FORMATION OF SURFACE LAYERS OF NANOSTRUCTURED TINICO, STIMULATED WITH MECHANICAL ACTIVATION
DescriptionThis article presents a complex method of formation of the surface-modified layers of materials with shape memory effect, including high-speed flame spraying powders TiNiCo with a cobalt content of 2 and 5%, subsequent thermal and thermomechanical treatment, allowed forming nanostructured surface layers with a high level of functional and operational properties. It is shown that the TiNiCo complex processing layer allowed reducing the porosity of coatings and increasing the strength of adhesion of the coating to the substrate. Surface modification TiNiCo for optimal regimes allowed increasing fatigue life under high cycle loading by 30-40% and wearing 3-3.5 times. A REVIEW OF THE CURRENT ELEMENT BASE WITHIN THE CONCEPT OF SMART GRIDS
DescriptionEnergy complex of the country is a collection of electrical installations high and low voltage, producing, transforming, transporting, distributing and consuming electricity. A huge web of networks and more than 700 generating plants with a total capacity of about 230 GW [1]. Almost 90% of this potential is formed in a unified technical complex of the Unified energy system (UES) [2]. Now there is a deterioration of the performance of the sector. In comparison with 90-mi years of XX century, more than 1.5 times increased power losses in the power grids. Significantly increased the proportion of obsolete electrical and auxiliary equipment, and the load on the network every day only increase. All speaks of the necessity of both local and global modernization of the electric power complex of the country and the creation of a new concept of consumption management and energy distribution in the network. In the framework of the energy strategy of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 13 November 2009 # 1715-R, to improve handling and ensure reliable operation of electric power systems, wider introduction of flexible transmission system (FACTS devices) and improvement of systems of automatic emergency protection and dispatching control [1]. The development of electric power complex of the country should be in the way of intelligent networks. HEROISM IN REPRESENTATION OF STUDENT’S YOUTH

DescriptionThis article analyzes the representations of modern youth of heroism as the basis of patriotic and civic education. Special attention is paid to consideration of the transformation of the concept of "heroism", reduce the social significance of the feat in the consciousness of modern Russian society. Value of creating an image of the hero as a way of formation a sense of patriotism and learning patterns of social activity necessary for the creation of a civil society is analyzed. On the basis of sociological research among students of higher education institutions of Krasnodar, the understanding of the essence of "heroism" and attitude to the heroic deeds is revealed. The connection of this social phenomenon with a set of personal lines and moral qualities of the person is established. The most favorable for commission of feats spheres and the personalities applying for a role of heroes for today's younger generation are defined. The authors draw a conclusion about the existence of student’s interest in the phenomenon of heroism and the passive need for the formation of a distinct image of the hero on a basis, both the celebrated historic figures, and contemporaries. In addition, discrepancy in a number of answers of students is noted, indicating the absence of a modern young people a clear idea of heroism and heroic acts, their importance in personal development. This, in turn, complicates and slows down the process of forming a high sense of patriotism and high civil activity

We have performed an experimental study of the evaporation process at a temperature of 105 ° C for the egg white model solution in distilled water to evaluate the ratio of the heat transfer coefficient from air to water ratio mass transfer to the water surface into the air by evaporation from the free surface in a forced convection. Evaporation of the solution was carried out in a Memmert oven of class Basic (Germany) equipped with forced air circulation, the control panel with a display and a temperature control device. To determine the surface temperature at which the main evaporation of water from the process solution, the experiment conducted under the same conditions by measuring the average temperature of the layer of water sample, placed in a Petri dish in an oven with a sensor - DMM Mastech M838 series. It is found that the coefficient of heat transfer from air to water almost a thousand times greater than the coefficient mass transfer from the water surface into the air

NEURAL NETWORK ALGORITHMS OF PATTERN RECOGNITION IN THE STOCK EXCHANGE RATE
DescriptionRecent research shows that patterns of stock market indices may contain useful information for the prediction of the stock market price. Currently, there are two basic pattern recognition algorithm: Match the rule and pattern matching. However, both algorithms require the participation of experts in the subject area. To solve these problems, the proposed approach is the recognition of patterns stock exchange indexes based on artificial neural networks. The experiment shows that the neural network is able to effectively study the characteristics of patterns and recognize them with high accuracy

USE OF GRAPE POMACE IN PRODUCTION OF FLOUR CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS
DescriptionThe object of the study was the sweet pomace of red varieties of grapes grown in village Taman Temryuk district of the Krasnodar region. By grinding in a laboratory mill and drying in a drying oven at a temperature of not above 60 ºC, a powder is obtained from the mash. Its quantitative chemical analysis has been carried out. The mobile forms of metals and the total content of metals are determined. The content of mercury, lead, arsenic does not exceed the permissible levels of the maximum content of toxic elements in flour confectionery products. The influence of powder from grape pomace on the quality of the finished product and on the properties of the pastry test was studied, as the control sample was chosen the recipe for the sugar cookies "Carrot". A part of the flour was replaced with grape-dried powder in amounts of 1 %, 2 %, 5 % of the mass of wheat flour of the highest grade in the test. The recipe of sugar cookies with the addition of powder from grape pomace and without, calculated on 200 g of finished product, and organoleptic parameters of the finished biscuit is given. It is established that the use of grape-dried powder allows to increase the mass fraction of dry substances and to reduce the mass fraction of sugar in confectionery products, as well as to enrich them with mineral substances, microelements, which are necessary for normal functioning of the organism. Biscuits with the addition of powder from grape pomace are a good source of ballast substances reducing caloric content, which contributes to the removal of harmful substances from the body: cholesterol, heavy metal salts, etc

Electric drives use up to 60 percent of all developed electric power therefore with improvement of massdimensional indicators and power characteristics of the considered devices necessary technical characteristics are reached and losses of electric energy decrease. When creating electric drives of various designs, it is important and rather difficult to calculate an electromagnetic system. Classical approach to design of data of systems has a number of shortcomings that demands creation of new approaches or adjustment and addition of the known methods and approaches. The work is done in a scientific and practical ways to minimize power losses in the transmission of electricity in the interregional distribution networks from the sources to the consumer by the use of tasks, ensuring the gradual improvement in the support program, not only from the standpoint of the efficiency of reduction of transported power loss, but also due to a significant decrease the complexity of the calculations. The resulting shortage of electricity power associated with its transfer to the electricity networks, has demanded the need to find possible ways of reducing the value of electricity losses during transportation, both by improving and by optimizing distribution net-works schemes. Consolidation into a single set of electrical equipment, called the power cluster is connected to the sources of power and energy consumption, make better use of new principles of control technology and the transmission of electricity, on the basis of an automated monitoring system, ensuring the redistribution of energy flows and optimize them. The process of electric power transmission and reduction in electric power loss can be considered on the basis of linear programming problems, and their modification in the form of a transportation problem, and as a result, the transport matrix. On this basis, manipulating the data table, we can find acceptable solutions, well and then determine the best of them. As examples, this work has carried out the study on the basis of the three methods - "northwest corner", the method of minimum unit cost of electricity transport, as well as the method of the potential. The use of these three methods yielded acceptable solutions, to identify the most appropriate for the number of steps carried out at the decision, to reveal that the winner is the potential cost method
