PROSPECTS AND FEATURES OF BIOGASOLINE STATIONS
DescriptionThe article deals with one of the promising areas belonging to energy-saving technologies; it is the introduction of biogasoline stations into agricultural production. The analysis of the application in the world has been shown. To determine the cost-effectiveness of biogasoline stations we have shown the data for the calculation of the potential of biomass: organic waste settlements; animal waste; waste of poultry; crop residues; waste processing industry. We have obtained graphic dependences of electricity generated in the day from livestock and poultry, as well as the number of sunflower, rice, and sugar beets. The table also shows the thermal properties of organic agricultural wastes, allowing increasing the efficiency of calculations to determine the biomass resources. We have considered the schemes of biogasoline stations, a gas turbine power plant and a steam turbine power plant and disclosed the features of their work. To improve the operating and technical specifications of the stations intended for power generation we have proposed using non-contact generators and stabilization of parameters of electric power in their designs to carry out direct frequency converter. We have disclosed the advantages and disadvantages of biogas, as well as the direction of its effective use. It is shown that the use of all the possibilities in the complex of biogasoline stationns (production of fertilizers and motor oil, production of heat and electricity) would improve the efficiency and the payback of investment would be from 3 to 5 years, which is mainly determined by the volumes of biomass

MEASURES TO COUNTER THE LEGALIZATION (LAUNDERING) OF INCOME FROM CRIME
DescriptionIllegal actions of economic orientation pose a serious threat to the economic security of the state, as are latent crimes. This article discusses the complex and urgent problem associated with increased measures for combating money laundering or other property acquired by criminal means. From a legal point of view, legalization is making ownership, use and disposal of such funds or other assets by financial transactions or other transactions. From the perspective of the real economy legalization is associated with the receipt of previously unrecorded funds in the legal economy. As the results of the study of the practice of criminal responsibility under Art. 174 of the Criminal Code, the main sources of illegal proceeds are theft, illegal use of natural resources, tax evasion and customs duties, illegal sale of illicit trafficking of goods, criminal acts of corruption, and others. From this we can conclude that the main direction of strengthening control over the legalization of proceeds from crime is to prevent the emergence of centers of capital legalization. To this end, the article analyzes the changes of international and domestic legislation in the field of anti-money laundering. We have added specific measures to stop this type of criminal acts aimed at strengthening the control of the authorized state bodies, including in relation to natural and legal persons participating in the capital of foreign entities

HOW TO ESTIMATE THE ACCURACY OF DETERMINING THE COORDINATES IN THE APPROACH OF HANSEN
DescriptionRecently, there have been satellite-based methods widely used to determine the coordinates of points, which allow, without mutual visibility between points, to pursue their coordinates. However, in some cases, for example in forests, in urban buildings the application of these methods becomes a problem and it is easier to apply traditional methods. The article describes the case of using the method of calculation of coordinates for "the approach of Hansen" and held to evaluate the accuracy of determining the coordinates of the points. Some studies provide only recommendation guidelines that the most accurate results are obtained when the shape of the building is shaped similar to a square. In our case, on the basis of obtained formulae we had an analysis of the influence of the length of the corresponding base, and its distance from the source side on the accuracy of determination of coordinates of the original points. The conclusion is that the accuracy of determination of coordinates of required points depends on the ratio of the length of the original basis and the baseline. The optimal can be considered the distance equal to 0.3-0.6 of the length of the baseline. The holding data in the study can successfully be used for the drafting of geodetic reference polygonometries moves and thickening of networks

INFLUENCE OF IMMUNIZATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL ORGANS OF YOUNG EGG HENS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionAssessment of the nature of the impact of preventive immunization of growing chickens on the results of cultivation and state agencies involved in immune reactivity is the first step in finding ways to eliminate the negative effects of immunization. The results show that the healthy birds posses two sharp peaks of exceeding norms by weight of the liver – aged 50 days and 84 days - more than 20%. Spleen weight at the age of 40 days exceeds 20%, and 50 days shows the greatest deviation from the norm. In the future, the relative weight of the spleen de-creased, and 84 days of age comes into compliance with the norm. The most significant change in the relative weight of the spleen and liver of poultry is set at the age of 50 days. The authors attribute this fact with a forced need to implement an immune response in a specified bodies accumulating overload antigenic incentives
