Description
The article presents the criteria for evaluating the integration of researchers in the scientific community, based on an analysis of its citations. It is known, that one of the major components of interscientific communication (communication in the scientific community) is a citation of scientific publications (monographs, articles, etc.). According to the sociological approach, a scientist is a part of society, ie, scientific community; under scientific community we understand scientific mega environment (opposed to research groups of institutions and their structural units). Integration of a researcher to the community has many aspects: on the one hand, it is - the importance of his work to the scientific community, on the other hand, it is - the use of a scientist social mega environment for building for their personal and professional development to improve their research and improve the quality of its results (in the context of the article we will consider the second aspect). Methodological bases of the research: systematic, competence, sociological, and mega-system qualimetric approaches. Methods: modeling, methods of quality control, methods of set theory, relations and graphs. Evaluation (diagnostics) involvement of scientists in the scientific community - is more complicated metrology task than the evaluation of the significance of the results of its research activities. For the authors it is clear that a mature scientist (with a high level of research competence) should intensively use the potential of the social and the cultural science international environment (community) for their personal and professional development, to improve the efficiency of this research activities and the quality of this results. The proposed indicators can be considered as group indicator variables reflecting the level of the behavioral component of the research competence (scientist). Using social media for researcher’s potential – it is necessary, but not sufficient condition for productive research, producing goodquality scientific results. In this situation, negative prognosis is more significant: poor use of social media for researcher’s potential – is a "guarantee" for low productivity of this research activities and the low quality of this results. Only the combination of the highest levels of readiness for research (research competence) with high levels of other competences (as a whole - the social and professional competence, implying the presence of the professional skills of selforganization) can be the factors of successful research

The article presents the algorithm of the program for calculation of distribution of a stream of the winding of the stator of a component of the operated asynchronous cascade electric drive. For the description of the algorithm we have chosen a two-layer winding on twenty four grooves. This algorithm is calculated on receiving a picture of distribution of the stream of the winding and, respectively, receiving a graphic representation. The algorithm is constructed on a number of the principles and types of calculation. On the principle of the task of the design of the winding, for a possibility of using this principle for further calculation. A computing experiment with software implementation of computer vision system (CVS) algorithms has been performed for identification and detailed condition assessment of objects of natural origin and their mass number, with high variability within classes and an affinity of the classes. An accuracy of the operating mode was assessed. The article also shows possibilities of decreasing of video frame processing in CVS operating mode through an optimization of sequential computation and organization of parallel computation

MYTHS AND REALITIES OF THE 1917 REVOLUTION
Description2017 was declared the year of the "100th anniversary of the Great Russian Revolution", or else it is called the "Great Russian Revolution". Such a message was given to the Address of the President of our country, V.V. Putin to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The authors in the article rightly and reasonably point out that if the February bourgeois revolution, despite a number of objective reasons, was still the apex, palace take-over, October of 1917 was precisely a revolution, and not some kind of Bolshevik conspiracy. Why a revolution, not a take-over? The authors prove and convince the reader that this was essentially an inter-information socialist revolution, which radically changed the social system and the form of ownership. The article proves that the palace coup, which took place in February and brought "politicians into dress coats" to power, led to the victory of October 1917 due to their inaction and incompetence in the country's political leadership. None of the exciting question: about the war, peace, land, factories and factories, the form of state structure, the Provisional Government was not allowed. Therefore, due to objective and subjective reasons, the victory of the Great October Socialist Revolution broke out

ZIRCONIUM EFFECT ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF TINI BASED ALLOY
DescriptionWe have performed a mechanical activation of TiNi powder; as a result, PN47T26TS27 powder after mechanical activation is flat discs ranging in size from 10 to 30 microns. We have developed a composition technology "steel - material with shape memory effect" by high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying of mechanically activated powder based on TiNi. We have determined the optimal processing parameters to ensure a nanostructured surface layer. We have estimated the process parameters of highvelocity oxygen-fuel spraying. The basic parameters are: propane flow rate 60-85 l / min, that of oxygen 120-160 l / min, flow rate of powder and carrier gas (argon), distance and angle of deposition, and movement speed of the torch, the rotation speed of the coated workpieces. We have carried out macroand microanalysis of surface layers of Ti-Ni based alloy, obtained on proven technology. We have studied the effect of TiNi doping with a third component Zr. The simulation allows us to predict the possibility of using surface modification of products with SME material TiNiZr under certain conditions of temperature and to determine the desired composition of the coating, which provides a positive effect. We have made tests on steel 45 with a surface-modified layer TiNiZr under dry friction conditions, during which there is a significant increase in temperature, we have confirmed the effect of improving the wear resistance

The article is devoted to the development of high-tech metal-working industry, as well as to the use of unmanned technology. We recommended measures to improve the accuracy and quality of manufacturing of complex and large workpieces weighing up to 100 tons. To date, the technical level of many economy sectors is largely determined by the level of the production means. Based on the engineering development there is an overall automation and mechanization of production and industry processes, construction, agriculture, transport and other industries. We analyzed forms of slide sections, of errors affecting the accuracy of the workpieces manufacturing. We made simulation of the cutting forces and sliders deformations. Solved measures increase manufacturing accuracy based on multi-purpose machine tool systems of VM series. We held the analysis of the dependence of cutting forces, a slider form on its strain in different types of processing. We obtained a graph of cutting force and precision manufacturing. We defined the optimal shape of the slider cross section to increase the rigidity and reduce the slide deformation in metal cutting

METHOD OF POLYMORPHIC VIRUSES DETECTION BASED ON ARTIFICIAL IMMUNE SYSTEM AND GENETIC ALGORITHMS
DescriptionThis article is dedicated to the study of the fundamental properties and components of the immune system such as B lymphocytes, the Tlymphocytes, immune system storage, primary and secondary immune response, immunological training detectors, which will be the basis of the obtained as a result of detection methods of polymorphic viruses using artificial immune systems. Polymorphism of computer viruses is the formation of a malicious program code directly during execution. Thus, it is impossible to create a unique signature corresponding to these polymorphic viruses. A similar classification problem is solved by the immune system of vertebrates, stared again met with the virus, it "remembers" him, and the next time provides effective secondary immune response. These properties of the immune system served as a prerequisite for the use of immune approaches and algorithms for solving the problems of detection of malicious code. The article identified and described their main features, proposed the idea of their implementation and software, system interactions in the immune system revealed such important features, the implementation of which will be effective in solving the problem of detection of malicious code and software. Also, for a more productive system of education is considered a class of genetic, evolutionary algorithms, described by their immediate implementation of site-specific decentralized artificial immune system, built a system of interaction of genetic and immunological algorithms.
