CONDITION OF BARLEY PRODUCTION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

DescriptionThe article presents an overview and in-depth analysis in the area of barley grain production. The statistical data and comparative analysis of total yield of barley in the Russian Federation with respect to other cultures, widely cultivated in our country, such as sunflowers, oats and wheat has been presented. The structure of sown areas occupied by the culture of barley in the Russian Federation for the period from 1990 to 2013 has been presented graphically; we have analyzed the trend of their increases and decreases over the years. The article presents and visually shows a comparative analysis of crops like winter and spring barley. At the same time, due to a significant warming, distinct advantages of winter crops to spring crops in the cultivation of them in the southern regions of the country have been noted. The recommendations on the feasibility of increasing the cultivated area were made. Indicated by the national economic significance of culture, we show the examples of its use in industrial processing. In addition, long-term analysis of statistical data on the yield of major crops grown in the Russian Federation, such as wheat, barley, maize, millet, oats, rice, legumes, sunflower, soybean has been performed

СADASTRAL ASSESSMENT OF NEWLY FORMED AGRICULTURAL LANDS
DescriptionState cadastral assessment of agricultural lands conducts to determine their cadastral cost. Its results affect the interests of all land relation subjects. The main scope of the cadastral cost of lands’ use is creation of the basis for the taxation of lands. At present time, the newly formed cadastral assessment of lands is regulated by the methodological guidelines approved by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of the Russian Federation on 12.08.2006, N 222. According to these methodological guidelines the newly formed cadastral assessment of lands is determined by multiplying the average cost for the municipal district of specific index of cadastral cost of agricultural lands in the area. The current procedure of determination of cadastral cost of the newly formed agricultural lands is considered inadequate. The best option will be the determination of their cost taking into account the individual characteristics of each particular land plot in a particular cadastral quarter. The soil surface quality influence on the cadastral cost of agricultural lands is considered by the example of three land plots, formed at the expense of unclaimed land shares and located in the municipalities of the Krasnodar Region: Dinskoy, Mostovskoy and Tikhoretsk districts

APPLICATION OF METHODS OF NETWORK PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
DescriptionThe article is devoted to searches of the methods of planning of difficult processes which are most productive and promote creation of absolutely new ways of network planning and management. In the 60th of the XX century works on development of network planning started arising in Russia. They began to be applied in construction and scientific development, and further in other areas of a national economy. Network planning and management on modeling of process by means of the network schedule is organized. It is a set of calculation methods of organized and control actions of planning. For the solution of a task it is necessary to carry out quite large number of various works. In our article we want to study methods of application of network planning on the example of field works of the company called "Zarya". The article discusses the Genesis of Islam and its role in the development of Muslim law family, highlights the main sources of Muslim law legal families. It is noted an important role of standards in Islamic law developed by the theologians of the activities in the process of interpretation in filling gaps in the law. All this has led to the emergence of different schools or sects, which contributed to the creation of many ideologically warring with each other Muslim sects. The followers of these movements convince their supporters that the rest courses are false. The article notes that currently, in general, the Muslim law has not lost its position. Modern Islamic community of the world has about a billion and a half followers. The Muslim law has not only maintained its position, but also extends its sphere of influence. Islam – the youngest world religion - enters the countries whose people earlier professed Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc., the Followers of Islam, moving to other countries, almost do not assimilate. So, the Islamic community in Europe is practically not subjected to European influence. Some of the legal institutions in a number of non-Muslim countries are subjected to Islamization. In some countries, Islamic law is not considered as legally valid, but it works in fact. This happens in the Muslim enclaves of Europe, it is happening in Russia, particularly in the republics of the North Caucasus

EFTIHIYA – THE NEWEST WINE AROMATIC VARIETY WITH PINK COLORED BERRY

DescriptionThe newest wine grape variety Eftihiya with aromatic pink colored skin (in Greek the name means “happi-ness”) was breed with hybridization at the Athens In-stitute of Viticulture by P. Zamanidi, L. Troshin and P. Radchevskiy in 2005 by crossing the Greek varieties and Malaguzya with Eurasian Traminer pink. Dura-tion of production period from bud burst to harvest 146-155 days. Yields are very high: 25-30 t / ha. Modal mass of clusters is 250 g. Bunch is conical, me-dium density. Berry is medium, short elliptical, pink colored, with a thick wax coating. Pulp and juice with the expressed varietal flavor, similar to the aroma of Traminer pink. Sugar content of more than 24%. Vari-ety is designed for production for the dry white wines of excellent class and high-quality sparkling, dessert and sweet wines; suitable for the production of high quality aromatic juices
