The article contains information that allows us to assess the importance of intermuscular abscesses in the range of indicators that affect the quality of pork produced in modern pig breeding complexes with flow technology. Calendar periods with increased rates of carcass rejection at a meat processing plant due to intermuscular abscesses were identified; the numerical value of rejection was established: from 2-3 carcasses from a batch in the "safe" months to 20-30 in the "unfavorable" ones. The article presents opinions of researchers on the causes of intermuscular abscesses are given; the importance of violations of vaccination technology is highlighted; an officially approved immune-prophylaxis scheme used at a large meat processing enterprise in the Krasnodar region. The analysis of the specialist's actions during the implementation of vaccine injections in growing animals was performed, and possible causes of process violations that can lead to the occurrence of an abscess were determined. The work justifies use of in vivo and post-slaughter ultrasound diagnostics of an abscess as a pathological object with certain characteristics. We have also noted the necessity of economic justification for the purchase of a mobile or stationary ultrasound device by a company

The quality of the seed largely depends on the value of the future crop. For sowing, it is necessary to use seeds with high sowing qualities. This article is devoted to the study of the formation of high-quality seed of new varieties of winter barley, depending on the controlled compaction of crops. The paper describes in detail the importance of sowing qualities of seeds for the formation of high productivity of barley crops. The questions of influence of different seeding rates on laboratory and field germination of seeds are considered. The correlation between the four variants of seeding rates and field and laboratory germination was determined. The purity of seeds of winter barley varieties Kubagro – 1 and Kubagro – 3 was studied and it was determined that the change in the density of the formed stem does not affect the purity of seeds of these varieties. The use of highly productive seeds for sowing and further qualitative cleaning of the obtained grain contributes to the production of seed material with high purity. When considering the weight of 1000 grains in the studied varieties, it was determined that with an increase in the number of productive stems per unit area and a decrease in the area of plant nutrition, both varieties reduced the mass of grains. The highest rates of weight of 1000 grains were determined when sowing with the norm of 3.5 million germinating seeds per 1 ha, such a pattern was observed for both varieties

05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
DescriptionTransplanting seedling into the field is an extremely important period for all seedling crops, as the plant passes through basic vegetation stages. After carried analysis of seedling transplantation machines utilization it became obvious that they all have low technical and exploitation parameters. The purpose of the research was elaboration of theoretical bases for calculating parameters of a unit for seedling feeding to transplanting device, which implementation will lead to increase efficiency of transplanting. The article presents the results of theoretical researches for proving parameters of a unit for seedling feeding to transplanting device. A system of equations for acting at seedling forces during its transportation from collecting drum to feeding drum is arranged. We have also calculated nomograms for defining drum rotating frequency depending on seedling friction coefficient on surfaces of collecting and feeding drums. Parameters of pneumatic feeding drum were technologically proved. Its principle is equality of capacities of feeding unit and transplanting device. We have elaborated a nomogram for defining feeding drum rotating frequency depending on plant spacing and velocity of transplanting machine

DescriptionThe work is devoted to studying the nature of the effect of various doses of the drug called "Regalis" on the formation of the vegetative and generative organs of apple plants. Years of research - 2016-2019 Field experiments were carried out in JSC company "Agrocomplex" named after N.I. Tkachev in the Vyselkovsky district. Plantations were laid in 2007. Planting pattern 4.0 × 1.0m., garden irrigated, with support. The soil of the site is ordinary carbonated black soil (chernozem), the thickness of the humus layer is up to 120-140 cm. As a result of field and laboratory studies of the condition of 9-12 year old Gala apple trees grafted on P-59 rootstock, it was established that the annual treatment of apple trees for different phenophases with a preparation Regalis at a dose of 1.25 kg / ha has a significant effect on both the size and the number of vegetative and generative formations. It was determined that triple treatment of apple trees with regalis in 43.11% reduces the number of shoots longer than 60 cm, and double - by 31.39%. Structural changes in the distribution of vegetative and fruitful formations per 1 meter were noted in axial branches of the first order. Under the influence of the drug, the number of full-fledged “closed” buds in 2017 increased by 88.8%, and in 2018 by 70.9% compared with the control. The use of triple treatment with Regalis significantly reduces growth activity and has a positive effect on the passage of organogenesis of apple flower buds

