MODERN METHODS OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS IMPACT EVALUATION
DescriptionThe purpose of the research is the development of new methods of the estimation of the importance of scientific journals. It is known that for assessing the significance of scientific journals it is used a universally recognized impact factor, which reflects the average number of citations to the articles published in the magazine for a certain period of time. For a more objective assessment of the significance of the journal in the scientific community we use such indicator as the index of efficiency, which reflects how quickly the articles in the scientific community published in the journal become known and recognized. At the same time, the impact factor as one of the scientometric indices has inherent definite disadvantages, the main of which - the stimulation scientific edition to the artificial reduction of the number of published articles, instead of increasing demands to improve their scientific level. It is necessary to develop a method of assessing the significance of the journal for the scientific community, preserving the dignity of the impact factor and reduce its disadvantages. Application of extra scientometric indicators, in addition to the impact factor and the index of efficiency, will allow assessing the importance of the journal for the scientific community more objectively. Methodological bases of the research are: a systematic approach (considering science as a social institution in close connection with the society as a whole), metasystem approach (considering the scientific community as a metasystem, i.e. a system with a relatively independent components), qualimetric approach (considering the importance of the scientific journal as a latent variables that reflect a variety of criteria), sociological approach (considering the scientific publication as a social system, the intensity of interaction with other society)

DescriptionThe article deals with the investigation of different naming constructions of characters in the novel, which indicates emotiveness in communicative acts. In due course of the analysis the concept of “social fields” has been introduced in order to reveal the means of emotional expression. The naming of the individual with different anthroponym forms (a name, a surname, nickname, etc.), introducing the concept of social field (SF), made it necessary to use such concepts as “norm/not norm” in the analysis of function proper names. Because of breaching the norms of naming proper names take emotional coloration. Such emotionality may be positive or negative. It depends on many factors: a situation of communication, social field the communicators belong to, their view of life, etc. The emphasis of the norm and not norm of naming in every social field helps us to identify the character of emotions and disclose the relationships of characters to the anthroponym by means of naming. Any not norm of naming is the change of character’s relationships to the anthroponym

This article analyses the state religious policy in regard to the Russian Orthodox Church in the first post Great Patriotic War years. The characteristic of the religious life during the above-mentioned period in the Krasnodar Territory is given. The main resource of this research was documents of the Authorized Board on Russian Orthodox Church Affairs of the USSR Ministerial Council in Krasnodar Territory. Some positive changes in state- church relations took place. New churches began to open. Revitalization of the religious life came into being. It was shown in peoples’ participating in religious holidays, making orthodox ceremonies. Christening was the most popular ceremony. The less popular was the religious wedding. In that period of time, women were active participants of the religious life of the region. Among believers there were soldiers demobilized from the army. PERFECTION OF CLEARING OF WATERS FROM PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGY
DescriptionNowadays there are sorbents, both natural, and modified, which allow to clear waters from variety of pollutants simultaneously, for example from ions of heavy metals and petroleum. We have received a new modified sorbent with use of a sol-method. The given sorbent represents beads in common besieged magnesium hydroxide and aluminum having layered structure. For the characteristic of the structure of the researched systems we have carried out an X-ray analysis. Studying the mechanism of interaction of the sorbent with ions of heavy metals was carried out with the use of the research of chemical structure of the sorbent and the condition of adsorbed ions by methods of IR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. The conclusion was made, that modified inorganic sorbent on a basis of magnesium hydroxide and aluminum has a number of distinctive features and advantages comparing to other filtering materials

REDUCTION OF NOISE OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION BY INSTALLING SILENCERS

After silage of ash captured by the electrostatic precipitator, we installed the cyclone of NIIOGAZ CN-15-500 for exhaust gas pre-treatment of the ash resulting from the process of burning solid fuels (coal of Donetsk) in boilers of Novocherkassk hydro power plant. The plant cyclone examination was performed in a production environment of Novocherkassk hydro power station comprising 4 cylindrical cyclone element diameters of 500 mm, and is defined by its real effectiveness, which amounted to 91%. After the cyclone, the gas enters the two-bag filter FRKI-90KP3-2-2 designed to trap solid ash residues and installed over the silo dry ash. Filters are manufactured in climatic design for temperate and cold climate with the accommodation category 4. The article shows the characteristic of the test results and bag filters FRKI- 90K-P3-2-2 before and after the cyclone in the cleaning system. The work presents the analysis of the composition of the ash and compares it with published data. It is experimentally proved that the inclusion of Cyclone CN-15-500 in the process diverting gas purification scheme allowed more efficient operation of fabric filters, reducing the dust significantly for the input gases

DescriptionThe article deals with the complexity of the construction of engineering theories in both scientific and practical direction based on the use of non-traditional approach to the problems of effective data monitoring, especially in the field of control systems of multicomponent representation of objects of system analysis. The study of the complexity of this issue involves a detailed consideration of the relationships of the elements of these objects on the basis of known methods, while the integration of heterogeneous knowledge obtained by such often independent methods becomes very time-consuming and poorly formalized. Currently, the processing of information and its subsequent presentation have changed significantly through the use of data mining (IAD), which includes not only the organization of the knowledge system in various missile defense, but also in the field of DSS. This, in turn, contributes to the effective formalization of fuzzy information and processing it in the form of fuzzy algorithms, which is an extension of the decision support system based on fuzzy logic – DSS NL. At the same time, it is necessary to emphasize the features of the proposed approach of the DSS NL, which is that it can be used in various missile defense systems, including for the effective analysis of statistical information of multicomponent representation of objects, which is used in determining statistical indicators to identify and assess existing and potential risks, adverse situations, as well as in the preparation of motivational grounds for managerial decision-making. For the purpose of more detailed establishment in real missile defense of the relations between objects it is offered to carry out by means of various degrees of dependence. For example, the types of graded connections are considered as fuzzy objective connections, and the use of expert systems and semantic links led to the construction of hypotheses analysis of situations and semantic relationship between them. A significant difference of the considered DSS NL is that each model is formed on the basis of a separate semantic network, and the system itself works with several models of Pro related or unrelated to each other. On the basis of the use of the concept of the relationship of proximity between concepts, belonging to the situation, its information part of the recommendations Are grouped according to the selected situation for their subsequent analysis and decision-making.
