OPTIMAL PARAMETERS OF TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR LOADING TOBACCO LEAVES INTO CONTAINERS
DescriptionThe article presents the research results on parameters optimization of technological line for loading tobacco leaves into containers. The aim of the research was decreasing labor expenses on preparing tobacco for artificial curing. This was achieved by line modernization utilized for loading tobacco leaves into containers. We have also developed working parts of technological line for automatic loading of tobacco leaves into containers. Researches on weight studying of tobacco leaves of 3 sorts zoned in the Krasnodar region have been carried out. Dispersion analysis has not revealed weight differences between sorts, therefore, further researches can be carried for one sort. Optimization of working part for loading tobacco leaves into containers was carried by analysis of regression equation obtained by bifactorial experiment. Irregularity of leaf position was taken as optimization criterion. It has been discovered that optimal regimes: transporter belt speed v=2,8m/s, number of transporter’s double movements n=19 min-1 can be used for uniform container loading by leaves. Researches on studying line capacity on leaves position irregularity revealed that maximal uniformity obtained when line capacity is 260 kg/h

WEB-SOLUTION OF TRAFFIC'S OPTIMIZATION IN SETTLEMENTS
DescriptionOrganization of urban movement should be viewed as a continuous process of forecasting - planning - design - building. Equipment of traffic management system on the road network has to be done with modern methods of regulation. The definition of "acceptable system of urban traffic" depends on how busy the traffic lane is. In the organization of traffic public passenger transport should be considered as a priority, as an alternative to cars, even with a discrimination against the latter. Direction optimization of traffic in the city is conducted in order to objectively-conditioned transportation needs of citizens, ensuring their comfort and the time spent on transportation. The main questions of the article are caused by the difficult traffic situation in the Krasnodar city. The algorithms alleged to solve the traffic problems based on a mathematical Dijkstra’s algorithm, allows to calculate the shortest way between the graphs. Steps of solution of the tasks based on modern technological needs of the population - using internet services. Therefore to implement a software product as claimed in the article, we use the development environment, based on the latest innovations in the field of web-based technologies

DescriptionNumerous studies have found a different quality of the buds along the length of the fruit arms, which expressed various degrees establishing embryonic inflorescences in the central buds. It is revealed that many of the grapes have more fruit-bearing eyes formed on average (4-6 knots) and upper (7 to 10 knots) levels of fruit escape, compared to the lower (1-3 nodes) layer. In connection with the different quality of the buds along the length of fruit vines should be used and different ways of cutting them. It is necessary to consider the biological characteristics of varieties, ways of doing and shaping the bushes, the weather conditions of the area during the growing season and relative calm. To receive annually a stable high yield of grapes, we must first set the optimal length of pruning fruit shoots and optimal load on the Bush healthy eyes. This requires for each class on the eve of trimming bushes to carry out the analysis of the wintering holes along the length of the fruit shoots and to identify the embryonic fruitfulness of Central buds, i.e. to carry out the prediction of grape yield next year. The article presents data on the formation of the embryonic fruitfulness of Central buds of wintering buds at the Taman group of grapes – Arcadia, Viorica, Hibernal, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Moldova, Pinot white, Riesling, Saperavi, Traminer pink, Tsimlyansky black, Chardonnay. Found higher rates of embryonic fruitfulness of Central buds buds in the studied grape varieties - Chardonnay, Riesling, Viorica, Hibernal, Merlot, Moldova, where the coefficients of fruiting ranged from 1.40 m from Riesling to 1.69 from Merlot; factor productivity of 1.58 from the Chardonnay to 1.77 from Merlo. The high percentage of fruitful buds from 80,8 from Cabernet Sauvignon to 95.6 in the cultivars Merlot and Chardonnay. A higher percentage of eyes with 2 embryonic buds in the cultivars Merlot and Viorica who have this indicator amounted to, respectively: 75,6 and 70.6%. Forecasting a crop of grapes next year to trim the bushes on the proposed method will provide a full crop of grapes

OPTIMIZATION OF CONGESTION OF ROAD NETWORKS
DescriptionDefinition of the directions of development of transport system of the city is to ensure objectively justified needs for movement of goods and people on the territory of the city. Transport planning of the city is in direct connection with the planning of territories. The transport planning issues are resolved immediately after the planning of the city. Transport planning is based on the provisions of the General plan of the city. Organization of urban traffic should be considered as a continuous process of forecasting – planning – design – construction. In the organization of road traffic, public passenger transport should be considered as a priority, as an alternative to a car, even with a certain amount of discrimination. Among the possible solutions to the questions of organization of traffic at signalized intersections include the use of multi-program traffic lights regulation (at least three programs) that allows you to change the duration of a traffic light cycle, permitting phases at a fixed value of the cycle and intermediate cycles depending on clock download site. Equipment management systems of traffic on the road network, modern technical means of regulation. The definition of "acceptable system of urban road traffic is largely dependent on the degree of customer satisfaction (the movement). And it varies. It is influenced by many factors, such as the size of the urban agglomeration. It is quite clear that it is impossible to achieve the same results in settlements with population more than 1 million people and less than 100 thousand

Description
Expansion and increasing of the Krasnodar region transport infrastructure during the construction of the Olympic facilities together with the new land development created a necessity for construction in the remote areas of landslide slopes with the complex engineering-geological conditions. Constructions of bored piles, jammed by in nondisplaceable soil are often used as one of the measures for the protection of surface rocks landslide movement and tightening the slope weak sections. Such constructive solution is often being considered the best, and sometimes the only acceptable solution. When designing engineering protection it is recommended to consider the use of a number of active protection activities, aimed at the landslide processes stabilization. However, in case of construction production impossibility due to terms of organization, it is necessary to provide passive protection which would secure that the landslide streamlines the construction. Currently, the mechanism of the soil landslides interaction with constructions of detached objects spot protection isn’t studied enough. Known methods adopt simplifications and assumptions which lead to definite significant errors in the design of slope protection structures. Security and reliability of such structures can only be achieved with the adoption of high factor of safety values. This leads to increased material consumption and labor input for the erection of defensive structures also reduces the economic efficiency of these structures. In addition the process of designing protective structures in the Krasnodar region is further complicated by fact that the landslide of construction area is mainly folded by flowing clay soils
