EXPORT POTENTIAL OF THE AGRICULTURE OF RUSSIA
DescriptionExport of the food production is undoubtedly one of the most important strategic problems of Russia. The agricultural capacity of our country allows it not only to be fully self-sufficient in terms of food but also turns it into the leading exporter of foodstuffs in the world. The solution of this task requires the effective solution of many problems such as bringing the food industries to a new higher technical and technological level, the creation of the export infrastructure and mechanisms of the financial support to food producers. The fulfilling of the export potential of the domestic agrarian and industrial complex will not only help Russian economy to find the faster way out of the crisis but also will let our country play a major role in the international food trade and, respectively, in the struggle against hunger in the poorest countries of the world. In this article, the essence and the structure of the Russian agricultural export are considered. The three scenarios of the export development (pessimistic, realistic and optimistic) and the conditions of their realization are analyzed. The analysis of the main indicators characterizing the current economic state of the agricultural production export is carried out. Based on the drawn conclusions, we have offered the ways of the solution of the given problem

Getting the maximum number of day-old chicks largely depends on the disinfection of hatching eggs. Disinfection of eggs is important in the complex of veterinary-sanitation activities carried out in poultry farms for the prevention and elimination of infectious disease in birds. The perspective of using ozone in the poultry industry is possible due to its advantages characterized in comparison with other chemicals. It was found that ozone has the special ability to retard the growth of fungi in the biological substrates, also slows the appearance of mold on the surface of the eggshell even at 90 % relative humidity. When making parameters and modes of electro-ozonation process of egg store poultry farms there were carried out experimental studies. After ozone disinfection of hatching eggs, total bacterial contamination of shell eggs decreased by 99.89 %. The relative error of the experimental values of the theoretical amount was 7 %. As a result of production tests we set quality parameters developed by the process of electroozonation egg store poultry farms: regulation time is 8 minutes, dynamic error is 0.9, overshoot rate is 4.5%, generalized integral RMS figure is 10.6 % . The findings suggest that there is a qualitative regulation of the distribution of ozone in the egg store

DescriptionThe gaining of maximum amount of daily young animals in a greater extent depends on disinfection of incubation eggs which in complex of veterinarysanitary arrangements held in poultry factories on prevention and elimination of poultry infectious diseases takes an important part. The perspective of ozone application in industrial poultry breeding is conditioned with its advantages which it characterizes in comparison with other chemical substances. It was settled that ozone has a special ability to detain the growth of fungi on biological substrates, also the process of mould appearance on the surface of eggs’ shell even at 90% of relative moisture. At substantiation of parameters and regimes of electro-technological process of egg storehouse ozonation there were implemented the experimental researches. The general bacterial semination of eggs’ shell decreased on 94,1% after disinfection of incubaion eggs with ozone. The relative faults of experimental values from theoretical ones are 7%. In the result of production trials there were set the parameters of quality of the worked out electrotechnological process of egg poultry factory storehouse ozonation: time of regulation ‒ 8 minutes, dynamic fault ‒ 0,9, coefficient of overcorrection ‒ 4,5%, generalized integral mean-square index ‒ 10,6%. DescriptionIn the article, there were shown the experimental researches describing the influence of parameters of electrical ozonization of the premises of egg storehouse at concentration of ozone in 20 mg/m3 on survival of following stimulants: S. aureus, S. choleraesuis, P. vulgaris, E. coli. There was determined that ozone has an ability to detain the growth of fungi on biological substrates as well as it slows down the process of mould appearance on egg shell surface even at 90% of relative moisture. The aim of scientific experiment is obtaining of regression models of influence of parameters of electrical ozonization on main sanitary-model microorganisms contaminating the shell of incubation eggs. To assess the effectiveness of ozonization there was adopted the parameter of survival for four main pathogenic microbiological test-objects which predominate on egg shells. The correlation and regression analysis of factors and determination of value of equation coefficients there were conducted using the program STATISTICA 6.1. The correlation analysis was made by the method of Pierson. Approximation was obtained by the method of polynomial. On the results of researches there was determined that the least survival of present test-bacteria at concentration of ozone in 20 mg/m3 is achieved at exposition 84 minutes. So, the rational time the electrical technological process of ozonization of egg storehouse of poultry factories presents the sum of obtained exposition and time of regulation
