SUPPLYING THE GREENHOUSES WITH POWER BY THE USE OF ASYNCHRONOUS GENERATORS
DescriptionDue to the recommendation of the World Health Organization, the standard rate of vegetables consumption for a person per year is 130-150 kg, including up to 15 kg of fresh production during the off-season. To meet these standards in Russia, the construction of greenhouses and greenhouse complexes was sped up. To cultivate the bulk of vegetables in the conditions of protected soil we have mostly used winter greenhouses. At the same time, in terms of the climatic conditions, the main production costs are accounted for energy carriers (up to 60 – 70%). The main consumers of energy in greenhouses are plants’ lighting and creation of the required temperature conditions for plants and soil. Annual increase of rates for energy carriers affects the cost of the greenhouses’ production. To increase the energy efficiency and independence in greenhouse complexes, it is proposed to use installations based on gas reciprocating units (GRU) for the production of two types of energy – electric and thermal. Such installations can run on the natural gas and other types of fuel. The drawback of existing installations is that they are mainly produced abroad or consist of the foreign components. As an alternative, we offer new technical solutions, which were developed and patented in the Russian Federation. What makes these solutions original is that asynchronous generators in the installations are used with various control schemes

ELECTROCHEMICAL THERMODYNAMICS OF CELLS IN THE CONDITIONS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC ENVIRONMENT
DescriptionThe article covers the basics of thermodynamics and the possibility of the application of its provisions to the basic biological entity - the cell under the influence of external electromagnetic fields. Thus, we consider a system whose properties do not change in time, if it does not occur on the external influences. If the system is subjected to such (mechanical, thermal, electrical, magnetic and other effects), then all its properties, or some of them are changing. If at least one property of the system changes, we will talk about changing the status of the system due to the fact that there was some process. From the point of view of external electromagnetic fields on the thermodynamic system - a cell of a living organism or plant is very important essence of the concept of work. Unlike conventional concepts of the work of expansion (pdV), which is not considered to be useful, we have introduced the concept of "useful" work dA /, which means the operation of the electric current, magnetic field or other physical fields in the design of various electrical devices and appliances used in livestock and crop. The impact of electromagnetic fields on biological objects also leads to a slight increase in temperature of the biological system and, as a consequence, it increases the rate of chemical and biochemical reactions and phase transitions, which is reflected in the increased activity of the biochemical processes in these objects. This, to some extent can explain numerous experimental results of scholars and practitioners concerned with stimulating crops, for example, during preplant treatments

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AS THE SOURCE OF PROOFS
DescriptionThe author of this scientific article considers the computer-based document as a container of criminalistically significant information, which can be both orienting and evidentiary. The author also considers the opportunity of presenting computer-based documents to the court without application of paper information-carrying medium, i.e., there exists a possibility of procedural actions commitment directly with the mentioned computer-based document but not with its carrier. As an example, the author quoted an instance that executive officers listed in Article 181 of the Russian Federation Arbitration Procedure Code are entitled to demand and obtain the case from a relevant court of arbitration with the purpose of solving the problem concerning availability of grounds for lodging a protest in the exercise of supervisory powers
