THE EFFICIENCY OF USE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND IN THE REPUBLIC OF ADYGEA
DescriptionIn statistical reporting, the distribution of agricultural land by the farm land users has been given in great detail – for all organizational-legal types of users. Farms and individual entrepreneurs, as well as private households, collective and individual gardeners and gardeners are considered as a separate line. At the same time, the number of livestock and production of livestock products is given only in three groups of land users: agricultural organizations, population farms and the peasant (farmer) economy. To objectively determine the effectiveness of the use of land resources, the authors propose the above legal group to combine the two: the first group – agricultural organizations, population farms, including households; the second group – (peasant) farms and individual entrepreneurs, as the conversion of the first into the second is not yet complete. This approach to analysis will allow to determine more reasonably (objectively) the effectiveness of farmland use in the enterprises of various organizational-legal management forms, as high rates of livestock production in private farms are received not only by its own land, but at the expense of lands of agricultural organizations in which they work. Analysis of cattle and poultry meat production in live weight, of milk in net weight showed that in agricultural enterprises and private farms average production per 100 ha of agricultural lands compared to private (peasant) farms and individual entrepreneurs for 2011-2013 was: of cattle and poultry meat – 31.2 times as much, of milk –14.6 times as much, provided that the latter is 23,7 % of agricultural lands of the Republic. For the analyzed period the average data for 2011-2013 compared to 2008-2010 year on meat increased by 57.7 per cent, of milk – 6.7%. This suggests that there are still significant growth reserves through better use of farmland in the peasant farms and farms of individual entrepreneurs

DescriptionThe article presents the results of studying the peculiarities of growth and fruiting of trees of sweet cherry with varying density. It is established that the average yield for the years of fruiting does not depend on tree planting schemes, and higher profitability of production is marked with the scheme of 5,0×3,0 5,0×2,5 m

EFFICIENCY OF ROKSATSIN IN AEROSOL DISINFECTION OF THE LIVESTOCK BUILDINGS
DescriptionThe authors briefly describe the properties of polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride (PHMG), which refers to a broad-spectrum biocide and has antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, viruses and fungi. PHMG has a deodorizing effect, gives the treated surfaces long bactericidal effect, which can be stored depending on the surface and other external factors from 3 days to 8 months. The authors have presented data about the level of bacterial and fungal contamination of air in the dispensary before and after aerosol treatment of Roksatsin. Bacterial contamination of air dispensary determined via the sedimentation method (Koch Method), which is settling microflora (in air), under gravity, on the surface of a growth medium. For the determination of total bacteria and fungi in 1m3 of air the authors make calculations of total aerobic microbial count (TAMC) according to the formula that was proposed by V.L. Omelyanskii. Bacterial contamination of air was evaluated before disinfection. Accounting quality of aerosol disinfection performed by sedimentation microflora on Petri Dishes through 30, 60 and 120 minutes of exposition. In the analysis of the data the authors defined that Roksatsin as a disinfectant has a negative effect on pathogens, namely significantly reduced the content of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria and fungi in the air, so it can be used for preventive and compelled aerosol disinfection of air in the livestock buildings

EFFICACY OF SUPRANOL AND UTEROTON IN PREVENTION OF ACUTE POSTPARTUM ENDOMETRITIS IN COWS
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionThe article reflects information characterizing the significance of mastitis and endometritis in the indicator of premature disposal of cows from herds of large farms in the western regions of the Krasnodar region: an average of 30% of the total culling of cows. The effectiveness of veterinary measures in Pravoberezhny JSC of the Temryuk district for mastitis and endometritis in cows was assessed: 81-95%; fertilization index value ‒ 1.8; the duration of the service period exceeds the requirements by 20 days. The studies the nature of the influence of the drugs called Sepranol and Uteroton on the calving process and the occurrence of postpartum complications in cows from the herd, which was formed with violation of breeding principles. The use of the drugs Uteroton and Sepranol contributed to a 50% decrease in the calving index in calving cows by 50% compared with the results of the combined use of estrophan and oxytocin. The use of Uteroton reduced the damage from the lack of milk by 87880 rubles, and the use of Sepranol - by 171164 rubles. We have given practical recommendation on the use of Uteroton and Sepranol for veterinary effects on the body of cows in the early postpartum period in order to reduce the occurrence of complications
