Description
The aim of the following research is the studying of the efficacy in probiotic drug Probiolact (0.5% and 1.0%) usage, being in combination with Milkshake supplement. The given complex mixture is meant for medicative-phylactic purposes focused on the reduction of young ones death rate owing to gastro – intestinal diseases when neo-natal period. It is specified that the above-mentioned mixture affects the livestock indices. Thus, the average growth of baseline for the period of 30 days experimenting has been 7.4 kg, whereas in 2 tested groups it accounted for 10.3 kg and 11.6 kg, consequently. Therefore, the best possible daily phylactic doze of Probiolact (1%) and Milkshake mixture demonstrates the positive effect on the pro-cess of bifido- and lactoflora formation in calves’ intestinal tract due to normal flora cells quantity increase. With that, intestinal tract contamination level of disease-producing flora gets lower, and the natural resistance of cell-mediated immunity grows. Thus, two major problems of factory farming (i.e. the reduction of young death rate and surplus guarantee) can be solved with giving calves the mixture to drink, along with the first portions of colostrum, and during the following 30 days

APPLICATION OF HYDROCARBON SUB-STANCE OF GROWTH AT CULTIVATION OF CROPS
DescriptionIn this work we have given the analysis of the literary data confirming positive experience of impact of the hydrocarbon substance of growth (HSG) on viability of seeds, resilience, growth of plants, and productivity of various crops. It is shown that the basic experimental data belong to the 60th of the XX century. At the same time, works on application of HSG have been generalized for the first time in the collection of works of the Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijani SSR by Institute of soil science and agrochemistry. HSG represents the by-product of petro processing received at sulphuric acid cleaning of diesel fuel with further processing with alkaline solution of NaOH. It includes mainly mixture of sodium salts of naphthenic acids. On the basis of literary data and own probes it is established that for each culture there is optimum very small concentration of HSG (0.005-0.01%), processing by solution of which makes positive impact on viability, growth and development of crops. The results of probes of blood formation of animals [8] and growth of mass of birds allow considering HSG ecologically safe. We have also presented the results of pilot study of impact of pre-seeding processing of seeds of wheat and peas by water solutions of the hydrocarbon growth substance (HSG) on their morpho-physiological parameters. The most effective concentration of HSG for processing of seeds of spring wheat of grade "Saratov" and grade peas "Alpha" is revealed. It is shown that the stimulator in concentration of 0.005-0.01% proves as stimulator of crop growth. It follows that degree of efficiency of action of HSG on improvement of development and increase in productivity of agricultural products from use of this drug is quite high. Considering that the stimulator can be received at insignificant expenses as a waste product of the purified diesel fuels, its application in agriculture is economically justified

OPPORTUNITIES OF REGIONAL AGRICULTURE IN IMPORT SUBSTITUTION
DescriptionThe problems of import substitution, resource features of the agrarian economy, through which you can generate significant competitive advantage, are discussed. It is noted that low abroad interest rates on loans create obvious unequal starting opportunities throughout the domestic business. As a result the cost of imported food in value chain terms reached in our country an enormous rate of $45 billion and that government realized the need of strengthening of food security, transferring of production of traditional kinds of products which form the basis of consumption of the population in our country, to the domestic market. It is noted that we need temporary moderate state protectionism and protection of the domestic market with the aim of modernizing the economy, attracting investors in the important field of production with high risks. The main problems and solutions that will help to further successful implementation of this strategy in the sectors of our economy are highlighted. It is noted that our region has the most effecting rural industrial structure, the best country’s climate, enlarged crop rotation, cheap labor resources, extensive experience in agribusiness. It is proposed to perform a set of measures to reduce systemic risks in agribusiness

06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionIn the production of seeds of sugar beet hybrids, based on cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS), we use single-fruited male sterile (MS) and ungrown fertile pollinator (Fp) plants as components of the cross. Sugar beet has a two-year development cycle. In the first year, root crops intended for growing seeds are formed, in the second year, a rosette of leaves grows from the vegetative roots of the root crop, and flowering stems grow from the generative buds. The article presents the planting method for seed production of MS of sugar beet hybrids under irrigation during summer thickened sowing. This method allows you to grow root crops-plugs with a yield factor of planting material 1: 6, 1: 7. We have also considered technological methods for growing root crops-plugs of the parent components of MS sugar beet hybrids on irrigation. The features of moisture supply and mineral nutrition systems were studied. The techniques of sowing technology and the formation of density of planting, care of crops, as well as methods for the protection, harvesting and storage of mother beets, contributing to the production of high-quality planting material, have been developed

