Now in different branches of the industry there is a need for the new equipment and mechanisms with the seized characteristics. Special requirements are shown to energetic and mass-dimensional indices of systems of electric drives as one of the main components of such devices. Mass-dimensional and energetic indices due to constructional features and the used management system will allow improving use of special or controlled asynchronous cascade systems of an electric actuator of cylindrical construction. One of the main difficulties is simulation and design of special systems of the electric drive. In this article, a new approach to determination of magnetic model parameters of the stator of a component of the controlled asynchronous cascade electrical drive of cylindrical construction is offered

Waterflooding helps in the recovery of great amount of oil that would have otherwise been abandoned in the reservoir that is depleted. A reservoir in the Niger Delta, Reservoir X has been used to illustrate this. Reservoir X had oil initially in place as 7.345 MMSTB and was produced for some time with the reservoir natural energy. The remaining oil in the reservoir as at the time that the natural energy of the reservoir was no more sufficient to produce oil was 2.96MMSTB. The reservoir has been left as depleted reservoir with the remaining oil in it. But from the analysis conducted in this work it is seen that if secondary oil recovery project by waterflooding is embarked on the reservoir, part of the remaining abandoned oil would be recovered. With the specifications given, about 1.22MMSTB of the 2.96MMSTB of oil in reservoir X would be produced as at the breakthrough time of 580 days. Moreover, considering the economic aspect of the project, reservoir X and is good to be invested in. From the NPV calculations performed, it is seen that the NPV of reservoir X at discount rate of 10% is $4.13 million

05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
DescriptionIn modern combine building over the past few years, there has been a trend towards increasing the productivity of machines and, as a consequence, their physical weight. However, as the weight of the combine harvester increases, the necessary condition for its movement in the field in the course of work is to meet the requirements for its support area. As a result, manufacturers have to increase the size and number of wheels of the machine. One solution to this problem is to replace the wheelset of agricultural machines with replaceable rubber track modules. In this case, the very principle of calculation of the main technical characteristics of the engine changes, and if we are talking about the drive axles of agricultural machinery, the calculation methods can be roughly approximated to the calculation of tracked machines with metal tracks. However, in the case of driven axles, there is an intersection in the calculation methods between the classic calculation of the wheel chassis and the calculation of the tracked chassis. The problem is that the tracked chassis are not usually guided like the wheels, so the calculation methods need to be refined by introducing new evaluation criteria because of new power factors in the track module. The article proposes an alternative calculation model to calculate the maximum resistance torque of a track module on a rubber track

This article cites the data about the amount and productive capacity of oil producing enterprises in the Russian Federation on the whole, as well as in Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygeya. It is shown, that innovations in the field of waste disposal and waste recycling left after oil production are the most effective, as they contribute to the cost reduction on disposal of waste on landfill and thus, improve environment considerably. They also provide additional revenue from the sale of new products, received after waste recycling. The authors examined literature data on compositional and chemical analysis of waste left after cleaning main oil-bearing crops, processed by oil-producing industry of the Russian Federation (such as sunflower, rape, soy-beans) . The analysis of available technologies of their disposal, such as waste incineration, pyrolysis, worm composting, landfilling, biothermal composting, granulationa of waste and the processing of undersow is submitted to your attention. The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of all available technologies was carried out, and it was noticed that neither of available technologies had become common use. The most prospective direction for the development of efficient technology of waste recycling has been chosen, which includes the use of waste pressing after their rational preparation and isolation of uniform and valuable components. It is shown, that the primary task for the development of such technology is the study of waste composition of raw materials and industrial cleaning of sunflower seeds, soy-beans, and modern sorts of rape and its hybrids

OBTAINING OF FREQUENCY CHARACTERISTICS FOR INDUCTION MOTORS USING THE RESULTS OF THE EXPERIMENT
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the solution of the urgent task, which is to increase the reliability of the power supply systems of enterprises for processing agricultural products. The material of the article has a research character, which consists in the fact that the obtained expressions for the frequency characteristics of high-voltage induction motors allow us to investigate the symmetric modes of their operation by means of a more efficient and simple apparatus. A number of provisions of the article have a scientific novelty, which consists in obtaining frequency characteristics for induction motors as a result of the experiment. A convenient procedure for obtaining the frequency response of an induction motor based on the results of an experiment using the mathematical model of an induction motor in the coordinates of the generalized vector and the Fourier transform has been developed. As an example, oscillograms of the stator current of an induction motor of the A-12-52-4 type are given for the initial stage of the start-up. For the stator current of this induction motor, a transition is made from the phase coordinate system to the coordinates of the generalized vector. The dependences of the stator current on the D and Q axes on time are constructed. The real and imaginary parts of the frequency characteristic of the engine are calculated for sliding s = 1, the calculations are illustrated by the corresponding graphical characteristics. The results of the study are proposed to be used for the calculation of transients in power supply systems for enterprises engaged in the processing of agricultural products

ANALYSIS OF QUALITY INDICATORS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS WITH NONLINEAR APPROXIMATION CONTROL LAW
DescriptionThe subject of research of this work was the study of the quality of control processes in a nonlinear automatic control system with an approximating the control law. In the known published works there are no results of such studies, which makes it difficult to synthesis a nonlinear control system for multimode objects in applied biotechnology, including technological objects of the agro-industrial complex. A comparative analysis of the quality of regulation in the transient and steady-state regimes is carried out. It is shown that the approximation method used for the synthesis of the nonlinear control law provides a linear dependencies in steady-state and close to them modes in combination with relay modes in transient regimes, which is a positive factor for improving the quality of regulation in multimode control systems. It does not necessary to determine the moments of switching the dependencies in the control law when changing modes

TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE OF VM32 MACHINE MULTI-COMPLEX
DescriptionThe article describes problems of economic growth of the Russian Federation, development of high-tech knowledge-intensive manufacturing industries on the basis of a fundamentally new technological order, creation and development of import-substituting production of engineering resources that relate to dual-use technology and are in the most demand by strategic organizations of machinetool, machine-building and military-industrial complexes (aircraft engineering, rocket and space engineering, shipbuilding and power engineering). We proposed some measures to improve the accuracy in the manufacture of complex and large-sized parts with weights up to 100 tons. Precision machining of the workpiece surface is directly dependent on the tooling, quality and quantity of the cutting tool (CT), as during the processing the CT wears and must be replaced. We have described the modernization of multi-machine complex and ways of increasing the accuracy, the change in the kinematics tool supply to increase the number of tools used in the processing. We made calculations of the new chain drive of the tool supply. The proposed modernization of the tools will increase the instrument amount that allows increasing the accuracy of manufacturing products. We have also made calculations of the economic effects of the tool supply modernization

Description
The article contains a block diagram of the mechanical activation process of multicomponent shape memory materials, taking into account the variety of influencing factors. We have proposed to evaluate the reactivity of the sprayed material using the energy criterion (energy intensity), determined by the additivity concept as an energy amount of the raw material and energy accumulated during mechanical activation. Power consumption of the raw material depends on the chemical and phase composition and is determined based on the similarity between the melting energy, plastic deformation and fracture on the thermodynamic characteristics and diagrams of the systems. The energy stored in the MA is determined on the basis of X-ray structural analysis. We have demonstrated that with increasing of grinding precision there is growth in the number of active centers, which enables nanostructurization of surface layers in high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying (HVOF). According to the study, we have developed practical recommendations for effective implementation of mechanical activation of the shape memory material
