HEROISM IN REPRESENTATION OF STUDENT’S YOUTH

DescriptionThis article analyzes the representations of modern youth of heroism as the basis of patriotic and civic education. Special attention is paid to consideration of the transformation of the concept of "heroism", reduce the social significance of the feat in the consciousness of modern Russian society. Value of creating an image of the hero as a way of formation a sense of patriotism and learning patterns of social activity necessary for the creation of a civil society is analyzed. On the basis of sociological research among students of higher education institutions of Krasnodar, the understanding of the essence of "heroism" and attitude to the heroic deeds is revealed. The connection of this social phenomenon with a set of personal lines and moral qualities of the person is established. The most favorable for commission of feats spheres and the personalities applying for a role of heroes for today's younger generation are defined. The authors draw a conclusion about the existence of student’s interest in the phenomenon of heroism and the passive need for the formation of a distinct image of the hero on a basis, both the celebrated historic figures, and contemporaries. In addition, discrepancy in a number of answers of students is noted, indicating the absence of a modern young people a clear idea of heroism and heroic acts, their importance in personal development. This, in turn, complicates and slows down the process of forming a high sense of patriotism and high civil activity

A REVIEW OF THE CURRENT ELEMENT BASE WITHIN THE CONCEPT OF SMART GRIDS
DescriptionEnergy complex of the country is a collection of electrical installations high and low voltage, producing, transforming, transporting, distributing and consuming electricity. A huge web of networks and more than 700 generating plants with a total capacity of about 230 GW [1]. Almost 90% of this potential is formed in a unified technical complex of the Unified energy system (UES) [2]. Now there is a deterioration of the performance of the sector. In comparison with 90-mi years of XX century, more than 1.5 times increased power losses in the power grids. Significantly increased the proportion of obsolete electrical and auxiliary equipment, and the load on the network every day only increase. All speaks of the necessity of both local and global modernization of the electric power complex of the country and the creation of a new concept of consumption management and energy distribution in the network. In the framework of the energy strategy of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 13 November 2009 # 1715-R, to improve handling and ensure reliable operation of electric power systems, wider introduction of flexible transmission system (FACTS devices) and improvement of systems of automatic emergency protection and dispatching control [1]. The development of electric power complex of the country should be in the way of intelligent networks. FORMATION OF SURFACE LAYERS OF NANOSTRUCTURED TINICO, STIMULATED WITH MECHANICAL ACTIVATION
DescriptionThis article presents a complex method of formation of the surface-modified layers of materials with shape memory effect, including high-speed flame spraying powders TiNiCo with a cobalt content of 2 and 5%, subsequent thermal and thermomechanical treatment, allowed forming nanostructured surface layers with a high level of functional and operational properties. It is shown that the TiNiCo complex processing layer allowed reducing the porosity of coatings and increasing the strength of adhesion of the coating to the substrate. Surface modification TiNiCo for optimal regimes allowed increasing fatigue life under high cycle loading by 30-40% and wearing 3-3.5 times. DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD PRODUCTS FOR RUGBY ATHLETES
DescriptionIn 2016, the game of rugby for the first time included in the program Olympic Games with a team of seven players. It is well known that achieving significant results in speed-strength sports, which include rugby, is impossible without a high physical, psychological and neuro-psychic loads, which are always subject to the athletes during training and competition. Nutrition should occupy an important place in the training of highly-skilled athletes, rugby players. It is known that the decisive factor in Rugby is an adequate supply of carbohydrates (glycogen, muscle and liver, blood glucose). Prolonged exercise leads to a depletion of glycogen, thus may slow down growth meristematic tissue and worsen the body's recovery after the event. In view of the fact that rugby belongs to the speed-strength sports mind, there are additional requirements for carbohydrates with different chain lengths, easily digestible proteins and basic micronutrients. In the daily diet can not provide the athlete a sufficient amount of protein and carbohydrates, as well as the need to sustain their relationship. To solve this problem, we have to include specialized protein-carbohydrate foods that have high nutritional and biological value in the diet of athletes, rugby players, which are able to quickly restore glycogen stores and protein to prevent loss of muscle when intensive training. FREE-COOLING IN SEASONAL COLD ACCUMULATOR
DescriptionOne of the traditional ways of reducing energy consumption is the utilization of seasonal cold accumulator which takes advantage of the geographical location of a country that allows, during the winter season, that is, November, December, January, February, March accumulates cold as a result of lower ambient temperature in these months. Significant amount of electricity is reduced as well as reduced operating refrigerant, which is harmful to the environment. The article presents determination of the size of cold storage with charging devices as chiller and dry-cooler. The approximate costs of the device operation as well as the time of assembly of these components have been obtained. The design of a seasonal cold accumulator is a system that brings a number of economic and ecological advantages. The seasonal tank design is a prototype of the chiller; it is smaller than the actual tank that will be selected for the highest hourly energy demand. This means that the actual device should be several times larger than the device that was used in the project. By selecting a small chiller and fewer refrigerants (mainly chlorofluorocarbons) called R- 410A, the environment would be saved from contaminants which are hazardous

DescriptionThe article deals with different approaches how to interfere texts analysis in the program of teaching foreigners (on the basis of the Russian language). According to our research, for beginners it is more reasonably to use and analyze real texts, as far as these texts are close to life, have simple vocabulary and grammar. For the virtual texts the situation is the opposite. The main aim of the author is to please the reader, that is why the author uses a lot of tropes, metaphors, figures and very complex grammar to show the beauty of his language. For foreign students this may be a problem at the beginning, because they are not good in the language and it is very hard to understand. Description
The work is scientific and practical in nature, same as the discussed process of optimization of power losses in power networks based on the use of the transportation problem, namely the rules of the minimum element of the transport matrix, which is a valid solution. The mechanism of the improvement of the obtained feasible solutions to the tasks focuses on using the potential method, assigning each row and column of the matrix their corresponding potential. Using a basic variable and manipulating the elements of the transport matrix according to a specific algorithm, we implement the construction of a new support plan. Based on the plan and its acyclic, we build two cycles and determine the values of the estimates between direct and indirect transportation costs per unit of output. The resulting algorithm makes it easy to program all computational operations and quickly obtain the result of the optimization of power losses in the design of the electricity network, thereby reducing the economic and technological costs. As a result of joint use of transportation problems and potential method, we could find the optimal solution based on improved solutions more efficiently, and a scheme of optimal electric network. As consumers, in practice, there may be urban and agricultural, industrial enterprises, regional and district subordination, including industrial, agricultural and individual customers
