PRODUCTION OPTIMIZATION AS A FACTOR OF STRENGTHENING OF FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE COMPANY
DescriptionThe analysis of production of grapes in the Krasnodar region has been presented in the article. Calculation of optimization of production of grapes in Yuzhnaya agricultural firm is carried out. Relevance of research was caused by the fact that now the prompt growth of economy forces the enterprises to optimize, improve and introduce new technologies in the production to remain in the market and to be competitive. We have done calculations in the Optim v program. 2.0., where actual data of the areas of vineyards, gross vintage and costs of work of productions of grapes have been entered in office "Progress" of Yuzhnaya agricultural firm. Having made calculations, the optimum plan of production of grapes has been received. Based on these results, the recommendations about optimization of production of grapes are provided in article. One of them consists in restructuring of the areas of separate grades of grapes Shardone, Tsetronny Magarach, the Firstborn Mgaracha, Pino-Blan, Riesling and Rkatseteli. Such changes will allow to increase gross vintage, to reduce work costs of 16,4% and to increase profitability of the enterprise. The saved appliances, thanks to reduction of expenses of work, can be redirected for purchase of new, more productive grades, acquisition of modern machines for production and cleaning of grapes that will be to promote increase in gross vintage, to expansion of production and as a result increase in profit, the company will become more competitive

OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF MIXING FEED
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
DescriptionBased on the analysis of the designs of feed mixers for farm animals, the option of using a two-stage mixer is being investigated. The proposed design of the mixer allows you to improve the quality of the feed mixture and reduce energy costs per process. To optimize the mixing workflow, the design parameters of the machine and their influence on the technological process under various working conditions are determined. It has been established that the design of the mixer and the initial physical and mechanical properties of the components of the feed mixture directly affect the most important technological characteristic of the installation, its performance. Therefore, the study aims to optimize the process of mixing feed

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION OF POULTRY BIOLOGICAL WASTE TRANSPORTATION
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
DescriptionPressure mode compressed-air installation use that allows transfer of biological poultry wastes was based on the investigation of agricultural cargo hauling equipment. The installation includes a compressor with a receiver, a conduit, a cork forming section, a valve and a reservoir. As a result of using the installation the energy intensity and consumption of the process are reduced during the transportation of the material, labor costs are reduced and the issue of environmental protection is resolved. To optimize the working process of the compressed-air installation, the volume of the blow-off boiler, the length and diameter of the pipeline were determined. It was established that the most important technological parameter of the installation, which is productivity, depends on its design parameters and physical and mechanical properties of the initial material. The determining influence on the performance is the air pressure and the speed of product movement. The required air pressure is regulated by the compressor, and the speed of transportation is due to the design parameters of the installation and the physical and mechanical properties of the material. These aspects are taken into account in this project for process optimization of the poultry biological waste transportation

OPTIMIZATION OF FEED RATIONS FOR FATTENING BULLS
DescriptionThe food supply has a great influence on the development of animal husbandry. It is its basis. Health of animals, quality and quantity of the made production are dependent not only on the amount of the prepared forages, but also to a greater extent on their quality and balance. The quality of the prepared forages has an impact on their consumption and digestibility. Therefore, the more qualitative the forages are, the higher the level of the productivity of animals is. High level of the organization of the balanced diets reduces costs of forages per unit of production by 1,5-2 times in comparison with unbalanced diets. This fact once again proves the importance and necessity of biologically full-fledged diet of feeding animals. The full-fledged diet should contain the optimal quantity of digestible protein, fodder units and other nutrients. Indeed, owing to full feeding, the productivity of animals increases and the body weight increases as well that, in turn, has a positive impact on the economic condition of the subject. However, rational use of forages requires determination of their quality and energetic and protein nutritiousness. To produce optimum diets in which all above-named criteria are considered, special programs for optimization of diets can be used that allow to provide animals with forages containing all the necessary nutrients at minimum expenses. These programs are based on the methods of linear programming, which lie in finding optimum plans for the problems with linear structure. For the solution of linear programming problems the simplex method is usually used which in a general view means that with the help of a complex of consecutive procedures the solution of a problem that meets an optimality condition is found. In this article, the problem of minimizing the cost of a diet for bulls will be solved with the use of the program named Optim V 2.0

Description
A diet of a modern man affects the formation of a healthy lifestyle very highly. It supplies the body with the main and irreplaceable nutrients, mineral components and energy. The Russian Federation population surveys, which were carried out by government agencies of the country show us that there is a lack of many nutrients with high nutritional value. Russian market is gradually stuffed with food products which have high nutritional value. For the maintenance of health, active longevity, and for improving their performance, people must consume their organism with all the necessary nutrients. That's why achieving an optimal balance among the nutrients is one of the important question of vital activity. In this article, there were considered optimization approaches to human diet with considering different types of metabolism and maintain weight with using economic and mathematical methods. Also in this article you can find the calculated values of the daily values depending on your calorie eating plan, anthropometric parameters and energy expenditure. We obtained daily value of calories and distributed basic food components- carbohydrates, proteins and fats, and also we calculate the optimal diet for the results of each type of physique - ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph

OPTIMIZATION OF COMPOUNDING OF SAUSAGE PRODUCTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF REAL TIME
DescriptionThe growth of profitability is the main task of any company. Having faced low purchasing capacity of consumers, and also with shortage and the high price of raw materials, manufacturers of meat products not to be ruined, are compelledto reduce percent of the maintenance of meat. Thus it is necessary to optimize a compounding for preservation physical, chemical and organoleptic properties of a ready product. For these purposes, various software products are used. In the article we present the analysis of the work of the ОPТIМIТ program

Description
Using queuing theory (QT) for the new technology of harvesting of grain crops by the method of «Neveyka», the method of optimal designing of maintenance system and elimination of failures of units used in cleaning technology and post-harvest processing of grain has been considered. On the basis of a systematic approach, taking into account the probabilistic nature of the change of operating factors the methodical directions of validity test of the adoption of the Poisson distribution in the calculation of operating modes were substantiated to optimize maintenance level units and eliminate failures in the operation of the machines, the probability of failure-free operation of harvesting and transport aggregates. The probability of failure-free operation of each type of units used in the cleaning of grain depends on their number and intensity of service. According to the numerical value the probability of failure-free operation of units is equal to the probability of idle units for maintenance and elimination of failures. Since it is impossible to determine separately the value of the probability of failure-free operation for all types of units and all kinds of services at different operating conditions the generalized solution has been offered, this solution is applicable to any serviced unit during both the technical inspection and elimination of failures. By specifying the desired value of the probability of failure-free operation of harvesting units, according to their number we can determine the appropriate ratio between the average length of service and the average period of time between incoming service requirements (technical inspection and elimination of failures) from one unit
