06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionExperimental data were obtained to draft a national standard for organic production of meat from calves of meat breeds to produce baby food in the new conditions of development of the meat industry. Research results have shown that Aberdeen-Angus meat breed cattle meets the national standard of RUSSIA 52478-2005 for raw meat for baby food due to chemical composition of meat and its quality

PRECONDITIONS AND FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF “MICRO-CLIMATE” MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
DescriptionThe article investigates the experience of implementing automated control systems, which indicates that at the system design phase, it is difficult to choose a single criterion of control. Therefore, in the control system it should be possible to quickly set the criterion during operation, and methods of assignment should clearly reflect the agronomic, economic and technical requirements for the system. Thus, modern control system should allow to define not only one of the above control criteria, or a combination, but any other arising in the production process, providing agronomist-technologist opportunities in choosing a method of maintaining temperature and humidity conditions in the greenhouse. Greenhouse is a fastpaced environment and the state largely depends on the intensity of sunlight, humidity, direction and wind speed, the number of fertilized soil and its humidity. Competent and correct management of these parameters is a complex task and involves certain costs, but in the end allows you to benefit many times greater than the costs. The developed system called "Microclimate" will have a positive effect on any hosted sites, as it allows to increase energy efficiency and reduce fuel costs for heating greenhouses, electricity, water

STRUCTURAL AND PHYLOGENETIC ANALYSIS OF VVMYBA1, VVMYBA2 AND VVMYBA3 GRAPEVINE GENES
DescriptionThe article presents the structural and phylogenetic analysis of VIT_02s0033g00410, VIT_02s0033g00390 and VIT_02s0033g00450 genes of the grapevine genome and the closely related orthologous gene MYB114 of the Arabidopsis genome. These genes are responsible for the biosynthesis of anthocyanin in the organs of model plants and are of interest not only for practical production and breeding, but also for fundamental research. These genes were analyzed for GCcomposition of nucleotides, the presence of cisregulatory elements and promoter regions. DNA and protein sequences were aligned to look for similar elements, which allowed further analysis of the ultraconservative domains of four genes. Based on the results of search and identification of the conservative regions, a cluster tree was constructed, which made it possible to identify the separation of gene sidelines from, presumably, the main one. At the same time, the construction of consensus trees based on DNA and protein sequences revealed their absolute similarity. "The Minimal Evolution Tree" allowed calculating the approximate dates of the appearance of the mutations and the divergence times of the gene branches between each other. At the same time, the appearance of the Vitis genus and its separation from the Rosales was taken as the time first divergence point. In the end, homologous metabolic pathways were searched between grapevine and Arabidopsis, which revealed the presence of homologous proteins in the grape proteome. In this turn, it already confirms the existence of similar biosynthetic pathways and, as a consequence, interactions such as "DNA-protein" and "protein-protein"

06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article highlights the characteristics of the three promising for Eurasia table grape varieties bread by genetics-selectioners I.A. Kostrikin and E.G. Pavlovsky with colleagues, also presented confirming photographs in color of abundant bushes, groving buds, young shoots and their tops, adult leaves, grapes and berries; the results reported about their five-year study, both in the industrial environments of OAO AF "South", Training Farm "Kuban" and the branches of the Department of Viticulture Kuban State Agrarian University, as well as in Farmer-amateur conditions of private entrepreneurs of Kuban and Don: Baikonur, Pamyati Uchitelya, Podarok Nesvetaya. These varieties fill in a modern conveyor of table varieties, previously published by us in the press, and are recommended for introduction into the State register of breeding achievements of the Russian Federation in all regions of our country for gardening use

SOVIET POSTERS IN PROMOTING AGRONOMIC KNOWLEDGE
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionWe attempt to combine professional agronomic knowledge with familiarity with graphic art presented in the form of a poster in the paper. The term "poster" is considered a large loose-leaf edition, combines visual and typographic elements and execute graphic communications. The main idea of the poster is to convey the information to the reader quickly and accurately. In the study of the material we have formed complex scientific and educational resources on the history of agricultural science, including the history of the popularization of agronomic knowledge. In our work, the poster is treated as an object of analysis, as the material of social and cultural analysis and as a tool to gather information on the development of agronomic knowledge through their visualization. In the course "History and methodology of scientific agronomy" one of the competencies of students is familiarity with the methodology popularization of agronomic knowledge, understanding of what is happening. In this regard, an attempt was made to consider the Soviet poster as a source of information on the development of scientific agriculture in the period from 1917 to 1980. The aim was to analyze the main events of this period, elements of the technology of agricultural production, species and varietal diversity of crops, as well as various events in the agricultural sector. The article considers four basic types of posters: promotional, political, instructional, scientific and educational. Each of these types of posters performs its function. The poster covered all stages of agrarian sector of the country, was a historical reflection of the Soviet period and always remained mobile, online and popular art form. Today, his role is small, because it has changed the ways of presenting information. However, its historical role unchanged, he has served as the Foundation of the modern advertising industry, including agronomic knowledge

THE CONCEPT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AUDIT AS AN INDEPENDENT FORM OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE
DescriptionThis article considers the problem of development of audit activities as a practical view, and the concept of evolution as science. We have summarized the reasons for appearance and existence of audit, which are the following: separation of powers between the management and the owners of economic subjects; there is not confidence from the external interested users to information about the safety of financial statements; it is necessary to obtain the assurance of economic safety as additional factor of stability. There is a detailed interpretation of definition the "audit", considering the current economic realities, from the position of the sphere of scientific knowledge and from the position of practical activities in the part of verification reports by the independent experts and as an element of economic safety of the company and the country. The trend of market development for audit services was defined and aimed for its consolidation. The perspective of development does not connect with the classic audit of accounting reporting, but it connects with development forecasts for the company. The audit should "look into the future" of each client, which must be recorded in an audit report for improving the quality. The author offers a new paradigm of broad understanding of the audit as a form of independent monitoring, which allows to develop and to realize the concept of auditing business that meets the needs of modern society

COMPLEX COMPOST AND DETOXICATION OF AGROLANDSCAPE SYSTEMS
DescriptionToxicity complex compost arises during compiling of organomineral mixtures of various waste of life, agriculture and mineral industries. One of detoxification factors of complex compost is the ability of heavy metal cations to the formation insoluble compounds, which are fixed by clay materials and different disperse systems, and differ markedly by calcium content, acidity and humus soil-absorbing complex