MEAT PRODUCTIVITY OF BULL CALVES UNDER INTENSIVE REARING
DescriptionThe article presents a comparative assessment of the meat productivity of young cattle of the two most common intensive meat breeds in the Russian Federation (Aberdeen Angus and Hereford) in comparison with the most numerous native in the South of the country domestic breed, which is Kalmyk. Intensive rearing from 9 to 18 months of age was carried out in the conditions of industrial fattening complex on rations not containing juicy forages. In the process of 273-day intensive rearing, in bulls of the tested breeds average daily live weight gains from 1455 to 1526 grams were achieved. During this period, an absolute increase was obtained in Aberdeen-Angus bulls-416.6 kg, in peers of Hereford and Kalmyk breeds-413.6 and 397.2 kg. The highest pre-slaughter live weight and slaughter rates were noted in Aberdeen-Angus bulls, having a yield of a pair carcass of 59.4 % and a slaughter yield of 62.8 %. The meat of Aberdeen-Angus bulls has the highest content of fat and dry matter, but they have less protein, lower pH and moisture binding capacity and a higher loss of meat juice during cooking, compared with the bulls of the Kalmyk breed. It was confirmed that the coefficients of transformation of protein and energy into products are closely related to the intensity of growth and weight of the carcass. The most effective of these indicators were in bulls of Aberdeen-Angus, then Hereford and Kalmyk breeds. A similar pattern between the breeds was manifested in terms of profitability and cost recovery

EFFICIENCY OF USING COMBINED UNITS WHEN PREPARING SOIL UNDER WINTER CROPS
DescriptionIssues associated with the use of combined units in the preparation of the soil are relevant and of scientific and practical interest. Relevance increases when it comes to the cultivation of the main crop - winter wheat. In this regard, the presented results on the effectiveness of the use of combined units in the preparation of soil for winter crops are important. They are important primarily from a practical point of view. Experimental studies were conducted in the conditions of many years of stationary experience in the FSUE "ANC" Donskoy ", Zernograd, Rostov Region and in the Krasnodar region, LLC "Step". The efficiency of the use of combined units KUM-4, APK-4, developed at SKNIIMESH, now FSUE “ANC “Donskoy” in the cultivation of winter barley and winter wheat is considered. The technological process of tillage using combined units consists of several technological operations performed simultaneously. Disk working bodies chop plant residues and destroy weeds. At the same time, a network of cracks in the underlying soil horizons is laid. Next are flat-cutting working bodies that loosen the soil already at the set depth. There is a cutting of the root system of weeds, loosening the remaining non-loosened soil layer to the required depth, the formation of a flat bottom of the “furrow”, the separation of erosion-hazardous soil particles to the bottom of the furrow. Next, a roller - a compactor - compactor enters the work, which provides regrinding of soil lumps on the surface and subcompaction of the treated layer. The last in the process chain is a mulch roller, which ensures the formation of a compacted seed bed for seeds with simultaneous mulching of the compacted soil layer. The use of combined units in the technologies of cultivation of winter barley and wheat allowed to achieve a reduction in the number of technological operations by 1,5-2,5 times, an increase in the productivity of winter wheat by 0,4 t / ha (9%), a reduction in fuel consumption by 40%, operating costs 1,4 times with the economic effect of 1500 rubles / ha and the profitability of production of 140%

06.01.05 Selection and seed production of agricultural plants (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionThe article discusses the method of selection using markers in the selection of parent pairs for hybridization, in the selection process and in the subsequent evaluation of parent lines, used in linear and backcross selection of tomatoes. The work was performed on tomato hybrids that combine resistance genes to tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) or tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) in their genome. The research used seeds of foreign F1 tomato hybrids recommended by the manufacturer as resistant to the tobacco mosaic virus. Most of the tomato hybrids were Dutch selection, such leading firms as De Ruiter Seeds, Enza Zaden, Rijk Zwaan. The aim of the work was to test a system of hybridization probes designed to identify a gene for resistance to the tobacco mosaic virus. The study of the genotype of tomato plants was carried out in the laboratory of molecular diagnostics of plants , equipped with modern devices for PCR analysis on the basis of NIIOZG (Krymsk). Plant material was collected in different phases of plant vegetation. pre-numbered 1.5 ml test tubes (SSI-1200-00), plastic tablets, tweezers, and distilled water were used to collect plant samples. The collected samples were stored in a refrigerator until the plant DNA was isolated. During the study, collectible tomato samples were studied, including 8 F1 hybrids and 2 lines used as controls. According to the results of genetic analysis using the marker of the TMV resistance gene, it was found that all hybrids and one control line # 175/14 have a resistance gene in their genotype, and the analysis also showed the state of the gene – homozygous or heterozygous. The results of artificial infection confirmed the results obtained by PCR analysis. At the same time, using genetic research, it is possible to determine the exact state of the gene in the plant, which cannot be determined by methods of artificial infection, since no visual differences were found between plants with a heterozygous and homozygous state of the gene. The created marker and PCR analysis method can be recommended for wide application in the selection process of tomato culture. As a result of research, it was found that modern tomato hybrids have a gene for resistance to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) in their genotype. This was determined by genetic analysis and confirmed by a test using artificial infection