DescriptionA number of authors (Milaeva I. V., Zaitsev S. Yu., Dovzhenko N. A., Tsarkov D. V., Tsarkova M. S., 2015) have proposed a regression model and a method for indirect measurement of fat and protein content in cow's milk by its dynamic surface tension, which has a number of advantages over the traditional approach. The model reflects the objectively existing relations between the content of fat and protein in cow's milk and parameters of centigrams of dynamic surface tension at the interface of the milk/air. These relationships are revealed by the authors of the method wit mathematical processing of 112 empirical samples. For this purpose, they have applied regression and correlation analysis (in MS Excel). Since the content of fat and proteins in milk largely determines its quality, this problem refers to the problems of qualimetry. However, this problem of qualimetry also refers to typical problems of pattern recognition (multi-parameter typing and system identification), and therefore it is possible that the quality of its solution can be improved by the use of artificial intelligence methods, in particular cognitive and information technologies. Moreover, these relationships are quite complex. The use of intelligent technologies also creates additional opportunities for the study of the simulated subject area by studying its model. All this is of great scientific and practical interest for both researchers and practitioners. To solve all these problems in the work we have applied Automated System-Cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tool which is an intelligent system called "Eidos". A numerical example based on real data has been considered in detail as well

DescriptionCurrently, in the Krasnodar region the indicators of cow productivity are steadily increasing. This was facilitated by two factors: the improvement of animal genetics and the introduction of innovations in technology. Novoplastunovskoe is one of the first farms, which paid much attention to a significant change in the technology of dairy cattle. Work began with the construction of barns "light type" with walls in the form of opening curtains for the American project. The premises are equipped with "boxes" for individual rest of animals with bedding in the form of sand; automatic heated water logs; on the roof there is a transparent skate, providing an increase in lighting and additional ventilation; ceiling fans and additional water sprinklers are installed to regulate the microclimate. The milking parlor is equipped with high-tech equipment and is integrated with the Israeli computer program “AfiFarm”. Research was carried out on an estimation of zoohygienic conditions in the winter and summer periods; the technology of processing and clearing sand - bedding for animals is studied; the interior and exterior characteristics of the cows of the Ayrshire and Holstein breeds adapted to the new conditions have been determined; with the help of the computer program “AfiFarm”, the dynamics of single and daily milk yields, the content of fat and protein in milk; calculated economic indicators of milk production from different breeds of animals

MICROBIAL ASSOCIATIONS OF BIOHUMUS AND HUMIC SUBSTANCES DERIVED FROM LIVESTOCK WASTE
06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionThe article presents the results of the study of microbiological composition of biohumus and humic substances obtained by fermentation method according to the technology developed by the authors. The problem of processing livestock wastes is caused on the one hand by the occurrence of large volumes of them, and on the other hand by the addition of such important elements as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc., which can be used as bioelements. The goal of research was to develop a technology for the production of humic compounds from biohumus and to study the microbial communities that occur in them. Results of researches showed that for biohumus with high content of humic substances, bovine manure must be composted with chopped straw at the ratio of 8:1. Biocomposting of manure and crushed straw using the developed technology enables to obtain biohumus containing humic substances of 20 g/l. Among the physiological groups of biohumus microorganisms, the most numerous groups are aminoautotrophies and ammonifiers - 231.6×106 and 130.33×106 CFU/g, respectively. At the same time the grouping of cellulose-decomposer actinomycetes in biohumus was quite numerous and amounted to 0.93×103 CFU/g.
