This article analyses the state religious policy in regard to the Russian Orthodox Church in the first post Great Patriotic War years. The characteristic of the religious life during the above-mentioned period in the Krasnodar Territory is given. The main resource of this research was documents of the Authorized Board on Russian Orthodox Church Affairs of the USSR Ministerial Council in Krasnodar Territory. Some positive changes in state- church relations took place. New churches began to open. Revitalization of the religious life came into being. It was shown in peoples’ participating in religious holidays, making orthodox ceremonies. Christening was the most popular ceremony. The less popular was the religious wedding. In that period of time, women were active participants of the religious life of the region. Among believers there were soldiers demobilized from the army. However from 1948 first signs of estrangement in state – church relations began to appear

10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThe article deals with the investigation of different naming constructions of characters in the novel, which indicates emotiveness in communicative acts. In due course of the analysis the concept of “social fields” has been introduced in order to reveal the means of emotional expression. The naming of the individual with different anthroponym forms (a name, a surname, nickname, etc.), introducing the concept of social field (SF), made it necessary to use such concepts as “norm/not norm” in the analysis of function proper names. Because of breaching the norms of naming proper names take emotional coloration. Such emotionality may be positive or negative. It depends on many factors: a situation of communication, social field the communicators belong to, their view of life, etc. The emphasis of the norm and not norm of naming in every social field helps us to identify the character of emotions and disclose the relationships of characters to the anthroponym by means of naming. Any not norm of naming is the change of character’s relationships to the anthroponym

MODERN METHODS OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS IMPACT EVALUATION
DescriptionThe purpose of the research is the development of new methods of the estimation of the importance of scientific journals. It is known that for assessing the significance of scientific journals it is used a universally recognized impact factor, which reflects the average number of citations to the articles published in the magazine for a certain period of time. For a more objective assessment of the significance of the journal in the scientific community we use such indicator as the index of efficiency, which reflects how quickly the articles in the scientific community published in the journal become known and recognized. At the same time, the impact factor as one of the scientometric indices has inherent definite disadvantages, the main of which - the stimulation scientific edition to the artificial reduction of the number of published articles, instead of increasing demands to improve their scientific level. It is necessary to develop a method of assessing the significance of the journal for the scientific community, preserving the dignity of the impact factor and reduce its disadvantages. Application of extra scientometric indicators, in addition to the impact factor and the index of efficiency, will allow assessing the importance of the journal for the scientific community more objectively. Methodological bases of the research are: a systematic approach (considering science as a social institution in close connection with the society as a whole), metasystem approach (considering the scientific community as a metasystem, i.e. a system with a relatively independent components), qualimetric approach (considering the importance of the scientific journal as a latent variables that reflect a variety of criteria), sociological approach (considering the scientific publication as a social system, the intensity of interaction with other society)

MODERN METHODS OF EVALUATING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF THE RESEARCH ACTIVITY
22.00.00 Sociological sciences
DescriptionThe purpose of the research is development of the new methods of diagnostic the research activities productivity. It is known, that for the evaluation the productivity of a scientist we usually use a well-known index of Hirsch, the introduction of which in 2005 was a significant step forward compared with application of this index as the ratio of the number of references to works of scientist and publications themselves. At the same time even h-index as an indicator is not flawless, the main flaw is weak differential ability: a number of links to the most cited publications of the scientific worker does not matter after reaching a certain threshold. It is necessary to develop a method of estimating the productivity of scientific worker, which preserves dignities of h-index and removes its shortcomings. This will allow evaluating the productivity of research activities more objectively. Methodological bases of the research: a systematic approach (considering the science as a social institution in close connection with the society as a whole), a metasystem approach (considering the results of the scientific activities as a metasystem, i.e. the system with relatively independent components), probabilistic and statistical approach (considering the research activities as the random process), a synergistic approach (considering science like a self-organized system) qualimetric approach (considering the productivity of scientific activity as latent variables that reflect a variety of criteria)

