to produce oil was 2.96MMSTB. The reservoir has been left as depleted reservoir with the remaining oil in it. But from the analysis conducted in this work it is seen that if secondary oil recovery project by waterflooding is embarked on the reservoir, part of the remaining abandoned oil would be recovered. With the specifications given, about 1.22MMSTB of the 2.96MMSTB of oil in reservoir X would be produced as at the breakthrough time of 580 days. Moreover, considering the economic aspect of the project, reservoir X and is good to be invested in. From the NPV calculations performed, it is seen that the NPV of reservoir X at discount rate of 10% is $4.13 million

Now in different branches of the industry there is a need for the new equipment and mechanisms with the seized characteristics. Special requirements are shown to energetic and mass-dimensional indices of systems of electric drives as one of the main components of such devices. Mass-dimensional and energetic indices due to constructional features and the used management system will allow improving use of special or controlled asynchronous cascade systems of an electric actuator of cylindrical construction. One of the main difficulties is simulation and design of special systems of the electric drive. In this article, a new approach to determination of magnetic model parameters of the stator of a component of the controlled asynchronous cascade electrical drive of cylindrical construction is offered

The work is done in scientific and practical directions for minimization of power losses in transmission of electricity to local distribution networks between the actors of the energy (producers and consumers) of energy-saving technologies focused on technological activities such as modernization and reconstruction of networks. Quite often in various circuits of power systems, it is advisable to transfer energy and its power through intermediate (transit) nodes. Structural changes in the electricity sector, at present, are mainly associated with the introduction of market relations between the subjects of energy exchange; therefore, in this work special attention is paid to the problem of calculating the power losses, as it is nonlinearly dependent on the power at the nodes and branches of a network. It should be noted that the nodes in problems transit capacity could be both sources and consumers. The latter necessitated the need for search of possible ways to reduce transportation losses of energy due to both the improvement and optimization of distribution networks and through the use of intermediate transit nodes. It follows that the transportation problem in this formulation is more General and expands the possibilities of optimization of power losses for the local subsystems of the energy clusters. The work is composed of the transport matrix for solving problems transit capacity, where the algorithm taking into account the distinctive features of which consist in the use of continuous numbering of sources and consumers in the matrix, and any node can be a transit country. The transit capacity ii-th node Zii=0, and the dimension of the matrix in contrast to the previously considered tasks has (n+m) (n+m) and it remains square as all the transport problems of linear programming. Transit variables Xii are included in the solution of the problem with a minus sign, and all transit variables are considered basic. From the above example in the work of a number of branches of a network is minimal, which significantly reduces the cost of building and maintaining the network, and the solver minimizes the power loss between the subjects of energy exchange and, as a result to savings from the standpoint of cost of construction of the network and the management of overflows of energy in it

The modern level of development of the industry requires creation of more difficult and high-precision systems of an electric actuator allowing executing precisely and correctly the given technological processes. As these devices, we may consider hybrid or cascade systems of an electric actuator. However, for creation of such devices we require new design approaches, or specification and improving of the existing theories and methods of design of classical systems. The main difficulty in calculation consists in determination of parameters of electromagnetic system. In this article, new approach is given in finding of electromagnetic parameters of components of an asynchronous controlled cascade electric actuator taking into account real geometry. This approach was formed during creation of the program complex, which is a part of a system of automatic design

THE INFLUENCE OF METHODS USED TO PREPARE FLAX SEEDS FOR PRESSING ON THE OUTPUT AND QUALITY OF OIL
DescriptionAnalytical survey has revealed that technologies of flaxseed oil processing used nowadays are able to produce technical flaxseed oil if the output is high and food flaxseed oil if the output is low. The objective of this work is to reason the most effective method to increase the output of food flaxseed oil while keeping its quality high. In this article a comparison has been made between single cold pressing of flaxseeds without preliminary preparation with microwave processing, as well as traditional (conductive) heating with traditional heating under vacuum. The object of the research is samples of flaxseeds (high quality variety VNIIMK-620 which contains 56.28% of linolenic acid in its fatty acid composition. It has been established, that the use of preliminary microwave processing enables to increase the output of oil compared to a single cold pressing without any processing, whereby the mass content of oil in oil cake can be reduced by 2.2%. At the same time the indicators of acid number and peroxide value are increased by 0,05 mg KOH/g and 0.37 mmol of active oxygen/kg correspondingly. Preliminary traditional heating of seeds before cold pressing enables to increase the output of oil, though not considerably, compared with preliminary microwave processing. At the same time the changes in acid number and peroxide value are similar to cold pressing with microwave processing. The use of vacuum when heating seeds in a traditional way does not influence the output of flaxseed oil but enables to decrease acid number and peroxide value to the level which is characteristic for the oil in original seeds. Thus, it is reasonable to use preliminary microwave processing under vacuum before cold pressing with the view to produce food flaxseed oil of high quality in terms of oxidative deterioration and the increase of its output

DescriptionImproving the quality of Russian cognac is of great national importance. It should be noted that about 80% of Russian foreign brandies made from aged cognac distillates. To obtain high-quality products necessary technical-chemical control of production starting from the vine and the conditions of its growth. For a comprehensive evaluation of the totality of important factors: climate, relief, soil and variety. It is important to add that this grading must be accompanied by the release of environmental macro zones with viticulture specialization. In this regard, there has been conducted a soil-cartographic survey of lands of ACE "Fanagoria" in the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar region. Evaluation took place in view of all 4 factors, notably the soil factor; and the content of lime in the soil and the degree of salinity of soils. Soil analyzes were carried out in FGBNU Anapa ZOSViV SKZNIISiV using the latest equipment generally accepted methods for determining indicators of soil characteristics. The purpose of the research - to give a detailed description of the survey area, as well as highlight the boundaries of environmental macro zones for the cultivation of grapes brandy. During the research, it was found that for the selection and evaluation of raw material zones for brandy production we must take into account soil and climatic optimum performance to get quality brandy raw materials