Description
The purpose of research – the development of models and methods of multiparametrical diagnostic the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives of educational institutions. The problematics of research is improving the quality and productivity (the efficiency) of research activities in educational institutions. The problem of research is the question of how to objectively and comprehensively (in a complex) diagnose the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives? The urgency of solving specified problem is caused by the need to ensuring a close relationship between research, methodological and educational activities in educational institutions. We have also to consider the increasing role of clusters in the Russian economy, cooperation and integration levels (steps) a system of continuous education, etc. The authors identified the parameters reflecting significance of research activities of the scientific and the pedagogical collectives for the scientific and educational community (social megaenvironmental). When allocating indicators the authors took into account that science - the social and cultural phenomenon and the social institution, and the most important aspect of the significance of the research activity - in the innovative development of various spheres of human activity. The applied methods of research: mathematical modeling; methods of the theory of graphs, sets and relations; methods of "artificial intelligence" and the multi-parameter analysis of systems; methods of quality control (theory of latent variables). Methodological bases of research: systemic, cultural, competence, metasystem, sociological, qualimetric and synergetic approaches

MODERN MODELS AND METHODS OF DIAGNOSIS OF METHODOLOGY COMPETENT TEACHERS
DescriptionThe purpose of the research is development of models and methods of diagnostics of methodical competence of a teacher. According to modern views, methodical thinking is the key competence of teachers. Modern experts consider the methodical competence of a teacher as a personal and professional quality, which is a fundamentally important factor in the success of the professional activity of teachers, as well as a subsystem of its professional competence. This is due to the fact that in today's world, a high level of knowledge of teachers of academic subjects and their possessing of learnt basics of teaching methods can not fully describe the level of professional competence of the teacher. The authors have characterized the functional components of methodical competence of the teacher, its relationship with other personalprofessional qualities (first - to the psychological and educational, research and informational competence), as well as its levels of formation. Forming a model of methodical competence of the teacher, the authors proceeded from the fact that a contemporary teacher high demands: it must be ready to conduct independent research, design-learning technologies, forecasting results of training and education of students. As a leading component of the methodical competence of the teacher is his personal experience in methodological activities and requirements of methodical competence determined goals and objectives of methodical activity, the process of the present study, the formation of patterns of methodical competence of the teacher preceded the refinement of existing models methodical activity of scientific and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions and secondary vocational education institutions. The proposed model of methodical competence of the teacher - the scientific basis of a system of monitoring of his personal and professional development, and evaluation criteria and levels of her diagnosis - targets system of vocational training and re-training of high school teachers. Innovation policy is a model of methodical competence of the teacher, and the main model of the mechanism of its formation - methodical activity (in close connection with other activities). Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature and best practice methodological activities in educational institutions, modeling, methods of the theory of sets and relations, methods of quality control, methods of multivariate analysis systems. Methodological bases of research: a systematic, qualimetric, competence and process approaches. The work was performed as part of research projects "Monitoring of the research activities of educational institutions in the information society" (№ 16-03-00382) and "Modern information and educational environment" (16-36-00048) with the financial support of the Russian Humanitarian Foundation from 17.03. 2016

MODERN DEVELOPMENTS IN THE FIELD OF SUPERTHIN CRUSHING OF FOOD FIBRES
DescriptionIn this work, we have analyzed the multiple literary sources and summarized the material regarding beet dietary fibers. Their composition, physicochemical, physicomechanical and hygrothermal properties were studied. The study of the particle-size distribution showed that the content of the insoluble fraction exceeded the content of the soluble fractions in all the samples. The use of the secondary products of processing of the plant raw material is also critical; they allow improving the preventive properties of products and enriching them with dietary fibers, protein, and mineral elements. The properties and quality of the raw material are, to the large extent, determined by and depend upon its granulometric composition, that is, upon the size of particles that compose this object. The authors determined the granulometric composition of the studied nutritional supplements. It was found out that the use of the combination of the impacts together with the abrading impact led to the intensification of the process, a decrease in the milling time and the uniformity of the obtained granulometric composition. The choice of the vertical mill as milling equipment in combination with the metal balls added to it to increase the efficiency of milling and uniformity of the granulometric composition of beetroot fibers was proved experimentally
